what is going on guys welcome back to the channel Panthers advice today man we've got some bad news some good news and just some news I don't really know what to do with and we've got highlights one-on ones man let's jump right into the video let's knock out the bad news first so you see x-rays right here like what are you talking about XL went down with a lower leg injury now nobody at training camp seemed to make too much of it xrays were negative the MRI will tell a different story from Mr Ian Rapaport himself now what is the difference between the MRI and x-ray so the MRIs are just more of a detailed version of the x-rays essentially they're going to show you the ligaments the tendons the muscles the cartilage soft tissue where the X-ray is just kind of up front so with that being said man now let's jump into some highlights shout out to g2s network and two fans in the stands I'll pin their stuff in the description be sure to check them out man they've been killing at at training camp let's get into some highlights real quick so on some slightly better news right here we got Jonathan Brooks working out now here's the thing we'll make this quick Dave said Jonathan Brooks is going to return week three or week four what does that mean season starts about a month from now give or take probably looking at a late September early October entrance his first game now if the Panthers are 0 and3 0 and4 are they going to rush him back my guess is probably not but let's say that they're winning they may not rush him back but they're going to try and get him into the mix a little bit quicker so we'll see what happens right there glad to see him working out man let's keep it going right here we got Anthony Brown the new defensive back from the Dallas Cowboys been in the league six years former Cowboy I don't hate it you know I've been preaching sign more defensive backs he is officially on the team let's keep it going next up we got Raheem right here now Raheem is part of that running back mix you got Dylan Johnson you got Jonathan Brooks you got Raheem you got miles I mean it's going to be interesting to see who do they keep who goes to the practice squad who stays on that 53 man roster man because we got a lot of receivers a lot of tight ends at this point right there you got chuba hubard I mean the Panthers offense is going to be interesting and shout out to anybody who can actually predict that 53 mandate roster because that's going to be hard because I have no idea who's leading in what category when it comes to the coaches making decisions right when it comes to receivers if they keep four if they keep five who's it going to be tit ends I me we have no idea running back same thing man two fans in the stands right here man capturing this catch from Deontay Johnson look at this over the shoulder two feet in talk to me baby talk to me nice run this back real quick I'm look at that his ball tracking the footwork the catch Steelers say they won that trade no no you know I get why he left Pittsburgh but come on man there's not a lot of receivers doing this yet yes they're going to make that over their shoulder catch but getting two feet in like that that pause game is nice but getting two feet in like that this isn't luck either this is what he does hopefully everybody on the team has good chemistry and we can see a lot of this this season man this gets me hype right here having a receiver that can do this man let's keep it going next up right here we have the Panthers going over the new kickoff who's he gonna hit Deontay Johnson man I love this Bryce keeping his hips open something I've been preaching a lot as you guys know let's run this back one more time real quick so as we run this play back bang they run their play action Bryce is going to roll out right here now this is what I'd like to see look at that throw on the Run across his body hitting Deontay Johnson where's Deontay Johnson at when he releases this take a look right here we're going to run this back one more time he's releasing it right here Deontay Johnson's right here look where he puts that ball bang now yes it's not perfect how can I explain this a little bit better give me one sec here comes the money here we go money talk here comes the money so we're back in full cam baby now right here they run the play action Bryce shun's getting chased on the roll out now what I like about Bryce is when he's rolling out we see a little jog jog Jog and then when he's about to throw it he speeds up a little bit to create that momentum to let that thing rip I think it helps when you have a receiver like Deontay Johnson 2 hauling you know what across the field so bang they run the FL and he roll it out boom boom boom and then lets it rip so another thing I liked about this play was the fact he kept his hips open on the Run throwing across his body what we saw last year was he'd eventually close his hips and make the throw now yes it's probably a bit easier but like I've said time and time again he can't bring the arm back right unless you're double jointed and even then maybe you cannot bring your arm back like this on top of that if we're trying to throw across our body like this look how much M room there is right a lot of Miss room potentially open the hips up you can't miss left I mean you can but it's a lot harder to miss left compared to closed tips like this so essentially I can go from here all the way over here so I'm already seeing improvements with Bryce's game yes it's training camp but last year he wasn't doing this man let's get back to the video so that right there wrapped up Saturday now let's jump to Sunday's practice ISM man once again putting on a show in the one-on ones I cannot believe the Chiefs traded this guy to the Panthers I mean this dude is one hell of a route Runner now yes the Chiefs they drafted Xavier worthy had Maris brown but I mean they banked on Sky Moore they banked on Tony ISM to me is very very underrated very good route Runner and seems to have pretty good hands man let's keep it going next up is going to be Coker right here you're going to have Jack throwing him the ball they run a little play action simulation in the back and just puts a little bit too much air on it I think if he would have let that thing R he probably has Coker open man let's keep it going next up right here is going to be Jonathan Mingo and like I've said time and time again one of the best route Runners on the team now with the Panthers last year we didn't get to really see that but trust me he's one of the best route Runners I know we all have our own opinions about him but take my word he is a great route Runner let's keep it going next up is going to be TMJ man and this is what I'm talking about when it comes to the Panthers receiving core they've got TMJ they've got Mingo XL Deontay Johnson Amir Smith Coker I mean that receiving core it's pretty good come that 53 man day roster I don't know who's going to make it I really don't let me know who you guys think is g to make it because I'm you know I have my favorite type guys I like but we'll see because it all comes down to what they plans to do with this offense and I don't think we've seen really what exactly he has on store right is it going to be three receiver empty set four receiver set who knows man let's keep it going so right here is going to be our last two plays Bryce shon's going to get pressured those off the back foot I think he was trying to hit Adam th on that back shoulder just threw it a little bit behind him it looks like wanted to hit that back shoulder on that probably would have been open gets pressured not the end of the world and then right here is going to be our last play a little rpio and then he's going to hit the rookie right here man The Rook Sanders is doing pretty good right a little RPO once again the Panthers are creating mismatches something I did not see at all last year and I'm not kidding when I say that I like what Dave has in store yes would I like to see more deep passes ideally but I think I know what Dave is going to do but I'm not 100% sure so after the game Thursday we're going to talk about that offense and talk about the formations that Dave put out there and kind of go from there so I hope you guys have enjoyed
