Tim Pool's Legal Battle With Kamala Harris Backfires BIG TIME

apparently uh Tim pool is getting roasted in Joe Rogan's um Reddit let's put up this uh this tweet by Tim P show the the Tweet by the uh kamla HQ Trump operatives say that their project 2025 plan is to give Trump total unchecked legal power so they can jail and execute those who don't support Trump if he wins they have since scrubbed this video from YouTube now all right if you don't see the video who does uh Trump operatives say their project 2025 plan is to give Trump total unchecked legal power so they can go to go to jail it's cash Patel has definitely been on right isn't that guy's name they just did a story about him I can't I don't know if it was in New York Magazine or New Yorker or wherever it was but cash Patel uh former Trump uh uh you know Administration guy uh rumored to be maybe next Attorney General he is basically called for this so I just I'm being a little legalistic about this and you'll find out why but here is a video that uh purports to indicate that some Trump operatives say their project 2025 plan is to give Trump total unchecked legal power so they can jail and execute those who don't support Trump if he wins sorry go back to the no no no go back go go all the way back good should Democrats be in jail no question when Donald Trump gets elected should he start locking them up no question should there be lists of Democrats that need to go to jail 100% the reason for that is they they've committed crimes we need to make sure that when Donald Trump wins we've got an attorney general a deputy attorney general ah head of the CIA and the FBI uh cash Patel would be fantastic we can have attorney general there's some names floating around and then they can start uh having their investigator and and the FEDS issuing subpoenas pulling up evidence and with real evidence bring them to judges for warrants then these people can spend three three years of their lives fighting tooth and nail for the crime against uh the government for crimes they committed and we can prove and the reason why we put them on trial is that we can show the whole world we will uncover what you've done we will make sure everyone knows and you will be held accountable for it not just jail they should get the death penalty you know we actually used to have the punishment for treason in this country okay that last voice with Laura lomer now uh Laura lomer I uh definitely think we you could call a trump operative I mean undoubtedly she certainly identifies as that way and um that was on in May on uh on uh on pool show that was Tim P incidentally you recall Tim P Tim P has made some very very uh strange statements on Twitter about people who have been on a show and not on a show uh ones that I think are slanderous actually slanderous some people aren't as litigious as I might be in those instances but um here's Tim p and this is how he responds to that video we got it up pop it up there I have engaged legal counsel we are preparing to take action more come no word as to whether this is like uh sort of going to be a scene from like the Avengers movie the final Avengers movie what was that one called end game endgame yeah we don't know um I'm gonna hold my breath on that yep but here he is uh who's this Colin rug guy is he some like a republican uh I he came up as this like breaking news aggregator very like kind of in rightwing yeah it seems a little rightwing Cod justtin Tim p is threatening to take legal action against the Harris campaign for threatening his safety what no maybe call well let's listen to the thing because I wonder if Tim P has an action against Colin rug too because I don't think it was about his safety uh the incident came after KLA HQ the Harris campaign's X account which is notorious for sharing this information shared to yet another blatant lie Trump oper say their project 2025 huh the post read pool is not a trump operative has nothing to do with project 2025 and never said anything about executing those who don't but it never said that PO did said that the people in the video did and Laura lomer said not just go to jail but capital punishment incidentally for those of you who regularly watch Tim P capital punishment means to execute somebody capital punishment being the biggest punishment you can have which would be to lose your life I'm just explaining that cuz we I am announcing that I have engaged legal counsel we are preparing a lawsuit against the Kamala Harris campaign due to a defamatory statement posted on X which is extreme egregious and I just got to say outright psychotic all right pause pause it one second now he's suing for defamation right but this Colin rug can we go to the full tweet because I think he's got actions against Colin rug now too because timul doesn't sound to be like he's suing for um threatening his safety I don't know if there's a legal action you can take that but he's suing for defamation do we have the whole thing up there oh I can't see what's going on oh no you can see it in that other in the in the the video that we just had on there this part this part you couldn't see the pool is not a trump op well I don't care about that let's go back to the other the other one the other the no the one you just had underneath it with the video yeah look at this put this on the screen Timo is threatening to take legal he's got an action against Colin rug too for that matter and maybe me for just showing this video here let's play it we are preparing a lawsuit against the Kamala Harris campaign oh then you'll definitely prev defamatory statement posted on X which is Extreme egregious and I just got to say outright psychotic in accusing me weird me personally as well as Laura lomer but we are two separate individuals of calling for unchecked legal power so that they meaning Trump and his allies can jail and execute anyone who doesn't support Trump if he wins which is a shocking and egregious lie that and pause it incidentally I suspect that he's in constant contact with his legal team CU my understanding is this is my understanding that he is facing his own defamation uh suits as a defendant maybe that's way you're got the idea hey guys listen I know no thank you for updating on the other case but I want to bring up another case is there any way that we can work that in like can you do a two for one type of situation like how about 25% uh Fe like uh do you think this will help me in my other case would it help if I bought another uh skateboard park would someone else like me all right project 2025 nor have I ever call for ever called for anyone to have unchecked legal Authority and I will stress this because this is the most shockingly offensive part of what they said and I'm jumping right to the be right right to it right away so I don't waste your time because I have a lot to talk about I am opposed to the death penalty in all circumstances I have argued against the death penalty in every circumstance pause it for one second I did did he argue against Lord lummer in that I mean I don't know uh the video has been taken down we can't uh we can't tell but maybe he went on and argued against Laura ler calling for capital punishment again if you're a regular Tim pool listener let me just make this clear capital punishment means the death penalty and you'll recall the video that we just played Laura lomer said not just go to jail but for the death penalty I am opposed to the death penalty in all circumstances I have argued against the death penalty in every circumstance he's mad I do not trust the government to decide who gets to live and die and I will never support the death penalty or any type of executions for that matter the CLI question posted by the Kamala campaign here we go was literally me arguing against the idea of the death penalty telling Laura lummer that she was wrong these individuals did not commit treason more likely sedition but there is a lot to break down in exactly what this post is and so I just wanted to make sure I started immediately by addressing what we are doing so I will stress one more time I have engaged legal councel there's only so much you can do over Labor Day weekend had it been during the week we would have probably filed in the immediate but uh hopefully by today I can give you an update my intention is to immediately file a lawsuit and uh uh approach every legal correct Avenue to do that and so I will stress one more time so far I've contacted my legal counsel we uh have discussed the issue at length we uh uh we intend to file a lawsuit the reason why I say intend is I'm not I'm not exactly sure I'm not a lawyer myself all I can do is is inform you that I have we have begun this process and didn't talk about how I disagreed with it now he disagrees that it was treason I guess he's going on but I he said I actually don't disagree with what Laura said but and then he said like I do think that people who do commit treason should get capital punishment guys fess up uh this is a deep fake I'm in fact now I'm going to sue Matt yeah I I am making an announcement that I am pursuing I am talking to legal counsel as I speak uh that I am going to defa sue Matt for causing me to defame myself by saying that Tim P um is against capital punishment we just played a video where he clearly says he is for capital punishment in that instance it's funny I mean now all of a sudden he doesn't trust the government uh to to uh yeah interesting that is um let's play just a little more of this footage now of course this all going to come out in court in his uh so we're just helping the deposition to his lawyers yeah we could do we could forward this to his lawyers and see how the case is going on the show death penalty for Traders yeah it's a it's a it's an insta strike and instant takedown so uh so I I I I I agree if someone commits treason against this country I don't think what they're doing is treason though and I think this is an important conversation we should have been able to have have on YouTube but because they're censorious and pieces of trash uh we can't and so what I will say is POS it's almost as if thank God for him that YouTube did censor this because then otherwise he wouldn't be able to pretend like he never said it right it's really um let's see how we had listen I just do do we need more of this just well maybe there may be eight seconds go ahead Bradley and multi streaming is not easy so when we do the culture War show in the mornings on Friday we actually multistream it but it it actually costs w wow the idea cost a lot of money for him yeah it could cost more now he's got to pretend like he's hiring lawyers to pursue a case let me tell you something right now if he finds a lawyer who's going to take this case not on upfront retainer hourly C that is going to be one lawyer deserves to be going down this this road but uh no the only way that he's got a lawyer he's going to do this is he's paying up up front there's no lawyer he's going to look at this case and go well Tim you in the video that you announced that you were pursuing this legal action you completely lied about what you said in the other video you should have consulted me before starting that show and I would have maybe like helped you color within the lines a
