ARE, EXACTLY WHAT YOU'RE SEEING RIGHT NOW. THIS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. RANDI. WE'RE ACTUALLY HERE AT I-10 AT LOYOLA. WE WERE INITIALLY TRYING TO GO IN AND FIND SOME HOMES THAT HAD BEEN IMPACTED BY THE FLOODING, BUT WE CAN'T GET ANY FURTHER THAN WHERE WE ARE AS YOU CAN SEE, AS I CONTINUE TO WALK, IT'S JUST GETTING DEEPER AND DEEPER HERE. IT'S THE REASON WHY THESE VEHICLES RIGHT HERE HAVE STOPPED. SOME OF THE PEOPLE HERE TELL ME THAT THEY'VE BEEN WAITING HERE AT THIS AREA, IN THIS AREA FOR MORE THAN TWO HOURS, JUST WAITING FOR THE WATER TO RECEDE. I'M GOING TO HAVE MY PHOTOJOURNALIST, HUDSON MILLER, PAN AROUND TO THE OTHER VEHICLES HERE THAT ARE ALSO WAITING. AT LEAST ONE OF THESE VEHICLES ACTUALLY STALLED BECAUSE OF HIGH. HOW HIGH? THAT WATER HAD BEEN. WE ACTUALLY JUST SAW A VEHICLE THAT CAME UP, SAW HOW HIGH THE WATER WAS, AND JUST DECIDED TO BACK DOWN THE STREET. SO JUST ANOTHER REASON WHY YOU DEFINITELY WANT TO MAKE SURE TO STAY OFF THE ROADS RIGHT NOW. IT'S VERY DANGEROUS. A LOT OF HIGH WATER IN DIFFERENT AREAS HERE IN KENNER, BUT THEN ALSO IN ORLEANS PARISH, BUT THEN ALSO WE HAVE SOME DOWNED POWER LINES THAT WE'RE HEARING ABOUT. SO YOU JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU'RE SAFE RIGHT NOW. AS YOU CAN SEE, I MEAN, THIS IS STILL PRETTY HIGH. AND I'M TOLD THAT IT RECEDED A LOT. BUT THIS IS PRETTY HIGH. I MEAN, I'M JUST GOING TO WALK A LITTLE FURTHER UP, BUT I MEAN, THIS IS PRETTY HIGH. THIS IS HERE AT I-10 AT LOYOLA DRIVE, RIGHT NOW. AND I MEAN, A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE JUST TELLING ME THAT THEY'RE NERVOUS ABOUT WHAT THEY MIGHT SEE WHEN THEY GET TO THEIR HOMES. THEY'RE THEY'RE NERVOUS ABOUT, YOU KNOW, HAVING TAKEN IN SOME WATER INSIDE OF THEIR HOMES. SO A LOT OF PEOPLE JUST NERVOUS. BUT THE IMPORTANT THING IS THEY'RE STAYING SAFE. A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THEIR VEHICLES LIKE SHAY, WE'RE NOT GOING TO GO ANY FURTHER UNTIL THIS WATER RECEDES, WHICH IS A GOOD THING. WE DON'T WANT TO SEE ANYONE GET HURT. WE'RE GOING TO CONTINUE TO KEEP YOU UPDATED WHEN IT COMES TO CONDITIONS THROUGHOUT THIS AREA. AND HERE
