what's going on everyone Chris from pick dogs.com here with your free pick in the Texas Rangers versus Los Angeles Angels Major League Baseball matchup going down Thursday September 5th 2024 just a reminder if you haven't already make sure you subscribe to our Channel and smash that thumbs up and if you're looking for my Best Bets the games that I love including my daily $19 best bet head on over to pick dogs.com and click the premium picks tab at the top of the page but let's get to this one between the Texas Rangers and the Los Angeles Angels no starter for the Texas Rangers at the time this video is being recorded but the Los Angeles Angels will send out Jack kahanowitz and kahanowitz has been you know a guy that's been able to eat up some innings for the the Los Angeles Angels this season has this injur you know this uh this uh Angels rotation been looking for answers they've been injury riddled at times and in his last start kahanowitz had a great start on the road six Innings of five hits shut out baseball and you know he's actually had quality starts in four straight outings so I got to give uh got to give kahanowitz his credit you know has been pitching well the problem for him though in my opinion is that he's pitching for the Los Angeles Angels who you know looked lost coming into the season trying to figure out what they were going to do without sh Otani and then Mike Trout got injured they were always kind of holding on to hope that maybe he would come back and simply never did and it just kind of spiraled out of control for the angels and this has been more often more often than not a team that in the especially in the last 10 games has struggled to score three or more runs I mean you look at their last nine games entering Wednesday's matchup with the Dodgers the angels have scored three runs or less in seven of their last nine games not a place that I think I'd want to be with if if I were the Los Angeles Ang if I was any team but you know even a team that's just playing out the string like the Los Angeles Angels just not a good look for this team now the Texas Rangers on the other hand I honestly think their days as defending World Series champions are numbered um it just feels like they're playing out the string at this point now I will say they have played well over the last week week and a half and they're sort of just taking this Never Say Die attitude that you know they're like we're not eliminated yet we don't have that eex to our name yet so don't count us out and they're still eight and a half games back of the final wild card spot with about three and a half weeks to go so if they're going to make a move it's got to come now and I'm I'm not saying it's going to happen I'm just saying until you put the eex to him they're still not out of it but the thing is is that if they're going to do it they got to they got to keep winning games that are in winable spots and for me there's no reason why the the Rangers should not win if not sweep this series I'm going to go with the Texas Rangers here like I said I just think they're the better team to begin with they're the more trustworthy team especially offensively so and and with a t and from a talent perspective so give me the Texas Rangers in this one and that's going to be my free pick but just a reminder if you haven't already make sure you're subscribed to our Channel and smash that thumbs up and if you're looking for my Best Bets you can find those a pick dogs premium while you're pick dogs check out our betting tools they're 100% free they're the best betting tools in the business and tools that you want to make sure that you have in your back po pocket when you're making your Best Bets for the day's action thanks for watching see you guys soon
