how'd your mom go at the club on the weekend uh good she um unfortunately we lost so she didn't get to sing the song that's or the the cherry on the cake at the end um but no she had a good day we did like a bit of a mindfulness this is the one that threw her a little bit is we do like a live mind mindfulness where our where our mindfulness coach gets up and speaks us through some imagery pregame no this is pre pre-main training about the game pre uh the captain's run um and it's all about like picture yourself um hitting Toby Bedford if he's tagging someone or picture yourself um running not hitting hitting like bumping think of yourself with a baseball and Mom Mom was real rattled by it all she's like I'm a bit scared for you out there on the weekend I just pictured all this hitting she never watched the game then say she's actually seen the sport though right yeah she has she actually struggles to watch the game normally she um she she tends to be at the bar oh I like that yes yeah she finds the bar although the bar there's controversy the bar's been replaced by the channel 7 uh stage or something oh yeah yeah okay hang on what controversy the the where the where the parents and um loved ones sit is uh where Channel 7 have decided to put a stage and they've taken over the bar so parents can't get drunk anymore and I feel for that I'll actually have a word to channel 7 and ask if we can get the bar reinstated come on and we will just do from behind the bar I'm not sure if there's a show in that but you know potentially you think of all the networks that was protective of a of a bar they would be the one channel seven now Maxi can we just I I I know look I'm not going to push and pry but we just got to ask how you feeling after the weekend did the injury come up okay are you going to be right to go again next weekend because if you need to have a weekend off I reckon like good maybe every second week just at the moment until you're back on I haven't looked at the draw to see who you got next week but maybe it's just a week you could take off do you any idea who you got on the weekend not to worry well you've just beaten jalong and jalong then Sydney and Sydney I think um I think if I'm playing or not you're going to be you're going to be red hot favorites um you like that going straight to the underdog status um look I um I sort of limped in this morning so still it it has pulled up a little bit sore but um I did play the whole game and hardly felt it to be fair so um felt felt it a little bit late in the game but um yeah limping around today but I'm sure that'll get better by tomorrow and I'll train Max you have thoughts on swimming I've noticed uh yeah I mean I I get it like um I I love swimming I I I learned how to swim when everyone did in their in their young childhood sounds like sounds like their big explanation for a a well I just don't understand it I just like I get I get freestyle and backro but who came up with butterfly and why do you need to know that skill well you don't need to know it like I mean you could ask argue that if it's on a do you need to know it basis then over about 100 meters of swimming is unnecessary 1500s you're like oh well I'll just get a jet ski a lot of events are based on life skills so like Freestyle you sort of need to know freestyle especially like lifeguards and in the beach and in the water and whatnot but if a lifeguard comes out to me and doing breast stroke you could have been here a lot quicker M we're in a bit of trouble aren't we I just don't get those two strokes but I I get freestyle and then the opposite of freestyle is let's do it on your back yeah um but I just hurt get those two middle ones um you're a cyclist Grace Brown was our first uh gold Olympic medalist she was on the show earlier today um have you been watching any of the cycling yet yeah absolutely cleaned up uh she won by about 90 seconds the American that was the favorite she she actually crashed and I'm not sure you you're in commentating Daisy um there was a commentated curse as she went around the corner talking about how she's crashed before commentator uh no it was the generic I think it might have been us um and then yeah she's she's she's gone down and then I mean great for Australia she's Grace Browns W by 90 seconds in the boy plappy uh Luke pla I actually do a podcast with Luke pla I'll give give that a little plug um it Stanley Street social uh he was he was uh gave up the tour to France and whatnot to focus on the time trial um and he was going really well he was probably eal first when he was riding and then he crashed as well and a lacerated spleen never heard that never heard that injury so much in the last Cur I'm going to go give him a loaf of bread like I gave 24 is the year of display it is it's crazy I still don't know what it does you've been in here three times now should we take out some sort of insurance yes oh my gosh yeah so last R play for falling off a bar unfortunately anything else you can't wait to see track and Field's always great I think um in particular track watching that I'm not sure is Bruce is Bruce doing any any cometry not for Channel 9 cuz he's Channel 7 but on the radio you might be able to hear him on the ABC okay so and can that does that pair with the TV that'll be I like to listen to listening to Triple M so I will be listening Triple M doing the Olympics uh at midday going for bronze with Matt and Alex okay can't wait I knew that I've been listening to the last two days um have you heard any of Mark tubby Taylor doing the diving comment Tri T there's there's there's two that are confusing me so tubby Taylor's at diving and then Matthew pavage is over there doing the equestrian have he doing the equestrian yeah he had breaking news late last night it was incredible he does wake a bit of like Polo r r Lauren so maybe that's the connection but I'm not sure if he's ever done dress or I think of another show jumping cross country they do cross country as well speaking again of life skills though when have you needed your horse to crit walk sideways yeah and I feel like the horse I mean I'm going to offend a lot of people in horse but I feel like the horse deserves some sort of medal as well definitely hor is doing a lot yeah the horse is doing at least at least equal am we don't know a lot about the sports and maybe they aren't doing we get what do you mean I I think we can assume that the horse is doing a fair bit of it still just on watching it we can assume that right can we get pav on Friday to talk all things of question possibly if anyone can it's us tripm breakfast Rosie will Daisy and Max gone round 20 Daisy it's in the books H it's done and unfortunately for your dmax here a two-point loss to the Giants we have to talk footy as you are the footy guest you AR unfortunately our Olympic correspondent but you should be yep what's the wash up buddy yeah that's pav unfortunately um the the that gets the Olympic gig uh both teams were up by 30 at one point of this game so unfortunately for you guys it was 25 minutes into the first yeah we were up pretty early um and then they they fought their way back in the second quarter third quarter was good footy and then fourth they started with an absolute bang a little bit of my fault they um they ran out of the center bounce uh eight times in the last quarter to our zero and I think I was involved in at least seven of them so um little bit of uh work to do for us out of the middle but then we fought back um and we probably um I don't think we gave ourselves a chance in that last minute the ball didn't even go in that four half so um we got close but we um technically didn't even give ourselves a chance of winning that one and Giants were too good it hurts it hurts because yeah I mean if we win that then um I don't think we're in the eight I think doggies were potentially better than us on percentage but we're relatively close and we're keeping ourselves right in there um everyone's still talking about how Colin would a a genuine chance but um and we're sitting even with them so um it means we're still a pretty good chance um but we got to get it done against the inform team of the competition will well Max everyone's a chance now I think this is what we've like literally I think down till about 13th everyone is kind of still in the game now and it does feel like for a lot of this season maybe the swans were a little bit ahead of everybody else Caron was sitting in second spot for a long time they look like the two best teams in it now it does seem to go deep including my doggies what have you seen have you done any forward scouting what's going on at the dogs why have we turned it around uh they're a very very very strong tall team uh they've their tools are very very good and when their tools are playing well they seem to win um we've had some good matchups of you guys in recent years and Steven May and Jake lever overperform for us and able to stop those guys but um Jamar is in ripping form the two Ruck star in English and then down back Lin Lin Jones are doing a job down there so the tools always and I mean Bon almost a Ruckman as well the way how tall he is so you're very tall and you're very good when your tools are up and firing is it concerning that you're at Marvel you can't Pray For Rain like you got on Saturday night yeah we've um we've rained the last three games uh and then training during the week will most likely rain so the drive footy will be um new to us um we've had a good record at Marvel in recent years um it's been a long Daisy in your era when you're playing D we actually we we we we're in zero and 19 marel yeah at marble we lost 19 in a row um so that's the first part of my career but in recent years we've been pretty good at marel so um and we always get the doggies there so that means we've been pretty good against the doggies at marble so hopefully that that for returns will your coach be okay yeah he was in hospital that went that went pretty quiet well it went quiet until it came out and then bang so he had an infection left hospital to come to the game and then went straight back yes uh he um and I I feel to do with you hisle's okay the spleen okay I feel for the nurse because goody pretty much demanded I'm going out to to coach the game um I'm presuming he was allowed to cuz he was in there from Monday Tuesday like pretty early in the week did he still have the gown on no G I actually went over uh I killed two birds of one stone I George was had an appointment at the same hos hospital so goody thinks I went over there to see him did you take him sour so me and George were no sour me and George were already in hospital and I went upstairs to have a look at him just to see if he was resting and whatnot and he had two laptops both on football both like getting ready for the team meeting I'm like you got a rest mate you got to just take it easy but he was in he was fine he um he's I think he might still be in there now now cuz he's still every 8 hours he has to do the infection drip or whatever it is but um I might be giving way too much information but going he is fine and healthy from what he was saying and do we think it's a bad sign Daisy that goody seems to be at the Children's Hospital Max any comment well George it was kill brainy I'm not sure if I should be saying that cuz maybe there should be cameras that are hanging out I'm saying still in hospital which I think everyone didn't realize was the cas and I've now named the hospital and the room is 476 flowers you will play though you're confident your foot will be fine yeah I mean I I played and I had no incident I've just pulled up sore so I'm presuming that I can just get up and go again okay well good luck for that I think we speak to you again later in the week we do on game day I think I'm coming in Game Day morning game day morning game day morning well I'm normally up at at at at 6:30 anyway so why not come in and talk about football at 8:00 a.m. here on Triple M Rock football thank you
