Stellantis Cost-Cutting Strategy Backfires! Massive Recalls & Engine Issues!

would have I told you that some of sala's most high selling vehicles in the American Market are the demon 170 the Jeep Grand Cherokee the Dodge Durango the Ram 1500 and the cross of Pacifica are not only facing serious engine and safety issues but sis is quietly shifting more and more of their production overseas which is only making these problems worse while sis moves production to countries like Mexico Canada Egypt and even China American jobs are being cut and the vehicles themselves are facing engine failures fire risk critical safety recalls and more from the demon 1 70 engine breakdowns to the Pacifica hybrids fire hazards this isn't just a few faulty Vehicles this is a pattern of systematic quality control failures and it's happening as SL prioritize cheaper labors and lower Quality Parts from foreign markets [Music] if you've been dealing with the frustrations of faulty Vehicles misleading dealerships or Corporation cutting Corners you don't have to fight the battle alone my friends at Gordon and partners are here to help whether is holding manufacturers accountable for engine failures intentionally releasing faulty Transmissions dealing with recalls or fighting back when a dealership crosses the line my friends or Gordon and partners are the the legal experts you need on your side with years of experience and impr proven track record they'll help you get the justice and the compensation that you deserve you can reach out to my friends at Gordon Partners at my special email address butter for.com and take the first set towards holding these companies accountable today we're going to break down how Sal's cost cutting strategy by moving vehicle production overseas is impacting American jobs the UAW and the safety and reliability of the vehicles that you depend on on from the Dem 170 engine problems to the ram 1500s emergency stability control failures and now the Pacifica hybrid fire recall this just might be the tip of the iceberg but my over 35,000 friends and the 71% now yet subscribe before we dive into the specifics of these engine and safety issues let's talk about santis larger strategy santis the parent company of do Jeep Ram and Chrysler have been systematically moving vehicle production away from the United States and into countries with cheaper labor cheaper labor also comes with cheaper Parts which also comes with all these issues popping up all of a sudden for instance the Dodge Durango is set to be replaced by a new three row SUV that would no longer be built in Detroit and is moving to Windsor Ontario Canada meanwhile jeep has shifted some of his Grand Cherokee air production to Egypt so it can serve the Egyptian and the African markets and the dasd journey and the Dodge attitude the new vehicle from Dodge are both being built in China for the Mexican market but what's worse is that salanta moves production abroad they're cutting corners on quality and we're seeing catastrophic engine failures in some of these vehicles that are still being produced in the US because some of the vendor Parts they're getting now are being shipped from overseas which raises a huge red flag for what could happen when production fully shifts to cheaper foreign markets and also the foreign vendors and this isn't just about engine failures sanis is now facing recalls across multiple Brands including over 1.2 million Ram 1500s with a with their electronic stability control failures and 24,000 cross Pacifica hybrids for fire risk so as production shifts overseas what does this mean for quality in those vehicles and for American jobs let's start with the Dodge Demon 170 a limited production high performance car that's has beened play by engine issues whose engines ironically are built in Mexico now around a month ago I made the Bold claim that the demon 170 went through testing because I was told by Dodge themselves that every demon 170 engine is ran specifically on a d for 42 minutes before it ever goes to a car then the car was driven by the customer for a couple thousand miles and then eventually it broke down because it was missing an engine buried of course that sparked a lot of massive debates online about me and the customer and everyone else lying critics saying that it was impossible for a car to run without a baron especially a car as advanced as the demon 170 but what if I told you I've already made that video with the paperwork to prove that it was possible and what is even more concerning is that this wasn't isolated incident I've uncovered multiple demon 170s with serious engine problems including others with bearing issues and even three more that experienc engine failures surely after being driven off the lot in just a month of August alone those are not just minor issues we've been seeing misalign components loose harmonic balancers and spark plugs that aren't Tor Gap properly or they're just simply stripped the inside of the engine block leading to engine seizures with some Vehicles going down with less than 100 miles on the odometer one demon 170 owner had to wait 3 months but replacement block at their engine seized due to a faulty harmonic balancer that was misaligned we keep seeing these issues pop up over and over again leading to the question of who is assembling these engines multiple techs have reported cic converters that are failing and multiple reports of loose main caps leading to multiple engine failures so this is a clear sign that quality control asantis is slipping and if they're struggling with something as high-profile file as a demon 170 what happens when it move production to countries with lower standards and cheaper Parts the 6.2 L supercharged Heming has been produced in Mexico since 2015 so how now all of a sudden did they forget down there in Mexico to assemble the engine in the Dem 170 when it's essentially the same block with some updated components could it be that Canta cheed out with cheap engine components leading to their failures in the demon 170 engines there must be a reason why Dodge at the last minute used cheaper Champion spot plugs over the OE BOS spot plugs cuz if you were to sit back and think about it if salanta saved $1 per plug in over 3,300 demon 170s that is about $50,000 they saved over the Run of those engines now if you go a little bit deeper and think that they save maybe $2 or $3 per plug you do the math and see how much money SL could have saved by switching over to a cheaper part just saying now let's talk about the Ram 1500 recall which affects over 1.2 million vles from the model years of 2019 all to 2024 this recall is due to a critical failure in the electronic stability control system a safety feature that helps prevent accidents by keeping the vehicle stable when traction is lost according to the national highway traffic safety administration a software malfunction aing ABS module disabling the entire electronic stability control system this is a major safety concern especially for a truck that weighs almost 5,000 lb wow owners of the Ram 1500 picker trucks are now being told to bring their trucks to a dealership for a software update but here's the thing Santa should have caught this problem long before these vehicles were sold this isn't just a minor glitch this is a failure of a critical safety system that could lead to serious accidents and I seen recall I did a video where the UAW was warning sanis and report to them that they saw Vehicles having systematic brake failures cuz I did that video a while ago let's play the clip so that to me does lead into sabotage because at the point that we're doing our part and Reporting up and documenting issues and nothing's been done then that means somebody behind the scenes whether whether they're a corporate but now I got to start looking at the end game and the end game is the the media span that the company is going to put on the plant that we are lazy no good workers don't want to do our job and at some point I'm going to have to sit up in front of somebody news Cs and say hey no here's the documentation that proves that the company is lying to the American public and it's not the UAW it is the company is these people from overseas across the pond that's running these companies into the ground strictly and solely for profit then you teach me about something about we can build the truck right but if some modules don't wake up then the truck ain't going to act right oh yeah yeah the trucks don't act right and then sometime if you retest them a fail truck that'll pass so some of this is just engineering yeah and it's not the people you know that was some of the issues with the brakes you know what I'm saying when they this super module that they put in and trim if if it don't act right it affects all the other modules that go in and this new stantis syst system whatever they call that they was telling us about Atlantis or whatever whatever the is it's just uh everything causes it's a cause and effect for the truck not to properly work and my my my fear is a they put it on the workers right so that gives them justification on why they can want to move different product lines or even shut the plant down and B what happens when that vehicle actually get in the field and now it's out in the field and as a customer you start your truck up today you Gucci you good you rolling and then you go to the the store Myers or wherever you go and you start up and it won't start who you going to blame definitely the workers right because so you feeding into that narrative it's the public perception right and and the most disheartening part to this was when we had the meeting with vice president plan manager and his superiors that they the the SP spw team said we had this exact problem at War truck and shame on y'all for not capturing the data and the know how to fix and then it was said that maybe we using the leftover parts for war truck because we having the exact same problem that they had with the modules not waking up with the trucks not starting with with the computers not responding and break failures and all that I know somebody actually had to take their brand new truck back to the plant after talking to the plant manager and they had to put a flash drive in there and reflash it and reflash the truck a brand new truck and if salanus is already struggling with quality control on vehicles built in the United States what will happen as they continue to Outsource production to countries like Mexico and China where the labor is cheaper but the quality standards are much lower now let's talk about the latest issue Santa's recall of 24,000 chryler Pacifica hybrid minivans due to fire risk this recall affects model year 2017 to 2021 and the issue is serious Salena has reported that there were about seven incidents where the Min evance caught fire including four cases where the customers experienced smoke inhilation from the battery packs catching on fire now What's worst is that these fires happened when the vehicle were turned off and some even occurred while the minivans were charging now I don't know if I particularly told you guys on a video but I actually drove a Chrysler minivan for work uh I had to go rent a car and so I drove from here from North Carolina to Washington DC and when I got to DC within like 15 mies where I was supposed to go the main event all of a sudden did like a big jerk in motion and then next thing know the vehicle was in limp mode so I'm on the highway going about 15 20 M hour in DC in a 65 mow Zone I literally had to limp off the side of the road and then the vehicle told me that hey uh you need to restart the vehicle in order to um you know I guess restart the system so I restart the vehicle or Tred to restart the vehicle but the engine would never kick on this was a Pacifica hybrid so the hybrid system broke down to saved me from using the engine that that was also in the Pacifica and then next thing I know I had to sit on the road for like an hour and a half waiting for um Enterprises um I guess tow truck service to come pick me up and during that hour and a half while I was sitting there stranded in DC on the highway I started smelling a very bad smoking sound or smoking sound but a smoking smell in the vehicle while I was sitting there now I'm in here through Rush yard traffic in the morning time so I'm like I'm not going get out of this vehicle yet because I don't want get hit by a car but it still doesn't change the fact that when I was sitting in that car like an hour and a half I smell some very bad smoking now I'll say this if I would have seen one Flame or something when I was in that vehicle oh I would have jumped out with the quickness but I've seen this crap happen where it wasn't really a fire but it was smoke so I know these things happens with these CR pacificas these problems I guess for these cars that catch on fire is some kind of rare abnormality in the high voltage battery cells that the article is talking about which can sometimes lead to overheating and Catch Fire now I think maybe in my case the batter is overheating started smoking but it didn't catch fire in my particular case Now sanis is working on a software update to I guess detect this abnormality but until then they are basically urging owners to park their minivans outside and away from any structures and the interesting thing is these minivans were already recalled before this and when they applied that fix it didn't work so think about that for a second santis is telling customers to stop charging the minivans and the park away from their homes because of the fire risk or the the risk of a fire and they already tried to fix before it failed so how can you trust that this is not going to fail again this is like a massive safety failure and is yet another example of how cost cutting measures like maybe using cheaper battery sales from foreign vendors are putting customers at risk because if you seen the recall they haven't really built any battery plants in the United States yet to service the electric vehicles that are coming they just started getting these plants constructed within the last year or two like Candis for example they was playing hard ball with a Canadian government last year because they was pissed off that Canada gave um I think Volkswagen more money for them to build a battery plant in Canada than them so they hard the production of their plant until they can squeeze more money out the Canadian government to restart construction at that plant that just shows you the the amount of pettiness and cheapness that salanta is after that santis is doing in multiple places they are holding up production of stuff they just like bevor they're holding up bringing jws back to bever because they was trying to squeeze more money out of Illinois what is the common thread here with santis whether it's the demon 170 the Ram 1500 or the cross Pacifica hybrid santis is felling to maintain quality control and is costing American jobs as these vehicles are being moved out of the country for example the waren truck assembly plant in Michigan recently announced up to an additional 2400 layoffs because they were going to end the r 1500 classic production there was hope that workers can handle the Overflow production of the new R 1500 but instead sanis is sending that overflow work to Mexico which uh I dare to say that some of these Ram HD trucks have been experiencing quality issues as well but that's neither here nor there as more production move overseas or across the border the UAW is losing more bargaining power the Durango Hellcat well not Durango hell just the dangles in general are getting moved out of Detroit and going to get built in Canada for the Next Generation and part of the Jeep Grand Cherokee air production is now being put in Egypt every time salanta shift production abroad they are taking American jobs with them and the UAW workers are left behind as more and more quality is getting worse and worse and worse and S is trying to point the fingers at them when s should be pointing the fingers at themselves because it is their fault for using these cheap components and expecting the the workers to just make uh make lemonade out of coal so what's the takeaway here santis is systematically moving production overseas cutting American jobs and sacrificing quality for short-term profits from the demon 170s engine failures to the rare 1500 recall affecting over 1.2 million trucks to the Cross Pacifica fire recall that faed the first time and now we got a second one it's clear that the company's focus on cheaper production is having a devastating impact on its quality as Thea continues to rely on Lower quality vendors in Mexico China and Egypt we can expect more quality control issues more recalls and more American workers out of their jobs so what do you think should cers be held accountable for these failures should they be allowed to keep moving production overseas or should they focus on keeping jobs and the quality here in United States where we pride ourselves on a higher quality 11 let me know what your thoughts are in the comments down below and if you found this video
