STRONG STORMS ALSO, SO IT IS KIND OF TWO-FOR TOMORROW AFTERNOON. WE HAVE THE BIG HEAT AND HEAT AND HUMIDITY FUELS THE THREAT FOR THE SEVERE WEATHER THAT WILL SEE ARRIVE BETWEEN 7:00 AND AROUND 2:00 TOMORROW. OR RATHER INTO THURSDAY MORNING. MEANWHILE, ALL IS CALM ACROSS THE AREA FOR YOUR TUESDAY MORNING FOR YOUR SECOND DAY OF SCHOOL, MANY OF YOU WAKING UP THIS MORNING, COMING OFF THE FIRST DAY I HAVE SCHOOL YESTERDAY. ATLANTIC CITY, AT 69 DEGREES, MILLVILLE, 64, LET ME TAKE YOU UP TO THE DELAWARE VALLEY, HERE, ACROSS THE I95 CORRIDOR FROM WILMINGTON TO PHILLY TEMPERATURES RIGHT AT 66, AND 70 DEGREES. LEHIGH VALLEY WAKING UP NICE AND AND AS WELL. TEMPERATURES NEAR 60 DEGREES IN DOYLESTOWN. ALLENTOWN, TEMPERATURES ARE RIGHT AROUND 63. SO, TUESDAY, THOUGH IT IS KIND OF THAT FAR ODD DAY, WHERE YOU'RE JUST COMING OFF THE WEEKENDS STILL, DUSTING OFF THE RUST FROM YESTERDAY, TODAY OVERALL NORMAL SUMMER DAY. THOUGH I WILL MENTION, WE DO HAVE AIR QUALITY ALERT IN EFFECT FOR THE I95 CORRIDOR, THAT URBAN CORRIDOR, RELATIVELY CALM WINDS. AND THERE YOU SEE US WITH A EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING, AND SOME SURROUNDING HEAT ADVISORIES, CHICAGO, WAKING UP WITH TEMPERATURES NEAR 81 DEGREES. IT IS A SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW OUT AHEAD OF THE APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THAT'S WHAT WE START TO SEE AS WE GO THROUGHOUT THE DAY TODAY. THAT BUILDING HEAT, HUMID IT THINK FOLLOW ESPECIALLY STARTING TOMORROW MORNING. NOW, AS WE GET INTO THIS AFTERNOON WE WILL PEAK WITH TEMPERATURES AROUND 90 DEGREES, IT WILL FEEL THREE, 5 DEGREES WARMER, JUST WITH THE LITTLE BIT OF HUMIDITY THAT WE HAVE IN THE AIR TODAY. I DO EXPECT SOME OF THOSE STORMS TO BE A LITTLE ON THE STRONG TO SEVERE SIDE. THERE IS GOING TO BE A LOT OF INSTABILITY, AHEAD OF THE COLDS FRONT TO REALLY FUEL SOME OF THOSE STORMS. FRONT DROPS OUT. WE COULD SEE FEW TRAILING SHOWERS AS WE GO THROUGH THE DAY THURSDAY. BUT, THE REAL STORMS I THINK WE HAVE TO WATCH OUT FORAY LIVE AS WE GO THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING. TODAY, NO RAIN. JUST SUNNY AND HOT. HIGHS UP AROUND 90 DEGREES. TOMORROW, WE START TO FEEL THAT EARLY MORNING HUMIDITY. TEMPERATURES BOTTOM OUT AROUND 72 DEGREES, THEN GET READY FOR THE HEAT.
