AND NUMBER 2, IT LOOKS LIKE JUDGE JUDGE WILL NO LONGER BE PRESIDING OVER THE CASE WHICH I THINK THE FAMILY FINDS BENEFICIAL. >> SO IT'S A IT'S A IT'S A MIXED. IT'S A MIXED SITUATION FOR THEM. >> WHAT ABOUT THEIR ABILITY TO GO? HOW IMPORTANT IS THAT TO MAMMMON? HOW IS THAT COMPROMISE? DEPENDING ON WHERE THEY PUT THE CASE? >> WELL, IT'S AN INCREDIBLE INCONVENIENCE, I THINK, TO THE ENTIRE CASE, IF YOU GO MOVED ADA COUNTY, IT'S 6 HOURS THAT WAY. YOU KNOW, IT'S A COMPLETE DIFFERENT WORLD OVER THERE TO THE SIDE OF THE STATE BASICALLY. AND THEN YOU END UP HAVING TO NOT MAKE IT A DAY TRIP THAT ENDS UP BEING YOU HAVE TO MOVE OVER THERE FOR A MONTH. HE CAN'T COME BACK AND FORTH. THEY HAVE CHILDREN. THEY HAVE TO CARE FOR FAMILY MEMBERS THAT WANT TO BE OVER THERE. I MEAN, ALL THE MOST OF THEM AROUND COUNTY. SO RIGHT, IT WOULD BE IMPRESSIVE INCONVENIENCE. I THINK FOR THE FAMILY AS WELL AS THE CASE, BUT WAS MOVED OVER TO DO YOU THINK THIS HAPPENS IN JUNE AS SCHEDULED? WE'RE HOPEFUL. NO, WE'RE HOPEFUL THAT IT DOES. IF YOU BELIEVE WHAT JUDGE JUDGE SAID THAT IF HE CHANGES THE VENUE, HE DOESN'T EXPECT THE TRIAL DATE TO CHANGE. AND THEN WE'RE GOING TO TAKE HIM FOR HIS WORD.
