THIS IS A LOOK FROM THE BELL TOWER LOOK DOWN OVER THE VINE STREET EXPRESSWAY. MOVING AROUND NICELY TONIGHT. PEOPLE ARE EXPRESSING ALONG QUITE NICELY. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FOR YOUR DAY, THE HEAT INDEX UP TO 105 DEGREES FOR YOUR DAY TOMORROW. THAT'S GOING TO BE BETWEEN 4:00 AND 6:00 P.M. IT'S GOING TO BE PRETTY HOT. WE ARE TRACKING THE POTENTIAL FOR STRONG EVENING STORMS. AND I SAY POTENTIAL BECAUSE I'M GOING TO BE HONEST WITH YOU. THEY HAVE BEEN -- THE MODEL HAVE BEEN CRAZY. THERE'S VERY LITTLE CONSISTENCY. NOT ONLY BETWEEN MODEL TO MODEL, BUT RUN TO RUN. SO WE'RE JUST WATCHING IT. THEN MUCH COOLER CONDITIONS FOR YOU ON THURSDAY. AND FRIDAY. BUT TOMORROW, THE STORY DEFINITELY PART OF THE STORY IS GOING TO BE THE HEAT. SO WHAT I WANT TO SHOW YOU IS A LOOK AT OUR FORECAST HIGH TEMPERATURES TOMORROW. THESE ARE NOT DURANT CONDITIONS. -- CURRENT CONDITIONS. THESE ARE TOMORROW. IT IS GOING TO BE MUCH WARMER THAN IT HAS BEEN AROUND THE SHORE. 83 FOR SURF CITY, ATLANTIC CITY 88. CAPE MAY AT 90. BUT INLAND AND THINGS START WARMING OF UP. WE GO UP AND DOWN THE I-95 CORRIDOR. WE HAVE TEMPERATURES INTO THE MID 90s HERE AROUND PHILADELPHIA. BUT THAT DOESN'T REALLY TELL THE WHOLE STORY BECAUSE THE HUMIDITY IS GOING UP. ALLENTOWN 93. REDDING 95. I CAN PUT ON THE ALERTS UNDERNEATH. AND WHERE I'M STANDING IS WHERE WE HAVE THE EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING IN EFFECT. SO IT'S THE WHOLE PHILADELPHIA AREA HERE. THAT'S GOING TO BE TOMORROW AFTERNOON. AND THEN WE COME BACK HERE, LEHIGH VALLEY AND INTO BURKS COUNTY. SEE GOES DOWN INTO PARTS OF CHESTER. THIS IS THE HEAT ADVISORY THAT'S IN EFFECT, NOT QUITE AS HOT BUT ADVISORY IS THERE. THE GRAY COLOR -- GREY COLOR ON THE MAP, THAT'S AN AIR QUALITY ALERT IN OUR AREA. THERE'S A LOT GOING ON TOMORROW. LET'S GET TO YOUR PLANNING AND FUTURECAST. TOMORROW MORNING, WE'RE NOT EXPECTING ANY RAIN FOR THE MORNING DRIVE TOMORROW. A COUPLE CLOUDS, BUT ENOUGH SUNSHINE AND ENOUGH HUMIDITY THAT THOSE NUMBERS BOUNCE UP BIG TIME. BUT I EXPECT IT TO BE DRY FOR YOUR DAY. IF YOU WORK OUTSIDE, YOU WON'T GET RAINED OUT. BUT I'LL STOP THIS AT 8:00, 8 8:30. IT'S BASELINE RIGHT AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT. IT'S GOING TO SWEEP THROUGH.
