your screen right here obviously last year derek henry won the russian title 2027 yards dalvin cook jonathan taylor who would have seen that coming jonathan taylor from wisconsin aaron jones uh james robinson for the jaguars i still don't know who [ __ ] chain drops it and um for those who don't believe lamar jackson's a running back well guess who's ranking at number nine i got an all running back list up here and this [ __ ] is right there in the thick of it all right but it's weird to see christian out about this i feel like people forgot about him sometimes when you don't see something or it's not in your sight you tend to sleep on it you know what i mean and i think christians gonna come back um one thing that we cannot allow to happen again is christian mccaffrey um well i'll put it like this i don't know if him clicking on god mode is gonna be enough but you know the competitive nature within him is gonna it's gonna make him it's gonna make him do it so i think he's gonna do it but uh same way but cam newton you know i felt like um once you get in that competitive mode i mean i seen christian take unnecessary hits because he's fighting for extra yardage um sometimes may you know just got to get down i got to get down you know what i mean but um we got to protect him from himself um christian does a lot of things very well include running in between tackles i know a lot of you guys saying he can't run in between tackles there's footage of it go check it out uh he can catch out the backfield he can line up in the swap he can do all the the screens the reverses all that good stuff that you want out of a agile running back and out of everybody on that list that i'm looking at right here i would not trade him for the world not a not for another running back you know what i mean guys like derek henry and look ezekiel elliott finished 11th listen ezekiel elliott uh lost his quarterback he only put up 979 yards we lost our quarterback and all he did was go out there break a record so that lets you know how different he is to me so with that being said we got to kind of save him from himself and save him from that competitive nature christian if you if you get a chance to hear this i don't know if you will if you will but you got to learn to take some help and learn to allow for the organization to to mix in other backs if you think about it man we want to know [ __ ] about mike davis if christian wouldn't got hurt if i'm not mistaken when he was healthy the first couple games we didn't see nothing to mike davis i think we might have seen one two play if i'm not mistaken if that so with that being said i feel like the carolina panthers are going to go get him help this guy by the name of romandre Run Game stevenson from oklahoma yes yes this guy this guy right here man i mean i don't want to disrespect the kid but six foot 246 pounds he's like a wish version of derek henry [Laughter] listen i shot that wish before there's nothing wrong with wish but this is a wish version of derrick henry as long as you don't ask you to do too much i think you'll hold up this kid is coming from oklahoma and let's look at the running back class i'm sorry y'all let's go back and look at the running back class coming out a lot of you guys are screaming for javonte williams um according to cbs.com they have him as the 45th overall best prospect um i think in the second round he will be there but we we're not taking a runner back in the second round um harris etn um those kind of guys are gonna be gone uh early second or early third somewhere between there and i don't see us taking those guys like that all right so if you look on your screen two guys that i will consider taking is andre stevenson and trey sermon ironically these guys have played together at oklahoma before they uh before trey sermon transfer so that's pretty dope right there romantic stephenson is nothing and i mean just all due respect uh he's nothing to really write at home about far as him being a i mean he's not going to come in and challenge christian i'll put it like that he's going to be of assistance i'm talking about 665 yards he only played in six games this past season scored seven touchdown and 665 yards he's a bruiser he's a bulldozer he's a one cut guy get downhill and punching your [ __ ] mouth um if if i had to kind of put a a asterisk next to his name it'll be due to his lateralness his agileness um he's not as nimble i mean he has enough he has enough to get him in there and do what he needs to do i mean he's not christian mccaffrey okay he's not gonna shake you and leave you in a you know looking at looking at the washing machine but my thing is he's he's what we need the carolina panthers if you look up your Red Zone screen right here we struggle gravely in the red zone okay and a lot of you guys want to blame that on uh teddy bridgewater which you can play in him a good portion of it but you also got to blame it on uh coaching as well and not being able to run the ball so if you look up here on your screen on the red zone look at this [ __ ] man we finished 28th out of 57 red zone attempts we only had 29 touchdowns 50 we ranked 28th in the nfl in red zone and one thing christian does really good i mean he does a lot of things really good but one thing he doesn't do really well he's not a power back you know we've seen the games where the tampa bay buccaneers in the past you know they stood his ass up and you know they that was a game it was it was a thursday night game they were rocking this [ __ ] rock one two three four five o'clock right rocking [ __ ] we didn't have nobody to counter that i guess i guess you can kind of say like four for that that's the beautiful thing about having like a derrick henry and [ __ ] you got somebody come back that i mean christian he i mean he got a little juice to him but bottom line is when you're going 57 you're only scoring 29 touchdowns at a 57 attempt that's like going to work all week and then when it's time to get your paycheck you realize you forgot to clock in all week you went to work you work hard hard you're sweating damn i can't wait to get the paycheck i'm gonna get that new xbox playstation and then you realize you've got the clock in that's what's going down there to the red zone and not punching it in and again you could blame simon telly and you can blame salmon coaching but i think uh excuse me bruh randre stevenson could definitely help us out in this area because this is what he specializes in also on third down a lot of third down conversions we couldn't get across uh get that first down y'all 39 39 39 out of 190 almost 200 let's listen at almost 200 attempts the panthers only converted 76 39 25th in the nfl so again this is the guy that could kind of be the thunder to christian mccaffrey's lightning you know short yardage kind of back and this is what you want because christian let's let's be honest about it christian's not coming out of that [ __ ] game christian's going to go off this season he's not coming out of that game but i mean again this is where i had to challenge my coaches you gotta kind of listen i know he's a superstar and i know a lot of us gave him hell when when uh when uh uh uh on that raiders game when matt rule went to alex arma and you know what i mean but what are the options well he could have put uh mike davis in but we didn't know [ __ ] about mike davis so coaches you got to not allow for players um how can i put it i don't want to say ego i don't want to say ego you gotta allow for a player's aura to not override your coaching you know and sometimes you know i think that could be intimidating because i know they're not going to come out to say this they're not going to come out and say this but sometimes coaches are intimidated by players because of their stature their superstar level the superstardom and i think that's what happened again with cam newton sometime ron revere sometimes that stature is it's like damn you know he's a superstar so i kind of feel like you know that but you got to put that [ __ ] aside and say look christian i know you want the ball here but this is the play we draw up we got the personnel package for blah blah blah blah blah you know what i mean not a lot of [ __ ] oh you're the superstar oh yes do what you want to my key i'm not saying that's going down okay let me let me stop playing i'm not saying that's going down but you know andre moore could definitely come in here well huh excuse me romanja morgan come here and um get in the red zone i think the goal line the short yardage he can make a difference again he's not that big of i mean he's not that quick he's not that lateral he's not a juker um i mean if you want to go back to 2019 he should have been playing in the peach bowl but uh let's see looks like he had uh him and another teammate got caught smoking marijuana but that's just you know teenage college [ __ ] that's nothing to be scared away from i think we have to get this guy if he's there in the early fourth we got to get him early fourth round if he's available i'm not reaching for this kid but i'm afraid one of those afc north teams may get them you know what i mean you got to think about it in the cold weather you got the cleveland brown distillers the difference between like the if you look look at the tempeh buccaneers for example they had uh uh ronald jones and leonard fournette and it's just in the playoffs they were just one two one two one two you know what i mean catch over here catch over here one two one two they were literally keeping those guys fresh you know what i mean if we can keep christian mccaffrey from doing the quote unquote grunt work the goal line the red zone the one yeah if we can quote unquote keep him from doing grunt work then we can reduce his injury we can listen even though i think he's going to click on god mode we cannot let him click on god mode to his detriment let him do what he's going to do you know what i mean but let's be smart about it when it comes to situational football red zone the the the one-yard line let's get somebody in there that can do this you know what i mean and bramandre moore can definitely do that i'm not reaching for him early fourth round i would take him i think we got to have this guy the biggest bat coming out if i'm not mistaken six foot 245 and again only played the six games last year had six tests i mean seven touchdowns and had over 600 yards so he definitely could produce give me a couple
