Bryce Young and Diontae Johnson are Looking Great in Training Camp!

all right guys quick intro forgot to shout out g2s network and to fans on the stands for providing the content for today's video and really the last four or five videos shout out to them man let's get into today's video what is going on guys welcome back to the channel Panthers advice today man I'm pretty hyped for this video now with that being said yes I know there's a lot of things that worry me about the Carolina Panthers and we're going to get to all that tomorrow tomorrow's video the day before the first preseason game I'm going to go over everything that scares me from the backup quarterbacks we bringing in we'll go more in depth on that the offensive line and not just icky we're going to touch over that a little bit today kickoff Rules full explanation tomorrow and bry's not starting the first preseason game that'll all be tomorrow so any concerns about Bryce not starting backup quarterbacks offensive line anything we're worried about for the Carolina Panthers season stay tuned because tomorrow's video is going to cover all of that but now let's talk about today's video Panthers are going deep offensive line part of it looks good receivers look good man TMJ showing up Deontay Johnson once again doing the thing man let's get into the video so on this first clip right here we're finally going to see a little deep pass from Bryce young out of play action too and who's he hit Mr Deontay Johnson man this excites me a lot why because we haven't seen it yet you know and I know why Dave wants to go over the basics he wants to make sure we have all the fundamentals down that that's just the kind of guy Dave is but right here man little play action a little Jet Sweep on top of that indont is wide open I mean he's wide open it looks like they ran a scissors concept middle of the field so when I say scissors concept usually that's more towards the sideline and what that is it's usually a corner right here and then a post underneath or over the top right here we're basically seeing double post essentially so bang bang right there and then bang bang over the top as you're going to see Bry young makes a great throw right there to Deontay Johnson and this is what we've been waiting on not just training camp but go back to last year because our deepest pass I don't think it happened until what late second half of the season so seeing this right here excites me because it's not like it was a fluke right you got Bryce shung under Center actually hang on you know what this means here comes the money here we go money DAV is having Bryce do the play action why is that important you run the play action this forces Bryce right here to set his feet take a couple of hitches and then let that thing rip this is what excites me about this offense Bryce can throw the ball 50 60 yards like it's nothing but he has to have the right footwork to make sure it's accurate let's keep it going so the next few Clips we're going to look at right here are going to be one-on ones and it's Deontay Johnson JC horn Deontay man I don't for some of you who don't believe in him yes his catching may not be the best if you want to put a knack on him but look what he does to JC horn right here so take a look right here we're going to pause it right here now watch JC horn after this he's flat-footed Deontay Johnson freezes him now yes this is one of many reps JC Horn's gonna get his Deontay Johnson's gonna get his but for Deontay Johnson to do this come on man and honestly that ball has to come out sooner but props to JC horn on that recovery on what piing off I'm telling you Deontay Johnson it's nasty we're going to see it again right here take a look what happens same thing right here great route running JC horn a little bit more on top of it and somehow Deontay Johnson still came away with it up next we got TMJ and bule right here now here's the thing about TMJ some people have almost given up on him because it seems like year after year he does good in training camp and then there's nothing throughout the season right with that being said I understand where you're coming from I'm not going to try and convince you that TMJ is going to have a breakout year this year but you also have to think what has the offense done in general the last two years who's taken off I mean you know who's taken off when it comes to receivers the pass Game quarterbacks nobody so with that being said I'm not going to try and convince you that TMJ is going to have a breakout year but I think with the right offense and the right quarterback I think he can let's keep it going next up we're going to look at some offensive linemen of our St defensive Lin man right here we got Robert hunt and Derek Brown W man two big boys I mean these dudes are huge look at this Derek Brown we've seen what he can do Robert hunt some of you guys haven't seen him yet on film he's an animal man let's keep it going because right here after this is something I want to talk about so you got Corbett getting beat and you got Taylor getting beat on the right side Taylor got beat quite a bit last year nobody really talked about it now why is that a problem to me we're going to go over this more tomorrow but take a look what happens right here Bryce is going to get pressure from that right side so now he has to roll out to his left why is that a problem well take a look at this throw as he releases it real quick so as I pause it right here I want you guys to look at the type of throw Bryce is having to make that's if he's getting pressure from the right and has to roll out to his left now let's say he gets pressured up the middle or from the left side look at the difference in his throw and really his ability to make any type of throw so right here gets pressure from the middle he rolls out to the right look how much faster he is and look how much better that throw is and look how much quicker it gets there let's talk about why real quick here comes the money here we here the money so we're back in full of can baby now this time for those that don't know we're going to talk about the difference between a right-handed quarterback rolling left versus right so let's say Bryce gets pressure from his left he's going to roll to to the right like this now Bryce can still make any throw for the most part pressure on his left right as long as he keeps his hips open he keeps them closed he can still make the throw but there's more room for air so we got iy right there we got Taylor right here we just talk about what happens if there's pressure from iy now if there's pressure from Taylor's side look how much different the footwork the frame everything is pressure's coming I'm having to roll out my hips are open but I'm trying to throw it to the left it's not going to work like that so what's GNA happen is his hips are closed and we're going to see a weaker throw pressure from the left bang bang bang now let's say hypothetically he was left-handed quarterback it's much easier right because now he's got all the throwing angles because the left-handed quarterback rolling to their left right look how much easier it is to make that throw so for the first quarterback that can do both they should have a lot of success in the NFL but I hope you guys get what I'm saying pressure from the left he can still make any throw for the most part pressure from the right it's going to force him to close his hips and really throw like this like we saw last year hopefully that makes sense if you have any questions just let me know in the the end zone now let me fix the camera real quick this excites me a lot because like I've said I don't know the last two three months if we can get Adam thi back in the slot position where he's supposed to be why the panther signed him he's going to be open like this a lot if we can get him in the slot position where the teams have their nickel back on Adam theland I'm telling you right now if that happens he's going to have very close if not more the same amount of yards on way less catches way less catches and probably more yards per catch too mark my words as long as everyone stays healthy knock on wood of some sort right I'm telling you right now Adam th could have a big year let's keep it going next up we're at JP right here throwing it up to Coker I mixed on this because it's not the worst throw right it's not the worst one to Koker I think he has to put a little bit more on it I would like to see Koker a little bit more physical now Koker he's pretty good catching with a DB on him but I would like to see him really take that next step take over now I'm not blaming him for this at all I think honestly they both could have done better in certain aspects JP throw it up there a little bit more Coker get a little bit more physical overall not bad good play by the DB man let's keep it going right here Bry young hits David Moore I believe for six on the board look how fast he gets that out Bang opens those hips like a little salsa dancer bang look at that gets the ball right there catches that bang lets it rep slant route money and then to wrap it up we got Jaden going against Chandler won right there I mean that's what 5 foot N I believe 195 going against 6'3 230 this is why there's weight classes right take a look at this one more time Jaden's going up Chandler Chandler is 6'3 230 Jaden is 195 at 5'9 so I mean Jaden's pretty stocky for 5'9 out of almost 200 but 63 230 man that ain't easy so that's going to wrap it up I hope you guys have enjoyed the
