the case it'll cover something anyway look man we had a great match up for Thursday Night Football and we got to break that down just a little bit because the matchup was highly anticipated but it was less competitive than what we really thought it was going to be and coming in the statistics didn't really favor one of these teams in the Dolphins um because they were playing the bills but uh the Miami Dolphins they're 1 and 11 in the last 12 games against teams with winning records so they are already kind of losing from the jump and then in the last seven games against the Buffalo Bills home or away they're 0 and seven so the bills have been whacking them for years and years in the past 7even five seasons whatever the case is they've been beaten down on the Miami Dolphins for a good minute and the Dolphins just really struggled winning the big game that's been the kind of routine that we've seen that's that consistent factor that we've seen within the Miami Dolphins however with this game I don't really think it means too much for the Buffalo Bills just because they took care of business much like we expected I mean a lot of people like me if you looked at the statistics from the previous matchups you kind of knew the Buffalo Bills was going to have a good game and end up winning however the thing that threw me off is that the buff the Miami Dolphins just decided to lay down and not even put up a fight these guys just oh my God it it was not good football from the Miami Dolphins not only did Tua struggle and we'll get to his concussion things in a in a minute but he also struggled on the offensive end but I noticed the play calling wasn't necessarily on point either we seen a lot of motion in the back field which is good to keep the defense on their toes but they weren't really trying to throw the ball down field I know it's a a new thing where we're seeing a lot of teams run the ball more than what they would usually throw it but you got to get your guys the ball in open space and I didn't really see the Miami Dolphins do that whereas I still seen the the Buffalo Bills at least Target people downfield they at least made some sort of throws to get their guys the ball in open space and I mean I I know you want to get the running game established too with the dolphins um and shout out to uh Devon aain he did his thing um on the ground game running with the Miami Dolphins but above all bro you got to switch it up if something's not clicking the bills were able to stop them from the jump and the Dolphins didn't really have an answer for Tariq Hill only had I think three receptions for the four game didn't even get six receptions at all or even 10 or like I mean you just think about this and it's like okay the game plan coming in just didn't work so you got to switch it up you go to halftime you're losing already it's time to switch it up but above all I didn't see great football from the Miami Dolphins they struggled at home and ultimately the defense wasn't even there as well um you gave up three rushing touchdowns just in the first half to the Buffalo Bills so therefore the bills didn't even I mean they were just cruising the whole game they looked mad consistent not going to say they looked excellent or anything but they looked very very consistent at what they did in this game and that is something to applaud and be excited about if you're Buffalo Bills fan but above all man the Dolphins they didn't even put up a fight it it almost it seemed like they went out there with the attitude of let's just get this over with let's move on to next week we not even like have any intensity we not going to play with with any intensity at all throughout the game yeah they came out flat in the first half second half they came out flat again wasn't playing defense it was it just wasn't a good performance for the Miami Dolphins here and and now kind of going over to the two of concussions because clearly once that happened we kind of knew it was a wrap on any type of comeback that we seen um by then the bills had already slapped up 31 points um the Dolphins didn't do anything they couldn't get a point in before uh the half and and all of that stuff so we knew by in it was pretty much over however I I I do think with two attack alova is this is a rough situation very rough situation I feel like it's so easy to say oh Tua just needs to go ahead and and retire he's been hurt for so many years he's hurt every year he has concussions every year multiple every single year that's that's the easy way out when you look at it that way but ultimately like this is something the guy worked his whole life for um so us on the outside can always say hey it's not worth it um you got to live the rest of your life but if this is what this guy dedicated his life to do it makes it that much more difficult to walk away now do I think he should walk away I would say yeah but again I'm on the outside I I say yes he should walk away pull a Andrew Luck and realize you still got so much more life ahead of you but also it's not as easy as it sounds because this is a person who actually is one good at his job what he does and two he enjoys doing it he's in a good situation where he can help his people so it's just a lot of pressure on on what Tua can do and it's tough right now for him so I mean the thing is though he he's had most mle concussions last year the year before that had concussions hell even when he was drafted in the NFL he was already dealing with a lot of issues of having concussions so just for the safety aspect it's almost time for him to to just go ahead and hey hey man hang up the Jersey hang up the Jersey do something else maybe you can coach but you got to figure it out at some point and unfortunately it seems like that time for him to figure out what he's going to do after football is just knocking on the door more and more and more so he's got got to take that time and possibly personally my personal preference is to say step away but it I don't think there's any other measures you can go about terms of safety and what he could do to possibly prevent all of these different concussions that he's suffering so yeah I don't I don't know Tua is in a tough situation I will say you know either way it goes I think for the Dolphins it's going to be rough for them it's going to be rough no two attack of alova that offense is already going to struggle um their backup is Skyler Thompson don't don't know much about them right now luckily the Dolphins don't have a super difficult schedule ahead of them um for the next four to five weeks Seahawks is on there I think they they play a couple of teams where it's like it's it's not sleepers but you know you can you can haggle your way through the game to possibly get a win on the Titans Patriots Colts some of those are going to be L's Cardinals start to get a little bit more difficult toward the end but you know ultimately it's a good situation for Skyler Thompson because he still got weapons over there but I don't I we going to see if he's ready or not we really going to see if he's ready or not I don't know it'll be interesting to see anyway look man hey we got some more stuff coming up in just a sec some news for the Run coming up some college football NFL um more games and we're going to throw some predictions at you too so stay tuned and we will be right back all right and news for the Run starting off with the college football so the Pack 12 Conference isn't dead just yet now after losing Oregon and Washington state from the conference the Pack 12 they will add four new schools and those schools are Boise State San Diego State Colorado State and Fresno State now all four of those teams will be joining the Pack 12 in 2026 at the beginning of that school year now some college football games you can watch this upcoming Saturday which is also tomorrow um I think it'll be great Alabama they're going to take on with cont in Wisconsin this upcoming Saturday Alabama is projected to win but also this is just the big match up with the big 10 School in Alabama so could possibly be a huge upset so if you're one of those people who are rooting against Alabama hey I was I would recommend tuning into this game cuz it could be a good one I think it'll be good either way also we got a rivalry game between Colorado and Colorado State now Colorado they are looking to bounce back from a scary beat down against the big 10s Nebraska while Colorado state they're trying to make a statement after losing last year's matchup to Colorado and I think that's definitely going to be a well anticipated game we seen last year um it was a lot of Trash Talk leading up to it and this year is very similar you still got both sides talking heavy trash um so I'm anticipating a great game there between Colorado and Colorado State now some of the NFL games for this weekend um you got some good matchups here some of them I think are guaranteed wins but of course I'll give my predictions on that in just a second um yesterday we witnessed the Buffalo Bills beat down on the Dolphins they won 31-10 the New Orleans Saints they're going to be playing the Dallas Cowboys Tampa Bay Buccaneers will take on the Detroit Lions in Detroit at Ford Field the Colts they will play the Green Bay Packers the New York Jets will take on the Titans 49ers will play the Vikings that has no quarterback right now the Seattle Seahawks they're going to play the Patriots in New England the Giants and commanders will face off Battle of assari chargers will beat down down on the Panthers I'm sure that's going to happen Browns will take on the Jaguars in Jacksonville the Las Vegas Raiders will play the Baltimore Ravens in Maryland and then we're looking at the Rams and the Cardinals which is probably going to be a well heavy match up that's going to be a heavyweight fight right there um and then the Steelers will play the Broncos Bengals and the Chiefs face off however the Bengals have not been looking good then you got the Bears and the Texans facing off for the last game prime time slot on Sunday and then after that for Monday Night Football you know you got the best of the best there in Atlanta Falcons the battle of the birds they'll be playing the Philadelphia Eagles which I think is going to be a great game here um hopefully I'm anticipating the Falcons to shock the world I know they didn't look good last week um in that opener and and they ended up losing whatever I I know all of that stuff Steelers they came hot they they were prepared they pass rush was just crazy overwhelming for the Atlanta Falcons offense Kurt C looked a little bit stiff people were wondering if he was still injured I get it all of that stuff is definitely in the air and it's fair to even have those judgments because Atlanta did not look like a good team however I will say this man teams change week after week you go into the week with a new game plan you go into the week with a new focus and sometimes matchups are just not in favor for certain teams this is one of those teams where I'm not saying hey Falcons have the advantage over the Eagles because we know the Personnel Eagles have and they play pretty good football and they're opener but you just really never know the game is in Philly so it's going to be a long shot for the Atlanta Falcons even win this however hey they're The Underdogs right now they're fighting with nothing to lose so I'm just going to be a crazy delusional fan right now and say the Atlanta Falcons are going to beat the Philadelphia Eagles in Philly and just shock the world for Monday Night Football I think we see a different side of Kirk Cousins we still see bejan Robinson get his touch and I think we will see cow pits also have a better game than what he had in that opener against the Steelers but above all this game is really going to rely on Kirk Cousins Falcons their defense gave up a lot of possessions they gave up a lot of yards they were getting picked apart so if they can transition and fix that tighten that up a little bit then maybe they can work something out with the Eagles but got faith in the Falcons o line or I got faith in their dline I should say the old line scared me I got Fai in their dline and their linebackers but they just really got a tight some things up but we'll see man cuz Philly is nothing to play around with especially with saquin Barkley and AJ Brown and even Jaylen Herz and what he can do with the football so I'll give Philly their credit I think they're going to be tremendous come Monday Night Football and it'll be a little scary but I don't want to rule it out like I said I'm going to be a delusional fan just for a second usually I leave it at home I leave all the biases at home but hey this is Friday so why not be a little delusional and what is the season if you're not just a little bit crazy about your team early on in the season you got to have some sort of crazy stuff going on but I do have some realistic predictions these predictions left all the biases aside usually I'm always trying to be nonbiased but I'm just leave it all at aside here so first game here Buccaneers in the Detroit Lions is going to be happening at for field I got the Lions I got them winning this game and it's going to be a close game because we've seen these two match up in the playoffs but above all I think the Lions will have the advantage because they're going to be at home they play power football just ran it down the Rams throat last week and then ultimately we seen and it's clear it's pretty evident for anybody who's been watching the allons and been following them they clearly have one of the best o lines if not the best o line in the entire NFL not just the NFC not just their division in the entire NFL the Lions o line was kicking ass all last week so I'm expecting to see that same type of play when they go against the Buccaneers we obviously know what they can do they got the skill guys of J Mo and they also got Aman am man ra who can make plays with the ball if they catch it in open space but above all having the back back there to run and you don't have to worry about this guy's usage through the roof and that guy's usage through the roof I think it's really going to help all the Detroit Lions because man they can really just run it down their throats and we've seen them do that if push comes to shove so I'm going with the Lions to win that matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but just know it will be a good good game I'm expecting that to be a good game so I'll be having an eye out for that I will be watching that game another game here is the New Orleans states in the Dallas Cowboys this game is going to be special but maybe not because I mean one of these teams is brutally beat up right now so originally I'm like okay it might be a good matchup because we seen what the Saints did in the opener however Saints played a bad team in the Carolina Panthers the Cowboys they looked completely dominant against against the Browns and the Browns aren't have bad they just don't have quarterback play however Cowboys is going to win this matchup and I'm not even afraid to put that out there I think Cowboys end up smacking the Saints as a matter of fact by double digits because the pass rush is going to be way too much for the Saints to hold Micah Parsons Demarcus Lawrence and the rest of the guys on that defensive line Saints are banged up they have 13 players on the injury report for this week too key guys too secondary guys Tyran Matthew was on that injury report you had marshan Latimore on that injury report you had two guards and one left tackle on that injury report so I doubt they're able to hold that strength on the C on the Dallas Cowboys off on the Dallas Cowboys defensive line because that's a lot of power that they're going to be trying to hold back and protect their quarterback with so I really doubt that that the Saints put something together in the number tw's step in and really hold it down like this but I I hate to side with the Cowboys but but everything's lining up in their favor in this point because the game is already in Dallas and these guys are banged up coming into Dallas and Dallas is pretty much at full strength right now so going with the Dallas Cowboys to win that ball game there and then I you know I I'll go here too I'm going just leave you with this I'm going go with the Chicago Bears and the Houston Texans man this matchup going with the Houston Texans Texans this team is loaded and I think this team we're going to see them deep down in the playoffs but I can't really side with the Bears here I know they had a lot of hype and they did end up pulling off a season opener win but above all man I just wasn't really convinced that this team is different than what we've seen in the last few years I mean cayb William looks like a reincarnated Justin fields that offensive line looks just as bad as they did when they were protecting Justin fields which is not a good thing and then the defense yeah they had a pick six and they ultimately did help win the game against the Titans in week one but above all that defense is not that special enough to really hold them against these Elite offenses like the Houston Texans I can't give them that I can't give them that and the Texans this offense we've seen them Thrive last year and we've seen them look damn good in week one as well against the Indianapolis Colts so I'm going with the Houston Texans to win this ball game over the Chicago Bears man um I think they can pick it up I think the Bears if they play good here if they make it a game it'll convince me um seeing that old line if they step up a little bit it'll definitely convince me that they're a little bit Chang I need to see cayb Williams play a little bit better because he completed under 50% of his passes and at week one um he was two for 13 on third Downs it was a lot of different things where you could pick apart from that offense there was some drop passes on that offense with the Chicago Bears so I need to see a different unit for the Chicago Bears I need to see a different style off for the Chicago Bears in terms of not being sloppy when you're out there on the field but than that man between this match up here Titans and the Bears I'm going with the Houston or I'm sorry I'm sorry Texans and the Bears I'm going with the Houston Texans to win this matchup here I think they'll have the upper hand and I think they'll get it done in Houston um other than that man let me hear your thoughts about it uh shoot us a
