WHAT HAVE YOU SEEN DIFFERENT WITH HIM OF LATE? >> I FEEL LIKE HE JUST, BEHIND ALL HIS PITCHED, HONESTLY. FEELS LIKE HE'S GETTING TO BETTER SPOTS THAN HE WAS, AND IT'S WORKING OUT REALLY WELL FOR HIM. HE'S BEEN GREAT FOR US THE LAST, HONESTLY THE WHOLE YEAR, SO HE'S GOING BE A BIG PART FOR US COMING UP HERE SOON AND HE ALREADY IS RIGHT NOW. HE'S DOING A REALLY GOOD JOB. >> TONIGHT HE SAID THAT'S HIS BREAD AND BUTTER. >> YEAH, I THINK THAT'S WHAT'S MADE HIM PITCH IN THE BIG LEAGUES FOR OVER TEN YEARS. HE'S ADJUSTED, AND LEARNED SOME REALLY GOOD BREAKING PITCHES THAT HAVE HELPED HIM A LOT, AND I THINK THAT'S WHAT HELPED HIM REALLY GO THE DISTANCE TONIGHT. ESPECIALLY THE THIRD TIME THROUGH THE ZORD HAVE YOU GUIDE MADE ADJUSTMENTS IN THE WAY YOU CALL A GAME WITH HIM OVER TIME? >> YEAH, IT'S A LOT OF FUN TO CATCH STRO, HONESTLY. I FEEL LIKE YOU'RE REALLY PITCHING. IT'S NOT LIKE POWER, YOU HAVE TO HAVE FINESSE AND THEN GOSUKE AFTER GUYS. AND FOR ME IT'S A LOT OF FUN AND I KNOW HE HAS A LOT OF FUN THREE UP TOO. >> WHAT'S BEEN THE BIG DIFFERENCE FOR YOU AT THE PLATE THE LAST THREE COMPARED TO THE FIRST TWO MONTHS OF THE SEASON? >> I'M GETTING RESULTS. BUT FOR THE MOST PART, MY APPROACH AND PLAN HAS BEEN REALLY THE SAME. CUT MY LEG KICK DOWN A LITTLE BIT BUT FOR THE MOST PART EVERYTHING'S BEEN A LOT OF THE SAME STUFF FOR ME. >> DO YOU THINK THE FACT THAT YOU'RE SHOWING YOU CAN HIT TO THE OPPOSITE FIELD HAS GIVEN AWE CHANCE TO SEE SOME INSIDE PITCHES THAT YOU CAN DRIVE? >> UM, SURE. I THINK THAT'S PROBABLY A LITTLE BIT OF THE CASE. I THINK FOR THE MOST PART I OF MY CAREER THAT'S WHAT I'VE COINEDKIND OF DONE IS KIND OF HIT THE OUTER HALF PRETTY WELL, SO GETTING SOME GOOD PITCHES INSIDE TO HIT AND PUTTING GOOD SWINGS ON IT FEELS PRETTY GOOD. >> WHAT'S IT BEEN LIKE HAVING THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PROTECTING JUDGE? >> I'M HAVING A LOT OF FUN WITH IT.
