[Music] hey Browns fans Nathan gur here with a breaking news edition of the two-minute drill brought to you by University Hospitals the Browns today have shared joyous news here at the cross country mortgage campus in Berea and that is that head coach Kevin sansy and general manager Andrew Barry both have been signed to contract extensions keeping that team together here a team that has seen the Cleveland Browns go to the playoffs twice in four years under their guidance Kevin spany of course a two-time NFL coach of the year the only two-time NFL coach of the year in Cleveland Browns franchise history so they're going to keep it going and the haslams one thing they learned from their time in Pittsburgh prior into taking over the Cleveland Browns was that the importance of continuity and we're finally getting to see that sustained success sustained continuity and it really continues today with the extensions for general manager Andrew Barry and head coach Kevin stefansky here's what the haslams had to say we are incredibly fortunate to have Kevin stefansky and Andrew very leading the Cleveland Browns since the day they were hired each has worked tirelessly to help the Cleveland Browns win we are proud of what they and the team have achieved but Kevin and Andrew would be the first to say that Browns fans deserve even more their leadership collaborative approach and ability to overcome obstacles bode well for the future of this franchise since Barry and sany came in together in 2020 they have led the Browns to the highest winning percentage over a 4year period since 1986 through 1989 this is a group that has drafted developed and retain key players think of all the extensions that have been handed out for players drafted players developed here players traded for here with the Cleveland Browns and that's why this roster is in such a good spot under the guidance of Andrew Barry as the general manager and then on the field under the coaching of Kevin stefansky think about this Folks at home since Barry and stefansky have come to the Cleveland Browns they are 24 and 10 last year they set a record with eight wins in the regular season at Cleveland Browns Stadium so the home cooking has been good and guess what the cooking is gonna continue Barry stansky extended that's the big news in Berea today thanks for watching this breaking news edition of the two-minute drill brought to you by University Hospitals [Music]
