Best Thursday Night Football NFL, Player Props, Parlays, Predictions September 12th 9/12 Week 2

hey everyone it's final round and my name is Jordan and welcome to week two Thursday Night Football before we get into it I just want to ask you do you have trouble sleeping at night why do to because of the Cleveland Browns so for this game we have the Buffalo Bills at Miami both of these teams kind of had their growing pains in week one um the Buffalo Bills defense got a little bit better in the second half versus the Cardinals and then the uh Miami they kind of struggled a little bit to score there against the the Jaguars they did have a big play uh with Tyreek Hill for 80 yards but for this matchup I'm taking it lightly just because it's one game you will see him just they come up on the screen those will be from a data app called outlier there's a link in the description that'll give you a 7-Day free trial for outlier so for this first pick I do like James Cook over 14 1 half rushing attempts at minus 110 and the reason why um they first of all there's a chance of rain for Thursday night um very small chance right now filming this on a Wednesday afternoon but uh it could get worse the closer we get to it um that would just potentially increase uh the the rushing opportunities for James Cook depending on how bad it is but that's not the main reason why I'm going with him uh so the spread for this game is pretty close in Miami's favor obviously if the Buffalo Bills get a lead they're going to want to run the clock out there in the fourth quarter so that can kind of go either way with those teams um I did check last game and cook had two rushing attempts in the first quarter but he finished the first half with eight rushing attempts even though they were down 17 to3 they didn't feel the need to have to pass the ball too much cuz it was early in the game and I like that even though they were down by two touchdowns going in the halftime they came out and and they ran the ball a lot with James Cook he finished with 19 total carries and another reason why I do like him to continue to get carries near the end of last season they really started to give him the ball as they got closer to the playoffs and throughout the playoffs I know last season he did not go over this SM versus Miami but it's not necessarily A matchup type thing um there's also the situation with Josh Allen in his hand it he hurt his nonthrowing hand um so I'm not worried about his passing attempts going down and them running the ball more but I did read an article from heavy.com where U they talk about Josh Allen and how this could potentially affect him and he's been fine taking Snaps um under Center or and from the shotgun um but it could limit his rushing attempts a little bit he said himself that the coaching staff wants him to have more of an emphasis on taking uh less hits um and stop lowering his shoulder so much and I think with this hand injury you don't want to make it even worse and and it could potentially affect his ball security and all that so I think this does give a little bit of a boost for James Cook just a few less carries there for Josh Allen and as far as Miami's defense goes um they played against Jacksonville uh tank bsby and Travis etn they split the carries pretty evenly and tank Bisby was able to to run for a decent amount of yards against them etn was was all right and when it comes to the running game for the bill it's pretty much been Josh Allen and James Cook and then there's Ray Davis um who's kind of like a handcuff in fantasy leagues um he got three rushing attempts so not really a threat there it's mainly going to be James Cook getting the majority of the carries so with getting 19 carries in week one and averaging around 17 carries over his last 10 games um down the stretch of last season I do like him to go over for the bills it's Greg rouso over .25 it says 0 2 on outlier over 0.25 sacks at minus1 15 uh so he basically just needs a half sack he just needs to get a sack with a teammate and he goes over this line now if you don't know who Greg rouso is he's a young upand cominging pass rusher in the first matchup against Miami last season he got two sacks against them um later on in the year he didn't get any sacks against them um but to start off this season he started off with three total sacks and I know he was going up against Kyler Murray who you know wants to tuck the ball and start running but um the Dolphins give did give up three sacks total in their first week so um Greg rouso is going to be coming after uh Tua um early and often and I did check uh PFF rankings for the Dolphins offensive line um they do have them ranked 18th going into the year so uh not great there and he should definitely have a good opportunity here to get uh at least a half a sack so I want to talk about Miami um I don't don't have any picks for Miami at the moment um they're dealing with some uncertainty at the running back position um and these games that they've played there's been a lot of unders for you know like Tyreek and Wadd and Tua he had one really good passing game against them even for the kicker Sanders I was really looking at his under uh 2.5 extra points made but I really don't want to fade any of these guys just because it's beginning of the season um the bills defense they did get better in that second half versus the Cardinal but still it's the Cardinals so there could be some Growing Pains here and it could be a high-scoring game but historically uh the Bills play them pretty tough so I don't want to fade them but I also don't want to take any overs and with this running back situation I'm really curious about where they're going to put some of the lines out at um so Rah Raheem moer is out um hn is questionable going to be a game time decision so that leaves Jeff Wilson Jr as the next guy up um but I'm really curious about this rookie from Tennessee um Jaylen Wright um I'm hearing a lot of really good things about him and his his speed and he's just a monster um so if aan is out and we get a split backfield with Jeff Wilson and wri um I'm really curious to see where they put right's lines at if we get those um I would definitely put in the Ping comment if I if I see a line that I like for Jaylen Wright um I think he could have a really big game with this opportunity so that's my thoughts on both sides of things I don't think Josh Allen's going to be um hampered when it comes to throwing the ball or anything like that I just think he's going to have a few less rushing attempts um which would lead to some more for James Cook but definitely when it comes to the Red Zone um I still think Josh Allen's going to be the main guy going for for touchdowns like I took his anytime touchdown last time so if You' like to discuss lines further I have a uh correlate if you can do correlated picks because some apps don't allow that um I do like Baker Mayfield over one a half passing touchdowns I believe he had four and then to finish tonight I had Aman Ross St Brown over 84 and 1 half receiving yards and he did not get that so it was 5- one there um and I had a 2- 0 day on Friday Night Football so not a bad start with week one but I know things do adjust and things change it's pretty much every sport uh the first week or so is uh it's see everything seems easy uh but then it's it's going to hit lines are going to get sharper and everything like that betters are going to get smarter and get quicker to getting the lines and uh we'll see where it goes with week two and also I talked to Stephen from just a bed outside and I was like man I I got like 4,000 views on my week one video and EV guy from Guy Boston is getting 40,000 he got 10 times the amount that I got I was like what do you what do you think I should do uh with the algorithm and everything he said I think people just see you as a basketball guy and I told him look I I played basketball throughout High School uh up to Varsity and uh I also played play football up the varsity I was an offensive lineman um in the The Rock Hill area um luckily I graduated just before um Clowney came to play and I didn't have to block him um but I did play against Stefon Gilmore we're the same age throughout basketball and for football and uh in in middle school basketball um my middle school coach saw Stefon Gilmore and he said that guy that kid is going to play D1 back basketball and uh cuz he was dunking at you know in middle school and uh he ended up playing quarterback in high school football uh that's Stefon Gilmore and you know now he's uh one of the top corners in NFL for a long time so uh pretty cool to see that um definitely glad I didn't have to block Clowny but I did have to block um the number one Prospect in the nation at the time was dayquon Bowers um he ended up going to the Buccaneers and kind of f out but uh he was that wasn't fun they put him at halfback um on the offensive end so you know you got this guy 64 like 245 to 260 pounds running a halfback um I was I was happy I was playing the offensive line um but yes I do know football a lot so hopefully by the end of this I can be a basketball and a football guy so um hope you all do well
