great look they're looking through bodies but that's clearly a foul and to be clear that cannot be added with replay yes no that cannot they could look at targeting which this isn't so I'm not sure what they're reviewing now because I know I think we had a flag for intentional grounding can they review Dean can they review that can they review they cannot review that either they can give they can give the officials information as to whether the ball made the line of scrimmage and the line of scrimmage would extend beyond the sideline and it looked like the ball did cross the line of physical penalty but to me and you could see the conversation the frustration on the sidelines like man that is as much a mental err of not knowing down and distance and situation than it is anything
