hi my HD family welcome back to our Channel today we're here in Apple Valley California we are at J Ranch Lakes RV Resort this place is incredible you guys if you're into tiny living uh RV living anything like that this is the place to be you can do it in style this is the place if you're into RV living or even tiny H living this is the place where you can own your own land and this is a gated community so if you are thinking that you're wanting a different type of Lifestyle you're looking at downsize or you're looking for a tiny living that's why we wanted to bring you the RV Resort here in Apple Valley as you can see it is a gated community so if you are interested in finding out more information about one of the land lots that are available for sale or one of the tiny homes I suggest you call us so we can set up a showing and an appointment for you to view the community so I'm sure you have a lot more questions for me okay so that's why I wanted to bring you this tour so this is the community clubhouse that has a gym a game area a large kitchen for parties and Gatherings it also has a res the resort has an inground pool and spa and laundry facilities this community is like I mentioned a gated community here here in Jess Ranch as we start our driving tour here in the RV Resort I want you to just to take a look at every individual lot because every lot offers something different some of the lots have storage sheds some of the lots have tiny homes on them some of the Lots only have porches or covered patios okay so every lot is going to have something different to offer and something that they don't offer as well okay I also want to keep in mind that this community does have an HOA so if you are interested in finding out how much the HOA is that is something that you can go ahead and give us a call or text us and we'll let you know what the HOA cost are okay the HOA includes water trash and lawn maintenance okay you are going to have some maintenance to do on your own for your own property but a lot of the maintenance is covered by the HOA as you can see this community does have some restrictions okay the RV must be at least 26 ft or longer okay needs to fit on the lot and it cannot not be older than 10 years old okay the community Clubhouse has a gym a pool po a spa laundry and a large kitchen area I want you to keep in mind that every individual lot in this community is privately owned let's talk about the great amenities that are close by to this community like Ashwood golf course it's probably like 4 minutes away from this community and the just Ranch lake so if you're into fishing it's close by to this community is right next door actually okay you could actually see the lake from here too so I mean and also you're going to be close to Jess Ranch uh Marketplace and all the shopping centers and areas that are close by you're going to be close to uh the grocery stores uh Target super center uh you're also close by to a winko a stator Brothers you're close by to the movie theaters okay so you are centrally located to everything from this location okay so if you were thinking that you wanted to downsize and you're looking for a tiny way of living I'm telling you you're going to want to come and take a tour of this community here in the RV Resort this is a great Community for that fulltime RV this community is an all AG Community but there is no playground okay there's more retired couples and families with kids but I think all that is changing cuz you do you do see a lot more kids in the area okay I want you to keep in mind that a lot of the land Lots also have a storage set shed that do have a washer and dryer hookup in the shed okay not all of the land lots have that but it is available in some of them okay I want you to keep in mind that all of the land Lots also come with their the power hookup Water Hookup okay so you don't have to worry about anything you just need a come bring your RV set it up and start relaxing here in my h family thank you for coming along with us on this tour please remember to like subscribe hit that notification Bell so that you guys can get notified when we release new videos we [Music] thanks for coming with me on this tour of Jess Ranch Lakes RV Resort I hope you guys like this video if you live in the in the neighborhood leave us a comment tell us how you like living there or if you're interested in more info on living here as well reach out to us this is a great opportunity to be in a community and also we have theart and don't forget that this is Laura Bon with Excellence real estate and the Bonia group and we're here to help you close with confidence see you on the next one my HD family bye
