HERE IN LAKE ELSINORE THIS FOOD TRUCK IS PUMPING OUT 1500 MEALS A DAY, FOOD THAT BRINGS EVACUEES TO TEARS. WORLD CENTRAL KITCHEN SET WILL STAY RIGHT HERE IN SO CAL AND OTHERS NO LONGER IN
