LET'S GET A LOOK AT THE FORECAST FOR TODAY. CLEAR SKIES FOR US THIS MORNING. GOING INTO CRYSTAL CLEAR OUT THERE AND NOT LOUD BLOCK IT OUT THIS VIEW FROM MOUNT TAM. WE'RE ABOUT TO SEE THE SUNRISE HERE IN JUST A FEW MINUTES AND YOU'RE GOING TO DO SO. >>WITHOUT ANY CLOUDS NOW, IT WAS A NICE STEP. SUCH CLEAR CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPERMAN. OBVIOUSLY. BUT WITH THESE CLEAR SKIES TEMPERATURES, ONCE THE SUN DOES COME UP, WILL RISE REALLY QUICKLY. WE'RE IN THE MIDST OF A BATTLE BETWEEN THE SEASON'S IT FEELS LIKE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE TO THE SOUTH AND EAST LOW TO THE NORTH AND WEST. THE HIGH REALLY WINDS OUT TODAY, BUT THAT LOW IS NOT TO BE IGNORED, PUSHING IN AND HAVING A BIG IMPACT ON US. ESPECIALLY COME THE WEEKEND. HERE'S FRIDAY RIGHT HERE. SHOWERS ACROSS NORTHERN CALIFORNIA LIKELY LINGERING INTO EARLY SATURDAY BEFORE THAT LOW PUSHES OUT AND WE HAVE ANOTHER HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE BUILDING IN. SO TEMPERATURES TODAY AT THE WARMEST COOLING DOWN AND THEN AN EVEN BIGGER, WARM UP INTO NEXT WEEK. IT'S AN UP AND DOWN AND KIND OF A WHIPLASH. AS FAR AS WEATHER GOES IN YOUR SEVEN-DAY FORECAST, LET'S START WITH OUR TEMPERATURES. SLIDE DOWNWARD. HERE'S BY FRIDAY AT 06:30PM, EUREKA UP NORTH WILL HAVE SEEN OVER HALF AN INCH OF RAINFALL. SAME IN READING WILL SEE SHOWERS IN THE VICINITY, THE PARK FIRE AND EVEN A FEW SPRINKLES LIKELY IN THE NORTH BAY, ESPECIALLY BUT ALSO OTHER PARTS OF THE BAY AREA. A FEW MORE OVERNIGHT SHOWERS ON TOP OF THAT AS WE ROLL INTO SATURDAY MORNING. THIS IS DEFINITELY EARLY SEASON RAINFALL AND WELCOME, ESPECIALLY JUST THAT MICHAEL OUT THERE TALKING ABOUT THESE BRUSH FIRES. WE ARE DRY RIGHT NOW. SO THIS MOISTURE IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. AS FOR TODAY, THOUGH, WE ARE IN FOR OUR DRIEST AND WARMEST DAY OF THE FORECAST. FIRE DANGER IS, OF COURSE, A CONCERN STILL, WE'RE LOOKING AT CLEAR SKIES ACROSS THE BAY AREA TOMORROW MORNING. THE SEA BREEZE KICKS IN A LITTLE BIT MORE IN TOMORROW STARTS OR DOWNWARD TREND OF TEMPERATURES COOLING BACK INTO THE 80'S FOR INLAND AREAS AFTER 2 DAYS, 90'S AND FURTHER COOLING EVEN YET AS WE ROLL INTO DAYS LIKE THURSDAY. TODAY'S DAYTIME HIGHS, AS I MENTIONED, ARE THE VERY WARMEST 60'S AND 70'S IN THE CITY 60'S RIGHT ALONG THE COASTLINE THAT A LOT OF 70'S 80'S AND A FEW LOW 90'S ELSEWHERE TODAY IS NOTICEABLY WARMER THAN YESTERDAY. WAS THE LOVE THAT HEAT YOU'RE GONNA LIKE TODAY. BUT I THINK FOR A LOT OF US WILL BE LOOKING FOR A COOL PLACE TO GET TO LIVERMORE 87 WHILE HAYWARD 78 FREMONT'S IN CASTRO VALLEY GETTING HIM TO 80 DEGREES. WALNUT CREEK CONQUERED PITTSBURG, ANTIOCH, IN VACAVILLE, EACH RISING INTO THE LOW 90'S. NOW TOMORROW'S DAYTIME HIGHS WILL FALL INTO THE LOW 80'S THAT THE WARMEST BY THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. IT'S BACK TO THE 70'S WE GO BEST. CHANCES OF RAINFALL LOOKING TO BE FOR THE 2ND HALF OF THE DAY
