HITTING A PARKED CAR,A HE BACKED INTO THAT SPOT. PULLING OUT AND ACCELERATING TOWARD THE PATIO. HE HIT SEVERAL PEOPLE. HE CAME TO AN ABRUPT STOP. MOTHER OF THREE DIED AT THE SCENE. GAVE HARVEY, WHO WAS AT THE RESTAURANT, CELEBRATING WITH SEVERAL WORKERS FROM METHODIST HOSPITAL, DIED AT HCMC. >> HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU HAD TO LIVE THE REST OF YOUR LIFE WITH THE FACT THAT YOU TOOK SOMEBODY'S LIFE AND LEFT THEIR CHILDREN WITHOUT A MOTHER, AND THEIR FAMILY WITHOUT THEIR LOVED ONE? THAT'S WHAT I WOULD ASK PEOPLE TO THINK ABOUT, BEFORE THEY GET INTO A CAR WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN DRINKING OR USING ANY OTHER KIND OF SUBSTANCES. >> NOW, WE WERE AT PARK TAVERN WHEN CREWS REMOVED THE TURF. FAMILY FRIENDS AND COMPLETE STRANGERS CAME BY TO PAY THEIR RESPECTS. ONE WOMAN, A LIFELONG ST. LOUIS PARK RESIDENT, SAID SHE HAD TO COME BY AND PAY RESPECTS FOR THE FAMILY. >> HE WAS A PASSENGER IN A VEHICLE. AND WRONG PLACE, WRONG TIME. AND PASSED AWAY, AND LEFT A YOUNG SON. YEAH. SO IT REALLY HITS HOME. THINKING THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER DRIVER WHO HAD BEEN CONVICTED OF DWI. >> NOW, PARK TAVERN WILL HAVE A SOFT REOPENING ON WEDNESDAY. AND BEFORE THAT, THEY ARE OPENING TO THE PUBLIC. THEY WILL HAVE GRIEF COUNSELORS AVAILABLE FOR THE EMPLOYEE. AND METHODIST HOSPITAL WILL ALSO HAVE A GATHERING THERE TO ACCOMMODATE ALL OF THE COWORKERS OF MR. GABE HARVEY, WH
