what's going on Jerome so TJ hackinson is one of the pillars of the Minnesota fight in Vikings offense he would Jordan Addison of course Justin freaking Jefferson the TR ver of weapons for JJ McCarthy eventually maybe Sam darnold this year uh and also he is the best number 87 tight end in the National Football League I'm not saying I'm just saying but of course dirty care Joseph took Hawkins away from us uh towards the end of last year torn ACL torn MCL and everything was just just not good and and dirty Kirby has a he has a type that's all man uh and hackinson was on his way to a massive career season last year uh easily would have had a 100 and 1,000 season uh and he remains one of the best tight ends in the game but uh he's working his way back and something that's good to see so he's been working uh in Nashville Tennessee uh with Josh cuthber uh who's a alpha strength strength and conditioning trainer and he posted a a little bit of progress there although I working on Mobility work looking work on lateral stuff which is very important for acl's but it kind of looks like he's doing the icky shuffle you know what I mean uh but e either way like it's good to see like even in July and even with training camp coming up you know it's likely that hackinson precautionary wise is going to start off on on the pupet list uh for training camp which is fine because you can't get on the regular season pup list without being on the training camp preseason uh pup list and you come up off of it anytime uh during training camp preseason but for the regular season uh you would miss four weeks but I'm really not stressing about hackinson like he gets back uh when he gets back and cuber uh kuber's great because uh he works with a number of NFL players and yeah obviously gets some great results here is working with uh jumping George KD uh well not not I was going to say star of receiver but we we know who the star of the receiver documentary is and also hackinson I love that hackinson is working just to become half the player that TJ hackinson is Hockinson the greatest uh Hawkeyes TI in in history but no no big deal also you look on the walls so all the jerseys you obviously guys that uh cpur works with uh but we need to update the hackinson so he's got the Li hackinson there uh but also it's cool to see Harrison Smith who is a you Tennessee native up there on the wall too so that's awesome love to see it uh and in terms of hackinson so again for the 17,000 time one of the things I respect about uh about Kevin oono is that they don't rush players back from injury and you see this a lot with teams where I well if it's super bowl or a key playoff game or a win and go home situation the regular season yes I I fully understand it but too many teams bring players back especially from injuries like this at like 80% right and then they're just like well we'll just have a small package of plays for him no like hackinson when he's back he will be at 100% and he'll have 100% of his UH responsibilities which is good but Oliver great blocking tight end I think he's underrated as a receiver uh but we'll see if they want to use him in that role uh they brought in Bobby tanyan uh who has had monster seasons in the past Johnny Mt they have a ton of experience with uh Nick Muse is coming back from a knee procedure of his own and also you know don't sleep on the Move uh from uh of nikel Harry from receiver to uh tight end where nikel Harry was always a great blocking receiver uh and also if you if you're able to get really good matchups with him he's too fast for a linebacker he's too big for a safety so that that could be something uh to look for a as well but like I said I'm not you know pushing for hackinson to get back at any timeline and whatever like when he's back he's back but I I will say for Hockinson like when he comes back in terms of fantasy value like I I would draft hackinson and hang on to him uh maybe put him in the IR spot if your league allows it but because I I think like I said when he gets back he's going to be at 100% And he's going to be rolling and he is going to be uh that tight end one on this team and also you look at weeks you know 13 through 17 late in the fantasy season getting into into the playoffs he's got four to five games at home so could be good to go there but either way your thoughts our thoughts uh T.J Hockinson uh putting in that work looking to get back uh in in the saddle coming off of uh ACL and MCL uh uh surgeries last know your thoughts and our thoughts in the comment section below subscribe for daily Vikings takes want sport the work put a little something in the ven mod but is next time skull production value
