HE SPECIFICALLY POINTED OUT ONE GUY, A GUY TO DRAG THEM OUT OF THIS CAR, THE SNATCHED AND THAT DOING TO THE GROUND MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE SAME GUY THAT CAME UP BEHIND THEM AND FORCIBLY SAT HIM DOWN WHEN HE WAS TELLING THE GUY THAT HE HAD JUST HAD A KNEE OPERATION A FEW WEEKS WHAT HAVE YOU? HE POINTED TO ONE GUY. HE WAS JUST CASTING A WIDE NET AND SAYING EVERYBODY NEEDED TO BE 5 KNOW ROLLED DOWN HIS WINDOW WHEN THEY ASKED HIM TO KNOWING THAT HE WAS TALKING BACK TO THE POLICE OFFICE ABOUT NOT THE BANGED ON HIS WINDOW, KNOWING THAT HE WAS SLOW TO GIVE UP HIS LICENSE AND THEN HE ROLLED UP HIS WINDOW AGAIN. THEN OBVIOUSLY WE WOULD DISMISS THAT BECAUSE THAT WAS DEFINITELY UNCOOPERATIVE BEHAVIOR. BUT POINT ONE SPECIFIC OFFICER WHEN IT WAS FOR THEM. THERE AND ACKNOWLEDGING THAT HE COULD HAVE DONE BETTER BUT IN THE SAME. BUT POINTING AT THAT ONE GUY, I THINK IT MAKES HIS CASE STRONGER BECAUSE HE WASN'T CASTING EVERYBODY WITH A WIDE NET IS STIGMATIZING ALL OF THEM. JUST ONE. AND ALSO IT'S THE POLICE THAT HAVE THE DUTY OF DE-ESCALATION. YOU KNOW THAT THEY'RE THE WITH THE POWER OF FORCE.
