Nintendo Direct Still Coming in September! Switch 2 October!

he's got the news speed reviews and some other random Nintendo stuff the M ay show let's go there is still another Nintendo Direct on the way Believe It or Not Nintendo is not done hey guys welcome back to the Odyssey I am Mike Odyssey and just like you heard I'm talking about the Nintendo Direct happening in September what happened yesterday changes nothing on what Nintendo is doing yes it is completely out of left field and out of Nintendo's well way of thinking but that just points towards One Direction and we're going to talk about it here on the channel before if you love videos thank you so much and I appreciate him let let you know let's get started all right as you can see here I'm back at the Press room because there has been an update and whenever there's an update here on the release schedule and game lineup cuz I know you guys like to look at at at actual facts right I I take you behind the scenes and show you the actual game lineup so you'll see it with your own eyes you see the list of games that we've had throughout throughout this year right from 2024 here in in January all the way to December CU we've had we have a new game added which is Fitness Boxing 3 Nintendo's first party boxing Fitness uh personal trainer game I'm going to try to get into it I know I need to to get into uh a little more Fitness stuff but um yeah December 5th Nintendo hasn't released a dece a December game in about three to four years four or five years maybe but we got a a a December game here in Fitness Boxing 3 now we have a complete calendar for Nintendo switch games in 2024 and then we have two games uh with uh Donkey Donkey Kong Country Return HD for 2025 in January and then we have mat Prime for Beyond in 2025 without a release date as of yet so now the topic of this n of this video is Nintendo Direct and the fact that there is still a Nintendo Direct coming towards us right and well the reasoning behind this is because yes we got even though we got a backto back Nintendo Direct uh partner showcase and Indie world together this in no way or shape or form affects the upcoming Nintendo Direct because first thing we just found out Nintendo is doing things out of leftfield they're doing things that're not they're not accustomed to this year right we got the partner Showcase in February in place of an actual Nintendo Direct we got the Indie World in was it April I I want to say April and so we got an announcement in May for the Nintendo Direct in June and of course shintaro fukawa letting us know no mention of switch 2 in that Nintendo Direct right that is already out of the field cuz when does Nintendo give us so much like like notice of a direct right we had we had a full month of notice for that direct and we had a full month of notice letting us know that no June Nintendo switch to reveal right then we have this Museum direct of course Nintendo again letting us know no Nintendo switch 2 reveal there right there being more transparent than they they've been in month in years months days I don't know and so now we have this happening yesterday in August we have a back-to-back Nintendo Direct but IND the world and partner showcase these are the games that need to be out on Nintendo switch and announc on Nintendo switch before switch 2 was announced that's the entire reason why uh why this happened why there was was a partner showcase and why there was an indie world at the same time because Nintendo wanted to go ahead and just push out the Indie World Games and the partner showcase games ahead of the switch to reveal trailer any partner Showcase in any other Indie World Showcase will be for Nintendo switch 2 moving forward this was the last two and so before the trailer hit Nintendo want to make wanted to make sure to push those out and get them out out of the way we got one that a lot of people were not too happy with some people were were happy with there was just you know there were games for a certain type of people out there who likes certain type of games and that's the that's the case for every d right there's games for everyone but sometimes it's not that great sometimes it is and so now we have September there are two things that could happen in September because of this the Nintendo Direct the the the the full Nintendo Direct why because well we we still have the month of February March April and May to fill up with Nintendo switch games which Nintendo normally does during the September direct the year before and then of course we will probably have another Direct in February but I'll get to that in a little bit cuz I don't think we'll have a traditional one but yeah my timeline is Nintendo Direct still happening in September giving us first thing we'll get we'll we'll get February March April and maybe May games for Nintendo switch not switch 2 then in October I feel like we are going to see the trailer just because of what happened yesterday just because of how left field this presentation was yesterday I do feel like we are going to get the trailer very soon I would say October and yesterday's presentation made me believe more than ever that we are not getting the switch 2 in June or or or the second half but we're getting it early next year I would say March and April that's the that will be my timeline for the switch to drop March and April I would I'm probably leading more towards March now if we get the trailer on in October I would actually say it's March 6 months after but with that said that is basically the main reason why we have those two trailers uh those two presentations yesterday a lot of content creators would say no Nintendo will give us uh something else next next next next month I hear a Zelda direct no we're not getting a Zelda direct guys Nintendo already give us enough information on Zelda I doubt they want to give us any more uh the the game is coming out September we're not getting a full direct from the game coming out the same same exact month uh Theo Zelda is not as big of a game as tears of the kingdom was and so even though it's still part of the Mainland game Z does because of wisdom we've had enough information out there for anybody who wants to buy that game to buy it they don't need a direct for that I think Nintendo will give us a Nintendo Direct and in this Nintendo Direct I I made a video predicting what exactly will happen if you want to go ahead and check that out because I that video I Feel still stands even though Nintendo did give us this August uh this August surprise one more thing I want to put I want to put in this video because this is one of the most important things that I want to I want to emphasize this do you remember previous videos we mentioned Nintendo Direct happening in August right well this came from a source pH Brazil the very same person who mentioned that the switch 2 was going to be delayed to 2025 he was the first one now he is the I believe the only one who mentioned that there will be a Nintendo Direct happening in at the end of August not only did we get a Nintendo Direct we got a double Nintendo Direct in August which was out of the question but it happened the man has a source we need to pay attention not only that but he also mentioned early on and I believe that he is probably the only one again mentioning this that Nintendo is following the same schedule as they did with Nintendo switch in Nintendo switch back in 2016 they released the first trailer the first look in October after that they had their presentation they there there's the big reveal stage presentation in January after that the release was set for March March 3rd if I'm not mistaken and so because of this we have to take a closer look at this if he got the the the delay or the 2025 right when everyone else was saying 2024 right we were all on board with 2024 then out of the blue he got the June direct right he also got the August direct right this was like a weird one but a very off one one that really a lot even I was kind of doubting he had it right now we have to pay closer attention to what he said about Nintendo following the same schedule and if if so if he's right about that one then my friend it's March March is the Nintendo switch 2 release date The pre-order time in January for the big stage presentation if Nintendo is following that schedule now there's only one way to find out right October if we do get that switch to reveal in October then that is it my friends that is the cherry on top and I have to give I have to take off my hat and and just really salute P Brazil for this one because you got it right and then with that let me know what you guys think in the comments are you excited for what's H what's happening I know yesterday might not be the greatest presentations by all but one thing we could take away was that pH Brazil was right on that and then he might be right in the for the future
