I DO FEEL BADLY FOR THE CITY OF OAKLAND, BECAUSE THEY HAVE LOST ALL THEIR TEAMS. AND YOU KNOW, I ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO GOING TO OAKLAND, BUT YOU CAN'T STOP PROGRESS, AND I'M SURE THE OAKLAND FANS THAT LIVE HERE ARE VERY EXCITED TO HAVE THE A's COME HERE. I DID MY CAREER WITH THE A's, AND LIKE I SAID, IT'S KIND OF THE END OF AN ERA. YOU KNOW, YOU SPEND TIME IN A CERTAIN PLACE , BUT AT THE SAME TIME, YOU THINK ABOUT AARON JUDGE AND JOSE AND ALL THESE GREAT PLAYERS WILL BE COMING TO SACRAMENTO. AND I WAS JUST THINKING, LIKE YOU SAID, ABOUT HAVING TO IMPROVE THE LIGHTING, YOU KNOW, WE NEED PROBABLY MORE HOTELS FOR ALL THE FANS THAT ARE GOING TO COME IN FROM OTHER PLACES, YOU KNOW, MORE RESTAURANTS, IT IS GOING TO BRING A WHOLE BUNCH OF ECONOMY TO THE CITY. AT THE SAME TIME, IT HAS TAKEN A LOT OF ECONOMY AWAY FROM THE CITY OF OAKLAND. >> YEAH, A HUGE RIPPLE EFFECT. I WAS CURIOUS TO ASK YOU, TOO, OBVIOUSLY THIS IS A MINOR-LEAGUE PARK, WE ARE GOING TO MAKE SOME UPGRADES WHICH WILL BE GREAT, BUT ARE THERE ANY ADVANTAGES, DISADVANTAGES TO PLAYING IN A SMALLER BALLPARK? >> NOT REALLY, JUST AS LONG AS THE LIGHTS ARE UP TO CODE. THAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MINOR-LEAGUE PARKS AND THE BIG-LEAGUE PARKS, YOU KNOW, THE LIGHTING IS SO MUCH BETTER. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE GOING TO INCREASE SEATING, I WAS JUST OUT THERE THE OTHER DAY, AND WHEN THE BIG CLUB CAME HERE, THE GIANTS CAME HERE TO PLAY, IT WAS PACKED, THERE WASN'T A SEAT IN THE HOUSE, SO YOU CAN ENVISION THAT BEING A DAILY OCCURRENCE, THERE IS GOING TO BE A LOT OF BASEBALL PLAYED, ESPECIALLY IF THE RIVER CATS ARE HERE PART OF THE TIME AND THE OAKLAND A.I.D.S. -- THAT IS ALMOST EVERY DAY BASEBALL, AND WHICH IS GOOD FOR THE AREA, GOOD FOR A LOT OF THE KIDS. YOU KNOW, YOU DREAM ABOUT BEING A MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PLAYER, BUT HOW OFTEN DO YOU HAVE THE ACCESSIBILITY TO RUN RIGHT DOWN THE STREET AND LOOK AT IT? YOU KNOW, IT'S GOING TO BE GREAT FOR THE AREA AND I JUST HOPE THAT, YOU KNOW, THEY DO EVEN MORE IMPROVEMENTS WITH THE CLUBHOUSE AND JUST DIFFERENT THINGS TO MAKE IT UP TO SPEED FOR THE BIG LEADERS TO FEEL THEY ARE REALLY IN THE BIG-LEAGUE CITY OF SACRAMENTO. >> I WILL ASK YOU A FINAL QUESTION HERE, IT WAS CLEAR FROM THE PRESS CONFERENCE TODAY, CITY LEADERS SEE THIS AS A POSSIBLE ADDITION FOR MAYBE SOME SORT OF TEAM DOWN THE ROAD, IS THAT REALISTIC AND WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO IT TO SELL SACRAMENTO TO TEAM THAT MIGHT WANT TO COME HERE? >> YOU KNOW, I DON'T KNOW. IF IT'S REALISTIC OR NOT. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY. YOU KNOW, THE ONE THING IS THAT I HAVE ALWAYS HEARD THAT THERE IS NOT, YOU KNOW, ENOUGH CORPORATE MONEY HERE. YOU KNOW, THAT'S A THING. IT IS GOING TO REALLY HELP THE FACT THAT THE A's ARE BRINGING THEIR TV CONTRACT HERE, WHICH I HEARD WAS PART OF THE DEAL, WHY THEY WANTED TO STAY HERE. YOU KNOW, THE TV CONTRACT, THE LOCAL TV CONTRACT, AND YOU KNOW, THERE'S PLENTY OF MONEY HERE IN SACRAMENTO, YOU DON'T KNOW IF IT IS CORPORATE MONEY OR PEOPLE WILLING TO SHARE IT, BUT YOU KNOW, WE NEED TO TRY TO DO SOMETHING TO TRY TO, YOU KNOW, KEEP THE TEAMS HERE.
