Puppeteer - EPIC: The Musical Animatic - Reaction - Gigi!

hey War pugs so we're jumping right back into the Epic animatic series and this is another one from Gigi this is called the Puppeteer now um I am trying to get back on track I had a lot of stuff to finish up over the weekend I'm ju I just now got a lot of stuff that I really want to get taken care of done so I'm really happy about that um and now it's back to me getting on track with everything else I need to do and sometimes guys that is a very tall order sometimes it's just a lot to go through on a day-to-day basis but you have to do what you got to do get through it and if I'm part of your day I'm glad to be here War pugs this is called Puppeteer and for a while now this has been this has been the one that's always been considered next in my head because the amount of time that I've been on others and waiting to get back to this point so let's just jump right into it this is by GG again and um well let's see what I got to say after this one let's go [Music] Captain I have something that I must confess something that I must get off my chest I'm instead I cannot [Music] rest Captain you really go make sure this island is secure but there's only so much left we can whatever you need to say wait more of that I'm sure [Music] okay Urus back so soon where's the rest of your crew and by the gods what happened to you we came across a path inside we heard a voice it seemed to show No Malice to greet it was our choice but nothing could prepare is for the power that awaited inside what did this Palace hide sir since we left home we faced a variety of Fes from a wide range of places Gods monsters you know the roster hostile creatures that we could resist but this was a hell of a Twist cuz we are weak to a power like this what was it a woman what she had us in Just Two Words damn oh [Music] boy only I stayed outside but the rest went in seat I bet you're tired from the on your feet I you don't worry you by the time they ate it was far too late go inside the meal she had cast a spell they began to sque grow M and tals she changed them I've got all the power yeah I've got all the power no I'm not a player I'm AER no I don't play I'm poer yeah they transformed PR and it wasn't quick she turned off man world from to pigs she changed [Music] them we have to go save them no we don't look at all we've lost and all we've learned every single cost is so what we've earned mhm think about the man we have left before there none let's just call our loes you and I and let let's run of course I'd like to leave now of course I'd like to run but I can hardly sleep now knowing everything we've done there's no L I wouldn't go if it was you I had to sa I can only hope you do the same I can hear her still and her voice deceives what you can't be killed you choose to leave know all power yeah I've got all the power no I'm not a player I'm a no I don't play She's a clever witch this and she's hard to slay it's a game of wins but you don't have to play I have to try I've got all the power I've got all the no I'm not AER of a no I don't [Music] play damn oh my God another amazing amazing entry into this another amazing entry in like every single one of these is just absolutely fantastic every single one of these is absolutely fantastic one thing that um one thing that as somebody who you know has been to you know war and has come back um they may one like people might wonder you know seeing you know seeing something like this like wondering how they would just immediately fall into this trap which is really really what was and it was a blatant trap it was an open trap um they people might wonder how they could fall into it well it's really easy it's very very easy um this happens all the time essentially this like you there's a bunch of ways that you could interpret this woman there's a bunch of different ways you can interpret this woman but the one thing that I would say is when I'm looking when I'm looking at what she did what you know she she was a friendly warm appealing inviting face and she invited these weary PE these weary men to come in show them Hospitality everything like else like that and they never questioned it they never once questioned it and when you haven't seen home I I remember like coming home you know that was the worst time on planet Earth to look for a significant other in the military that's literally the worst time ever cuz all you're thinking about is home and all you're thinking about is you know you're there is the attraction aspect to it but at the same time it's less so much that and more so the Comforts of being in in one place the the Comforts of being in one place with someone that is you know you know caring for you and this is a very very like I don't want to use the term because it you know has different connotations but it's a very seductive thing um that's the best way I can that's the best way I can think of actually phrasing it it's a very seductive thing um for for men in particular because one thing I say often is I just want you know when when I would go and be you know gone for you know weeks and months at a time I didn't care I didn't care at all I just wanted to come home and find some peace I wanted to come home and be at peace and everything else can come later I just want to be at peace so for this for this to happen to these guys I mean this is [Music] just it sucks but I've seen I've seen the kind of situation that this kind of story will be molded off of coming back home and winding up in an in what essentially is a a titanically unhealthy relationship um and I've been in luckily I was smart enough and had smart enough people around me to kind of Ward me off with that that kind of thing when I got back from my second employment um even though I wanted to go to you know do what everybody else does and you know what every everybody else did and go to go to a club or a bar or something like that let every woman there know that I was fresh home and all this other kind of stuff you never have a good relationship come out of that believe me believe me it is the worst you if you do have a relationship come out of that it's going to be horrifically horrifically bad and I'm not too sure what for women uh you know this would be you know what the inverse would be for women you know that have had similar circumstances coming home and you know basically uh seeking a relationship with a man I don't know what I don't know what that's like and you know go go figure but I do know what she like as soon as I saw her the first thing I thought was oh my God these guys have been through stuff they've been out to see for they've been away from home for a very long time and here is somebody that reminds them of Home inviting them in being accommodating H it's going to be bad it's going to be bad it's going to turn out terribly um and this is this is part of a whole different thing because um while while in like mythology things like that while a lot of monsters and the like are men women are more women are like in some cases put out as more like her attractive accommodating but with an ulterior motive with an ulterior position that they're going to use to nightmarish effect um with the of course the obvious OB obsessions being like Athena things of that nature but a character like her easily reminds me of that those times when I was getting home from like long long underways or deployments in the military and this is the person that you wanted to avoid because it was not going to go well it was just it was just stay away at all cost but this particular this whole thing here this um I'm not sure who she is I can't remember off the top of my head who she is but she's surrounded by NS and they take advant they're there taking advantage of travel weary Sailors and I mean you can't get much more this is a trap material than this you can't get much more like this is a problem you better you like you better keep your better keep your head up keep your head on a swivel butt you you see people falling victim to things like this all the time and the transforming of them into pigs um I mean same thing as I said before relationships relationships from that that I saw that started up pretty much as soon as somebody got back from a long underway our deployment were always toxic in nature always toxic and yeah I never saw a guy get come back hey I found this great girl blah blah blah blah blah and then he gets married and she's not divorcing him inside of 2 years it just is what it is now I don't know what it's like for I don't know what it's like for women but I know that there's got to be I I'd love to hear a woman's perspective on this on on this particular character here and what the male equivalent of this would be because as soon as I saw her as soon as she started going like as soon as the um EXO started talking about her the new EXO anyway started talking about her I knew exactly what I was going to see now this here this opening segment where ody Deus is just essentially traumatized from everything that's going on he's lost well over 3/4 of his men at this point he's down to a very small crew he only got away by happen stance and his EXO is trying to tell him [Music] stuffff and then he doesn't want to hear it because he's wrapped up in his own head he's too wrapped up in his own head but later on when he's talking to when he's talking to the the EXO is talking to his the EXO is talking to odys odyusa the best point of of everything like I he has to go back morally he has to go back he can't just he can't just leave them [Music] um and this is part of the character that we were looking waiting to see now War pugs there's more to this story there's a lot more to this story we're going to see a lot more to this story but this it's amazing to see what what they have done so far song-wise animation wise War pugs and we're going to be here for all of it check the
