another week I am heading to the chiropractor now to get some adjustments made hopefully these will help the other ones I feel like they did like they helped my neck especially I got a little more range of motion in it just got back from the chiropractor um it hurts in the moment like some of the stuff like the cracks like they kind I think they're more scary than they hurt but I'm feeling I feel I honestly don't feel better right after the chiropractor I'm so like it's kind kind of like everything's loose so it kind of like hurts so what I'll usually do is lay down with some ice and then after I have the ice then it will I guess make everything feel right and then the next day it feels a little bit ther so that's where I'm at and um yeah so just going to keep going to the chiropractor and make doctor's appointments until everything starts to get better here's your update here beginning of the week it's looking I mean it's going to be a scar but the scab's definitely gone way down there's two spots on that are still pretty deep so the scar is going to last or so the the scab's going to last a while but the one bigger area on there I believe is going to come off soon I'm going to get this mop top cut so on my way to get a haircut and we'll see how it goes I've never gotten my haircut here before not that it should be different and just like that I got my haircut so I don't know if it looks that much different to you guys it does to me I got to shave this again forgot what it was like to have to shave like every day to every other day all right so it's uh Saturday for me so I'm going to go and watch some football LSU comes on later so I'll watch them and then um Green Bay already played this week boo they lost but we'll see about Jordan love he hurt his uh leg so we'll see what happens with that that could be our season I got my haircut today it's not done right now it's messy but look my grays M but this is faded up now now I just got to shave this at a little bit better day I spent most of my day though with ice on my back which I have right now and I need to ice my neck after this it's already defrosted so but um this is getting better scabs have fallen off hopefully none will form again form again and let's see how big that scar is going to [Music] be I'm ordering a back scratcher right now because with the way my back's feeling the cold on it is is making it like itch when the cold comes off and it hurts too bad to reach around to my back to scratch it so can't wait till I get better because I need to lose some weight I want to lose I want to be I'm like 230 235 right now I want to be like 210 it maybe 205 I don't know I'm about to head to the chiropractor and not well I'm looking forward to it cuz I I feel really good afterwards but it can it can definitely take a toll on you like the first time I was super sore the second time I was kind of sore we'll see my back's still hurting my neck is yeah see it's got this I don't even know how to explain it it's there's just this one spot it what doesn't want to turn past so we'll see what she can do as you can see from my eyes I got Z zero sleep last night I could not go to sleep for the life of me my eyes are puffy so the chiropractor was actually pretty good I'm actually afraid to get out of this car right now cuz it's feeling so good but we'll see so I'm going to do something I haven't done in a very long time I think I'm going to take a nap I need a nap I'm just like but then it becomes a cycle because you take a nap and then it makes it where you can't sleep again at night so we'll see I'm going to go in there and attempt and try to make a decision this is Chelsea she's the one in the military photo that I posted she's like in my top 10 of favorite cousins maybe maybe 20 she's somewhere towards the bottom I don't know nice remember when I used to be nice yeah I don't know when that was though no you don't remember it at all was that long ago maybe when I was that size can he be on sure this is her little one how many do you have now four four just got four yep he's the little one though we were just talking about remembering her when she was this big well but you were like four when you were that big not two yeah for sure he's massive so would you like me posting that picture oh yes now I have plenty of people looking back to the other ones you're seriously you're somewhere in the top 20 at least top 20 I remember back when you used to come for me first I think giving and throw me over your shoulder carry you mhm yeah it's called a fireman's carry of course you know the term for that yeah she's still she's still my little cousin I don't care almost as tall as you now though finally not even close hold on now we're standing up I think I'm close right kind of closer than we used to be and we're right in the middle of the eye where the eye is going to go so it's kind of crazy let me show you this so right now it's there's a light drizzle in the air but it's calm it's like you would never think that A hurricane's coming through here it's crazy but I'll keep you guys updated on whether it affects us or not okay hurricane update it is about 8 o'clock at night there's gust of wind as you can hear the trees rustling I think um and it's just sprinkling nothing big yet I'll keep you guys updated to see what this ends up being all that anticipation and the hurricane didn't hit us it hit New Orleans it looks like so I'm glad that it didn't hit us but I do feel bad for the people of New Orleans because I swear all my life every time there's a hurricane I'm like like well there goes New Orleans again I don't think I would live there here's bad enough that it comes close but the place that it always hits or seems to always hit I guess by the way guys this grows fast so now I'm going to attempt to uh get on this scale without freaking out because I'm sure I'm heavier than I should be very much so so it's diet time diet and EXT wow the problem is I would love to exercise but with the way my back is feeling I think it wouldn't last probably can try an elliptical they don't have a lot of impact but all right so that is pretty much my week I promis to make it more exciting I was thinking about that today I there was a lot of stuff I did this week that I didn't film went places did things but I need to remember to film so I'm going to get better at this I promise but like subscribe follow and you're going to see some better videos
