NEW: Why I plan to audio-watermark Jennifer Soto’s 911 call, Stephan Sterns’ future interview videos

hello there okay I didn't want to have to make this video I didn't want to have to make this change but apparently especially after the events of this weekend I feel like I have to make this change in the way I present my videos and evidence here on YouTube and on patreon so this is a video explaining why I plan to add an audio watermark in if it exists Jennifer sto's 911 call any future evidence we receive Stefan Sterns future interview videos we don't know what's coming I know something's coming according to the docket on YouTube he has a contact in Florida she's telling him there is a Jennifer stto 911 call we don't know if Jennifer actually made a 911 call so only once you really dig into the evidence we see what we get this woman might be mistaken maybe she's right maybe she's mixing up the 911 calls that Jennifer sto's sister or niece or Jennifer sto's mom made the three we've already heard either way if we get that call anytime soon if it exists any future evidence I plan to make a change and just add a watermark so I made my notes so I can really tell you guys what's going on unfortunately it's become necessary to add this audio Watermark even though I don't like audio watermarks plunder True Crime audio but I still plan to offer as much raw and uncut video Audio Photo evidence as I can over on page Pon and here that's appropriate it'll just have the audio Watermark at it so let me explain to you what happened this weekend and in the recent past which led me to make this decision okay so this past Friday September 6 2024 it was 5:40 p.m. the YouTuber named the docket you know I'm always talking about him at nauseum sending you people over to his channel and like subscribe and even when he goes live anyway he emailed me a zip file it contained the new interview of Jennifer SoDo from April 18th 2024 her interview we hadn't heard it before no one had ever heard it before so I've been pretty upfront with you guys and blabbing on and on about how hard the docket has been working to get this evidence released let me give you a behind the scen example of how hard he's working not only putting in all the public records requests you know Gathering us together me grey Hughes investigates the docket himself to pay for all these invoices calling and calling and following up and you know it's not just like a one-time thing this is how hard the docket is working on Friday the docket spoke with his law enforcement contact and she was even telling him I don't know how late it was but she was like I got to go I got to go and he was telling her not until I make sure what you sent comes through so this is how much he's holding these people's feet to the fire this is how hard he's working to make sure okay did that zip file come through it contains the audio we've never heard before it contains hundreds and hundreds of photos we've never seen before in this case he's encouraging this woman don't even go home yet on a Friday until we make sure we got it we got it if not for all of his calls his follow-ups his pressure holding these people accountable we wouldn't have heard that audio interview on Friday it would not have been released yet so I've been transparent with you guys about everything the docket and myself and grey Hughes investigates have paid for we split the cost three ways to pay these exorbitant costs for the video audio files PDFs and photos so we can present them to you guys our YouTube viewers and you know my patreon members so for example I've shown you invoices you know I'm showing you the real invoices there's one for $26.15 just that sample of photos we were making sure weren't duplicates there's another invoice for $578 68 there was another one for $549.58 $2,752 54 Where do you add all that stuff up together that's nearly $4,000 I don't even know what all we paid for we've paid different entities we don't even know what all these costs are exactly going to get us we're still waiting we're still waiting on Jail phone calls there's so much in the queue we don't know when we'll get it we don't know what stuff they'll decide to give us perhaps refund us partially if they go through and decide oh we can't give you this video after all all that's one reason there was a lot of emotions flying because it's like well why charge us why make us pay all these invoices if you're not even sure what you're allowed to give us but that's a whole another ball of wax we appreciate them what they've given us from Florida in this case so I've shown you all these invoices grey Hughes and I have sent money to the docket he pays the invoices we see the proof all that so we're waiting for more evidence but before I pass on any more evidence I want to make sure it's being presented to you truthfully and honestly so as soon as I saw the docket going live on Friday with the New Evidence I made sure to share his video on my YouTube Community page you know I knew I wouldn't have a video up Friday night I just got it Friday night I never go live grey Hughes goes live the docket goes live I'm like good let them go live I'll sit here and process it and you know I was watching it I was participating in the docket chat and listening and listening I will listen to it four times that way when I can write out all my notes sleep on it listen create a video film edit upload it took so long mine didn't even get up till Saturday it was technically Sunday morning but it was after Saturday around 1 something in the morning Sunday 1 something in the morning Technically when I got my long video up because it takes a lot longer to sit here and film like I prefer edit you know give you guys all the info and I try and cut down on the pauses the commentary the everything but there's benefits to both you know there's benefits to going live so I put the docket video I shared it on my YouTube Community page as well as a couple of Facebook pages I was trying to tell the people in the meline soo cases look the dockets going live um one of them let me put the link up other Facebook groups I never remember which one let you put them up the other one's like oh no you can't put that up it's a YouTube link some of them have these rules I have no idea what you know whatever it's promotion or whatever anyway I wanted you guys who are following the mateline soo case to be able to go over there oh listen to this new interview see what you guys think of it I won't have my video up until you know maybe Saturday go on over there and listen so that same night however I uploaded the raw uncut interview audio of Jennifer sto to my patreon so you know my patreon viewers some of them just they don't have a lot of time or they don't want to hear commentary some people want both so they can just hear that raw uncut interview Jennifer and all her pauses and everything with no commentary I like to do that and I've even encouraged other content creators are on my patreon yeah just download it from there make your own videos I love to hear everyone's perspective make your own videos use this audio you know I love hearing the perspectives of so many different people on these crime cases and patreon since last year patreon is great for passing along digital products to viewers and other creators it's so much easier than trying to I don't know send stuff off through Google Drive and all that so they opened this new patreon shop feature last year that that gave me access to it early access to it where quote creators can sell digital products like videos podcast episodes images and other files directly to customers whether they're a member or not through their shop tab so I love that I was like good people don't have to be you know my patreon member people don't have to be a member of my patreon that's like seven bucks a month only if they want to they get everything for seven bucks a month if they want or they could just go directly to my patreon shop and only you know purchase I only want these PDFs you know one fill swoop I only want these photos or I only want this or that so I get so many people who ask me you know they literally they don't just want to see the PDF on the screen which I often don't show on the screen anymore because YouTube can flip out over certain things if they see an email address like one time I showed my own email address and YouTube remove that video they'll flip out so I tend not to show PDFs on the screen anymore so I get a lot of people who want to go through they don't want to just see it on the screen or scroll somewhere like on Scribd or whatever they literally want to download the PDF they want to download the photos they want to download the videos and download the audio files so I've been using this patreon shop since last year to easily pass along that data that they want and I even chose the lowest prices for the products on patreon I was trying to choose 9 cents and patreon was like no you have to at least make it $3 us $3 USD and it says but no more than $5,000 I didn't even know it went up to that much but by the way I have seen some other YouTube creators that use patreon shop they will charge $300 for one PDF I get it I get why some people do that they work hard they go through the court systems they purchase this data it might have taken them hours to find it they download it they sell it to their patreon members for exorbitant prices I said I'm not going to do that I chose the lowest price $3 and Apple for Apple products they have this new thing they added on a fee so some of the products you'll see are $44.50 that's why Apple's varying fee I wanted to charge the lowest amount in my patreon shop for products so people could just a lot of people could just go afford to buy it like Jennifer sto's interview like we spent all this money for all this evidence and I'm like okay if I throw it up on patreon for the lowest price people can easily just go download the audio over there buy it three bucks or 450 or whatever do with it want with it and that's perfectly fine I encouraged people to do that and so people have started to do that whether they listen right there on their phone or they downloaded or screen recorded or whatever the heck they do so including some YouTube creators who've downloaded the raw audio they downloaded the raw audio from my patreon and made their own videos no problem there I encourage people to do that and some of them have been so kind even though I didn't ask them to do this some of them have been so kind where they've given me credit they've told their viewers exactly where they got the audio they've credited me or they've mentioned the docket or maybe they've mentioned gry Hughes I don't know I haven't seen all of it but I have caught some people you know you hear oh that person gave you a shout out how kind so many kind creators out there have given me shout outs over the years and some of them I didn't even ask for I didn't require it I didn't ask them to give me credit that's just the kind of above board type of kindness and honesty that some YouTube creators have offered as I in turn many times if you'll look back through my videos you'll see me verbally give credit to whomever the docket a lot of people and I often if you go back and just check my pinned comments I will often put links to my sources in that first pinned comment that's if I'm not being too lazy I tell you I'm not perfect sometimes I might find a photo here or there on Facebook of you know a certain crime case and yeah I might slip through the cracks I admit and not credit everyone as I should but I don't go to a person's patreon as a member or purchase something from their shop an over hourong video and then come here and present it to you under a false light and that's what happened this weekend and that's where it gets discouraging but if you look back you will see me shouting out a bunch of creators like I'll say oh my goodness look at paperwork jlr found in the coburger case you know you might remember that video jlr investigates found all this paperwork from coburger when Brian coburger he used to be be like work at this fish shop jlr investigates found he was able to screenshot a photo of Stephan Sterns before it was deleted on Facebook you know of him in that jail outfit kind of holding a fake member as you will stuff like that I remember going back and saying oh look what jlr investigates found I don't pretend like I found it I don't pretend like I did the hard work jlr did in finding all those PDFs of Brian cober's jobs or you know I'll say look at what Nick at True Crime rocket science found or or look at even his intellectual property look at his experience look at his thoughts look at his thoughts this is what he pontificated I don't pass that off as my own thoughts or I'll link people or I'll just mention him and say he had this great thought or he's the one who coined the term for Chris Watt sermon on the porch so I often say that and then I make sure to say oh Nick from True Crime rocket science came up with that I don't take it as my own intellectual property like I came up with it so anyway for example another example I'm just laying the groundwork here to show you guys my thought process when I paid like $14.80 to download those PDFs in the Sterns case the PDFs where Jennifer stto you know told cops oh the sex stuff was not evil quote quote I found that on web from a user named Mac the knife Mac the knife that user said they filled out a Foya they worked hard they got those PDFs I had not seen them before they were uploaded on Scribd or however you pronounce it I had to pay for a membership to download them and I did and I told you guys exactly where I got it I linked exactly to the web sluth post and I even put those on my patreon and told people look this is where I got them Mac the knife from web sloths and even on web slops they were like oh you got a shout out and everything from Plunder anyway when I grab videos you guys know and it's all fair use you know it's fair use so people can just take and react to my videos all they want or whatever I grabb videos too as part of fair use from telmundo 31 recently all that stuff I translated Univision WFTV Channel 9 I tell you guys my sources and even if I'm using audio from another YouTuber I don't think I've ever grabbed any off of YouTuber's patreon but even if I did you know if a YouTuber has gleaned some info from their public record or from wherever I will link to that YouTuber and say look this is where I got it from so many people have done the same for me I truly appreciate it even though didn't even require it people can react to my videos all day long whatever I used to just send out all these Google Drive links and go above and beyond sadly I have to make a change you know rarely do I tell people no I did tell Inside Edition no certain people I've blocked because to tell you the truth some people are just rude one other YouTuber I remember emailing me for some body cam videos or whatever I'm like here take them whatever just take them you don't have to pay me anything whatever just take them and I think that YouTuber they took them went on to get like a million views didn't mention hide nor hair of me or anything and then that's fine and I just ended up blocking that person because I don't know people think I think people think if you're a Christian yes and I do believe in turning the other cheek I've done that often I think they think they can walk all over you maybe that's what they think it means or even Inside Edition different people have asked me for videos like especially during the um shiver case Lindsay Shyer when I got that body cam video I was like so shocked like Lindy sher's here arguing with her husband over this airplane I didn't even expect it they sent it snail mail I got it in the mail I uploaded the discs woo those videos took off and went viral once people saw oh wow plunder getting some views we better jump on this and some people are so kind Court TV was so kind I could cry they literally gave me a shout out and they didn't even have to they were like from Plunder true crime videos here's the body cam I was like that is so kind of them they didn't even didn't have to do that you know some people will go through and maybe take your logos off and do whatever they have to do they didn't have to do that they were very kind these people I remember Inside Edition I have provided them with raw video before I remember I can't remember which case and so then the woman came back to me again and it's like okay can you give us more I think she wanted the shiver videos because she's like it was a storm down there in Georgia and stuff was delayed and the videos couldn't come to her and she's just like we'd be so thankful if you just give us the raw body cam videos and like never mind my time my research all these hours I'm spending away from doing other things I mean it took me freaking all day Saturday to film and edit that video and get it up I cancel dinner with my husband I didn't walk my dog all these things I didn't do just to get the video up and provided to you guys anyway Inside Edition had come back to me saying yeah can we have that body cam or whatever we'd be so grateful and at that point I'm like look just grab it off my patreon or take it off my YouTube and leave my logo on there if you really want it and guess what I didn't hear from them again it's so funny some people how they show you their true colors when you're just giving them stuff you might have worked hard to find and taking your own time hours and hours of research and just gone out there and gotten it and then they want it and they want it raw you know they're like can we have the raw we don't want your logo all over it and you see why I have to put my logo all over things which I don't want to have to do but people don't have enough Integrity some of them to just tell you honestly where they got it from Inside Edition gets millions of views what would it have harmed them to say oh we got this from Plunder True Crime and there's reasons I pontificate why people don't want to give you a shout out but that's okay whatever it comes back on them but my point is I said no just you know grab the video I'm not going to bend over backwards to go searching through my Google Drive to provide you the Raw videos and audios that I've worked so hard some of them to get on my own some might be free and I'm not trying to pretend like I pay for all this stuff I think those Shyer videos if memory Stars they might have been free some people I pay nominal fees some people have driven all over the great state of Ohio to go grab some of them I have to pay snail mail some small amounts some bigger amounts this is you know Sterns evidence is getting into the thousands whatever some is free some is up to the thousands some I can't even afford to pay before like I told you rob Peter to pay Paul like I waited didn't pay my CPA yet so I could send this money to the docket so I could pay for the Sterns evidence you guys watched this weekend anyway thank God for providing I have enough to give my CPA our goal at minimum would be to break even you know we have to pay all these taxes on the money we earn and everything at minimum We Want to Break Even we don't want to take a loss on trying to provide you guys evidence so that's a little bit of the history one more example before I tell what happened this weekend I remember working hours and hours and hours in the summer Wells case to find evidence to find information so using my broadcastify membership to dig through hours and hours and hours worth of police dispatch when Little Summer Wells went missing beautiful 5-year-old girl Unfortunately they still haven't found her so I wanted to know what's all the evidence here I found a dispatch audio saying that summer wells's mom had went on a run around the time they were reporting her missing so I edited that audio out presented it to you guys all these people even mainstream media just ripped the audio that it taken me hours and hours and hours to find you know no credit whatsoever and I'm like fine the greater goal for all of us is that we're trying to present these victim stories that should be the greater goal but you know I'm learning just how much more Cutthroat it is I've seen this competitive Cutthroat Behavior so imagine my sadness here we go this weekend when I saw a YouTuber or two who had receive the audio of Jennifer's interview obviously from my patreon I know which ones sometimes get it from my patreon because it's under their YouTube channels names or it's under their moderators names it's under people's names you know who belongs to who or they admit they got it from there you know behind the scenes not to their hundreds of thousands of viewers so I watch these people go on their channels and present Jennifer sto's most recently released interview as something their researcher worked hard to uncover as if their researcher went and spent hours and hours and hours digging through some police files or something to find the interview which just wasn't true they didn't give any credit to the docket or me or anyone else now as non-traditional media standards go that would have been just a kindness but not necessary for me again I don't need credit like the docket another example all these examples are coming to my mind I usually don't tell you guys about any of this YouTube drama I'm just presenting cases to you you know I'm like they don't want to hear about all this behind the scenes drama but this is what happens the docket and I uh we both put in request I remember for the Caitlyn Armstrong case you know she was convicted of killing Mariah Wilson horrible case we got a bunch of body cam some of it we won't present anywhere it's horrible and some of it we presented and the docket work really hard on that too and the followup and everything we have a bunch of evidence I remember a guy who's making a Netflix documentary on that case he did contact us to get that raw footage and you know I warned him and he's used to it but I was like there's some pretty bad stuff in there you might not want to see so any I just gave that over to him who cares no cost I didn't charge him anything or anything like that for that and he's like oh do you want credit how do you want me to credit you it was so kind of him to even ask I'm like I don't care you don't have to credit me at all and that's some Netflix documentary and you know there have been BBC people have reached out and they made that cobber documentary they included a bunch of us YouTubers it was kind of them to even ask the Netflix one I'm like you don't even have to credit me who cares the straw that broke the camel's back for me this weekend was when a YouTubers seemed to mislead their viewers into thinking oh this audio has been obtained directly from my police contacts you know I have contacts all across Florida instead of just truthfully admitting I downloaded this from plunders patreon you know she said here it is guys you can go make videos with it so instead of all that misleading talk about oh all my contacts with the different Florida agencies and making viewers think you know inferring not necessarily directly saying because I think that would almost be illegal saying police gave you something directly that they didn't people pick and choose their words and they infer that the YouTube Creator their researcher you know directly got it from police it would have taken 2 seconds instead to use their big platforms like like I do to say look this audio came directly as a result of the dockets Foya and I pulled it right off of plunder patreon gry Hughes went in and invested with them on this that takes 2 seconds instead of creating some three plus hour video yes sure we're all reacting to Jennifer's interview but instead of misleading viewers like the docket got the info on Friday he sent it to me him and grey Hughes went live and that's good and I put it on my patreon here you go raw uncut video instead of having that Spirit of ooh let me go grab this off of plunder patreon and let me hurry up and go live with it before she can create her video and all of that to me is still fine go live when you want to go live who cares but it was the false pretense that's the main thing I had a problem with let me go uh download this off of plunders patreon and go live with it on Saturday so I can pretend that my researcher works so hard to obtain this and we already got this well the docket his contact knows who she sent the audio to who she sent the zip file to on Friday so anyone pretending oh I got this too directly from police or infering my researcher worked so hard and found this online somewhere instead of simply saying hey guys I got this from Plunder patreon it's a great patreon now let's discuss it what would have been the harm in that it's not required again and I didn't ask anyone to do that to me it's all fair use react to whatever you want to react to but it goes beyond the pale when people creators start saying they download the audio off plunders patreon and then they present it to their viewers like okay guys I'm going to give you this my commentary version that you know my researcher found and I'm going to give you the raw version too on YouTube that my researcher found or that I got directly from police wink wink to me that's going too far I ironically these are the self-same YouTube creators presenting the audio in this manner to their viewers pulled from my patreon account as something they received from the police these selfsame creators you know reacting to and offering up these YouTube videos raw format they're the self-same creators who have insisted that we give them credit where credit is due for their own discoveries which is completely fine but it's so hypocritical to me I didn't require it I don't need people blasting my name name or plunder True Crime all over the place it's just a kindness and some people again have been so kind to mention me like some really huge creators smaller creators whatever it's been just I don't know it just shows their character to me that even though I didn't ask them to they credit me they tell the truth I just found it really sad what happened this weekend some of these creators who if you pull any audio or any ideas from them rightly so some have made some great discoveries in the coburger case or in other cases and one was going off about all these people who used her Discovery in a particular case and didn't give her credit you know she was talking about journalistic ethics and all that I get it you know you give credit where credit is due and I try to do that as often as much as possible but these are the same people who if you pull any audio from them they want credit they pulled audio from my patreon I didn't require credit you know to be fair I did not ask for credit I did not require it but to take that extra step and go that extra mile to them present it to their viewers as if look what I found directly from police wink wink is the inference or look what my great researcher found that's the bridge too far I finally had to say something it just made me so sad this weekend and bless God I had so much to celebrate this weekend so many great things God did for me this weekend but at the same token it made me so sad that certain creators would act that way not that they would you know buy the audio for cheap rock bottom prices from my patreon I appreciate all my patreons the sad part came was in how it was presented in creating these Hour 2 hour three- hour long videos where they couldn't even mention where they actually got the audio from it's not even my problem that they didn't mention the docket really work hard to secure this that wasn't even my biggest issue my biggest issue was the misleading of viewers and thinking hey guys I got another one for you you know look what I got look what my researcher worked so hard to find online I've got all these contacts in Florida all these different uh departments and just kind of leaving their viewers to fill in the blanks like wow this YouTube Creator really has some contacts down there granted they really do they might have really put through foas before of course I'm not saying they haven't they might have gotten their own case evidence before but in terms of what just happened what was just released on Friday you know it's no problem in saying okay I got this directly from Orange County Sheriff's Office you know when I get it from them I I tell you this is what I got this is a result or like I told you oh this one Mack the Knife on websleuths they acquired this one or this other YouTube Creator got this whoever got it this time you can create Hour 2 hour three- hour long videos but not presenting the truth to viewers about where you actually got the evidence you know if you didn't get something directly from the Orange County Sheriff's Office for example I don't think you should say you got it directly and some of it's a word play Let's let's say some people downloaded Mac the knifes PDFs okay they might give you a word play these PDFs came directly from the Orange County Sheriff's Office okay technically that's true but it was Mac the knife's hard work Foya research everything finding the right person asking for the right thing that got us those PDFs I don't see the harm in mentioning that and telling viewers the truth and not presenting those two PDFs as a product of my hard work because they weren't or presenting all this recent evidence as a product of my hard work because it wasn't it was we put in foyer requests but I admitted to you guys look the docket worked really hard the docket works so hard in um following up calling all the stuff I haven't done making real contacts following up talking to this woman on Friday night and saying don't go home yet until we're sure you know we have this evidence over here correctly that's the truth what isn't true is when people grab the audio you know procure it that way through the docket via my patreon and present it to you as oh look what we work so hard to obtain that's where it's getting shady and I I don't want to be a part of that I don't want to be part of the charade I just want to tell you guys look this is how much I paid for it this is where I got it from here it is and I wanted to just be able to give it to you raw real without any audio watermarks I just wanted to trust people to just take it run with it listen to it on on their own if they're just viewers go create videos out of it if they're YouTube creators Facebook whoever I don't care Tik Tok creators just use it you don't even have to credit me but don't pull the wool over viewers eyes and pretending like hey guys I work so hard to get this and here it is present it to you when they just pulled it off my patreon that's a bridge too far so going forward this is my plan as I receive more audio video evidence I plan to include some kind of audio watermark on the files so you guys can know exactly where it came from others just might do the same it's not fair for anyone I partner with for example we're scrimping and saving and shelling out all this cash again I told you Robin Peter to pay Paul and just to even get these files over to you paying thousands of dollars trying to offer them to my patreon viewers Raw and Uncut for you know Bargain Basement prices just so they can listen to them over there you know YouTube creators find take them whatever but then I didn't expect for a few bad actors to go download these audio files and then present them to you as if they didn't get them from us if that makes sense I've seen so much over the years on YouTube let me tell you I've seen people I like to Watermark stuff visually let me tell you because I don't I don't copyright strike people I'm not Petty like that I think one person on Facebook I did because he was just downloading my entire videos not reacting to to them not changing them at all or whatever and then I ended up I think even removing that so he could keep his Facebook account I don't strike people I totally believe in fair use I'm all about fair use I always tell people react all you want but it's not fair to anyone I partner with whomever it might be like okay this will be whatever $3,000 yeah let's go in a grand each or whatever let's get it together let's scrimp and sacrifice all week and not buy other stuff we might want cut down on food whatever we have to do just to buy you guys this evidence the evidence comes in I try and offer it on patreon for a cheap amount just to kind of you know defay some of the cost I've made but then other YouTubers to take it and like oh let me take this let me go live with it before plunder can and let me not tell anybody where I got it from her patreon and let me let my viewers think that I got this on my own or through my researcher or through my Florida police contacts and get it up and you know then that way I can beat her to the punch and I can make all these different views and It's just sad and when it's not true and I hate audio watermarks it takes more time for me to edit the files and present them to you I like being able to take the files I got straight from the docket on Friday open that zip file he got it straight from police in Florida and that is true he downloaded it he's sending me screenshots as he's downloading it off their website I want to be able to keep providing them to you the way I've provided them to you you know open the zip file take that audio file and I did overlay the photo so that was editing but I didn't put any audio watermarks in there I like to be able to take the audio here straight don't even have to pull some of them into my editor maybe if I have to boost them maybe not here straight on patreon you guys take it you know buy it download it whatever you want to do with it I like being able to do that unfortunately over the years I've seen some people are so Cutthroat some of them will take a file from you that you originally had that you present it that you gave them whatever upload it on their own YouTube channel and then they'll strike you for the that you presented in the first place there's been some crazy things thankfully over the years you don't have to fight that kind of stuff generally YouTube is a lot better at fake copyright Strikers and fake people who are trying to win in a Cutthroat way anyway it's just sad it made me sad all weekend it was two trains running I was very happy but I was very sad listening to Jennifer sto's interview her lack of care for her daughter made me very sad and then to see the way certain YouTube creators presented her interview that made me sad as well so I'm going to try the least intrusive ways to add audio watermarks in the future to the evidence I present here and on patreon unfortunately this has happened with non-traditional media and mainstream media in the past so however this new trend of certain creators you know just and this has maybe happened over the past week however long we've gotten these new evidence and interviews I think it happened also with Stefan Stern's parents or some other interview I did recently I noticed the same trend friend like oh let me grab it off for patreon oh where is it you know these people these mods in the background emailing people where can I get it where can I get it okay I got it from you thank you so much and here give it to this Creator and the Creator goes live like oh look what I got it's just fake to me this trend of them rushing to get it off my patreon go live with it on YouTube present it to viewers as something other than what it is it's a charade so I'm thankful again for the people who have purchased it off my patreon my members here on YouTube you guys have helped so much defay the cost of presenting all this evidence to you I thank all the creators who have been honest about where they got it from even though I didn't ask them that shows me your character that shows me who you truly are inside and the ones who kind of get mad or disappear when I say oh just take it off my patreon and you know if I don't go through and give them some Google Drive link to the raw files which I don't know if I'm going to give out any raw files without any audio watermarks anymore because it's just sad to me the way it's presented this is just a warning going forward how I plan to do things perhaps if we get the audio of Jennifer soda's 911 call if it even exists if she even called up until now we thought she didn't call maybe she didn't I'm not sure if this woman down there in Florida is correct or not but you know I'll defer to her she knows what evidence they have the docket contact believes it exists but I'm not sure if she's correct if we get this 911 call from Jennifer from Florida or what whatever else we get next and I don't know what's coming you know I plan to again tell you when the docket gets it hopefully if he's able to go live here you go guys he's live you know go listen go listen but unfortunately on my patreon and on YouTube as I present it I will probably have to add plunder to Crime audio somewhere not only in the breaks I'll try not to do it too much or I might have to step on the audio lowly to put it in there it's sad unfortunately I was hoping we could just all play nice together as YouTube creators and just be kind to one another you know share and share alike like oh you got that audio first great I'll pull it down from your YouTube I'll give you credit I'll link to your video I'll encourage my viewers to go on over there to you no matter if you have 500 subscribers 5 or 500,000 or 5 million it's the intent like oh I got it from you I'll tell my viewers where I got it I'm going to even link to you even if they don't ask you know it's just like a common courtesy but unfortunately this weekend has shown me you can't trust people to just be truthful and it's not just a lie of omission that's my issue it wasn't just I'm not going to tell people I got this from plunders patreon it wasn't even just that I'm not going to mention the docket working so hard you know to get this audio I'm not going to mention grey Hughes help pay for that it's not even just that to me who cares about that stuff it's just the audio was taken from my patreon and then it was presented like voila I worked so hard for you viewers here there you go it was that fakeness that put me over the edge if I put an audio Watermark you know step on the audio which I hate to do because to me it lessens the listener's experience I just want to give it to you guys raw no matter where the audio ends up and how it's presented then listeners will know okay that's where this audio came from this one came from the docket or this one came from Plunder whatever and I understand too there is a way to do a more digitalized audio a watermark that might be something I consider in the future maybe something only the content ID picks up but still again I don't strike anyone so that might not be necessary that's what some people put in songs and all that stuff so anyway these are my thoughts so I wanted to warn you guys of what you might hear upcoming you might hear blunder True Crime audio somewhere in as an audio Watermark and I'll try not to do it too much unfortunately I feel forced to do that after this weekend I didn't want to do that it's something I've been avoiding but unfortunately the pattern I've seen play out this weekend and in recent days as this case has progressed has led me to make this decision again I don't copyright strike people I've just been free I don't even go into that section of my YouTube it's just me and Jesus running this YouTube channel I don't have researchers you know I partner with people of course and there's a lot of help but it's just me here I've been free about letting people use what I create and certain others haven't you know offered me the same courtesy and not only that it's almost like they pretty much almost lied to their viewers about where they've obtained the audio and evidence and I just I don't want to be a party to that anymore and I'm hoping to put the kabash on that by adding an audio Watermark I mean anyone can still purchase the audio purchase the raw almost uncut you know now I have to edit it they can still purchase the raw audio files videos whatever they'll just have maybe slight hopefully not too intrusive audio watermarks that can't be edited out because if I put them only in the blank spaces then they'll go through and they'll still cut out the plunder you know True Crime audio parts and squish it all together and present it as oh this is audio we still obtained from police ourselves we work so hard our researchers are working so hard for you guys and here's this audio we got from police and uh we worked hard to edit out the blank spaces for you you know it'll still be presented in a way way where they won't admit that they pulled it from my patreon or YouTube account or whatever so unfortunately I feel like this is the route I have to go for now even though it's more time consuming we'll see if I keep it that way in the future but I felt like I owed it to you guys to just explain what's going on behind the scenes unfortunately I was hoping that as YouTube creators all with the same goal of just Gathering evidence whomever can get it the best we can whichever ones of us can pay for it at whatever time time the common goal was to present the stories of the victims in the best way we can present the audios present the videos give credit where credit is due you see it on the news all the time you know courtesy whomever if you got it from someone's Facebook page or courtesy this YouTube channel or courtesy this tick tocker like ticktockers have been so helpful in the Stern's case like I've presented uh the one I forget her name it's something but I leave her logo on there so you guys can see and I've linked to her in the past we've met messaged each other in the past or even Facebook administrators that run these great groups Karina Thomas I'm always giving her shouts out and links to her and you know we'll message each other my point is to give credit where credit is due even if the person doesn't ask for it and not only if you forget to give credit no worries it's so many people to link to at least don't present it as your own you know like the Tik tocker who was able to grab a lot of the screenshots from Jennifer sto's Instagram before it got deleted you know I was shouting her out and leaving her logo up and linking to her so people would know oh that woman over there grabbed all the like I didn't think to do it I should have thought to do it to you know if I could have had access to Jen sto's Instagram initially I should have grabbed all these videos and photos I could I didn't do it so here let me give credit to the woman who was smart enough to do it that's all I'm saying so I hope all that makes sense you'll still get what you want you'll get whatever 911 calls or whatever interviews we get from wherever we get them you know I will tell you where I get it from if I've gone in and paid for it myself with others if someone else has paid for it and presented it if we haven't even paid for it or if we've just foyet it and gotten it I will be I'll try and be a lot more transparent with you guys about where I'm getting stuff just to avoid what has been happening because it's been like misinterpreted misconstrued it's sad I just want to make a change I just want to you know I was praying a lot about it this weekend I was busy all day Saturday just filming and editing and uploading and everything Sunday was great I had to go stand in church and worship God and hear the great message about the Holy Spirit and you will know them by their fruits woo that really hit hard all of that great dinner I got to get out I got to get away from YouTube from patreon get my mind right keep praying and write this out this morning so I could explain the New Direction I'm taking you'll still get what you want evidence presented on my patreon and everything it's just that's why you'll hear some audio watermarks which I hate to have to do and we'll just go forward with it and we will see where it ends up but hopefully that will encourage people to say yeah you know still react to it I still want to hear everyone's reactions I want to hear everyone's thoughts I love us coming together as a community and just you know bouncing ideas off of each other we're all different we have different experiences we have different walks of life some people are nurses some people are down there you know there's a law enforcement person in Florida messaging me I love hearing her insight and there's so much going on I love it I was hoping we could all play nice and that's why I was like let me offer this on patreon for the cheapest amount I can per product and everybody can just use it and I just didn't expect it to take this turn I didn't expect the credit but I didn't expect it to take the turn of oh let me present this as something I got started as a YouTuber in 2018 I wasn't making the best decisions I didn't know anything about True Crime on YouTube and what the heck I was doing and giving proper credit and I've made my fair share of mistakes but every year every month I try and get better and be a better person trying to do the right things and presenting these victim stories really well and I see why some people don't cover current True Crime cases and this kind of YouTube drama infighting back fighting whatever that makes me that's the part that makes you just want to quit but then I think no this is there's a purpose in doing this there's a gift obviously in doing these things that the Lord has given us that we might as well use for the common good hopefully that's still what I'm doing you know unfortunately I wish I could present the raw audio you know I know some people might still ask well you know I'll give you credit can you just give me the raw audio but unfortunately the same thing will happen like the raw audio I'll give to whomever it'll still get out there and then people will still take it and present it as something they work so hard to get directly from police when it isn't true so I want to try let's just see what happens with the next type of files that are presented whatever that is adding the audio watermarks which I should have done a lot more in the past but I guess I'm always thinking of the viewer I want you guys to have this experience where you can hear it the best no interruptions but I know I can't continue to do that unfortunately because of just a couple of Bad actors and that really made me sad I don't know it just it made me sad this weekend along with Jennifer's interview but I think this will help curtail that problem and maybe going forward we can all just do better be kinder to one another Kinder gentler not just give credit where credit is due but don't present something that you just pulled off my patreon as something you got directly from
