Fantasy Football Week 2 Waiver Wire - 9 Players To Consider

2024 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire for Week 2 week one is in the books and we're here to rescue your fantasy team on the waiver wire whether you're in a basic 10-person League or in a sickos League Sam Sherman and I will have you covered so let's get this thing over with at the top here let's start in like the 30% 50% rostered list quickly hit on the guys that you and I both agree they should just be on every single fantasy league out there Sam you have three running backs you want to go through yeah I can already hear the comment section on this one I know they're not available in your league I get it but on Yahoo these guys are still available in 40% is of leagues Dobbins, Jaleel, and Charbonnet JK Dobbins is number one just clearly looked like the running back one for the Chargers last week nothing else to say there he needs to be owned in every League Julio mlin he's number two for me he got more touches and more targets than javante I'm not too excited about the Denver offense but a back that gets that high of a touch share frankly just needs to be rostered and finally number three Zack shanet again he's a high upside handcuff that needs to be rostered it sounds like the Ken Walker injury is not a big deal we don't fully know yet though so he's a priority just while we wait and see how that situation plays out yeah Kenneth Walker has a history of ab issues uh we've seen like hernas like that crept up early in the season that have lingered so shanet uh he has like the bcow uh profile if he does uh get the full-time job so he needs to be rostered Jordan Mason will'll figure out tonight very similar with Christian mcaffrey um we recorded this before Monday Night Football but shanet Jordan Mason like anytime there's a lingering issue to the starter we want the the number two back and then yeah uh JK Dobbins really awesome to see him back out there really nice Vision Chargers offensive line is good we can argue at the long speed and all that stuff but the fact that he's even out there getting to the second level uh is a good sign and then yeah my quick note on Jalil mlin he had a fumble audri ese also fumbled on his like three snaps we didn't see a goal line opportunity for gavon Williams I think we can see like a complete PPR scam of Julio mlfa now I think this like deep leagues only uh not like not a promising start for the Denver Broncos but yeah those guys at least in benches maybe Dobbins creeps up into a flex play uh starting this next week uh if we do see Gus Edwards rooll diminish but this is like the main part of the show like these are the guys that were actually running to the waiver wire to go pick up and right away the first game of the season we see a fliping Mark Isaiah Likely Andrews not very involved when he was involved catch and fall type of player and Isaiah likely goes out there and absolutely dominates so he's available in 28% of the leagues uh how crazy should we be going with Isaiah likeley maybe like rest of season rankings where would you kind of slide Isaiah likele in uh with the context being that no tight end of course matters yeah the tight end position had an ugly start in week one that's for sure I think I'm doing a rest of season rankings actually over at legendary upside this season so I'll have more of a fully flesh out thought then my gut reaction is that Isaiah likely should be kind of in the tight end 10ish range here's the thing with Isa likely there just there's simply not many tight ends in the NFL that can make that yards after catch play that he made um against the Chiefs on Thursday night he caught the ball for NFL nextg stats they said he had a 0.3% chance of converting that play into a touchdown he made a couple Defenders look absolutely foolish that Stutter Step Into The End Zone made it look easy so yeah I think just like talent wise he is up there near that tight end 8910 range I do think we have to you know keep keep in mind still not a full-time player I still do think Andrews is GNA have better Seasons it's it's kind of clear the chiefs were kind of game planning to take him out of the game a lot of bracket coverage in the red zone and also a lot of Isaiah likely's production did come from kind of two-minute drill stuff where the Chiefs were just leaving him wide open on sort of a flat routes so I think his you know stat his stats were a little bit inflated in week one but still no other tight ends even came close to doing what he did in week one I think that makes him the clear priority Target this week on waivers before we get to our next games here let's pay the bills make sure you're using promo code the show to sign up on Underdog fantasy we got a lot going on right now pick them contest DFS drafts will snake draft six round drafts lots of promotions if you use promo code the show will match your first deposit 50% up to $11,000 Rack City time then we'll have some CD lamb specials 05 yards later in the week every single day there's something new on there vulture protection bailed out a lot of people in the running back pick them lobby as well so use promo code the show subscribe to the channel let's get back to it yeah I I would probably let somebody else go absolutely nuts over Isaiah likely if we're talking about like 50% of the budget somebody wants to go fully crazy with this I'm not going to be buying that the the reasons why the Ravens moving forward they're underdogs heading into the game twice the rest of the year and in those games they're like projected to lose by like a point what we saw in this last game a ton of dropbacks for Lamar Jackson one of the highest amount of dropbacks in his entire career because of the game script that's what happens when you face the Chiefs in like the neutral situation like the first quarter of the game the Ravens 30 % neutral pass rate like they they're not trying to pass the ball as much as what they had to do because of the game script and I think that once we take into consideration how run heavy this offense is going to be with Derrick Henry all of a sudden you're going to be like cutting hairs between flowers Mark Andrews will play better and then Isaiah likely so I'm with you he's too talented uh like him or Pat Firth rest of season like to me that's kind of the conversation Dallas gotd like tight end 12 for me maybe a little bit more upside than those guys but I think the floor is still pretty low and then yeah you can Mark move Mark Andrews down to like the tight end eight tight end n uh discussion I think they're pretty much pretty close together for the rest of the season so if if it's just like highest priority bid sure go after Isaiah likely spend 20% of your budget if you are in a tough spot at tight end understandable but there could be somebody in your league that just completely goes off the Jump here and I think that'll be better wide receivers and running back uh targets that we'll talk about uh moving forward I think like just in general do you agree with this not the greatest week for the waiver wire like sometimes after week one just like okay there's six guys that we have to go crazy about like the next couple names we're going to get to are like pretty clear number two running backs on the team still so kind of a relatively weak week I agree with that like last year we had puka KY and week one I was saying 50 60 70% of your Fab like make it happen go get these guys I agree with you unlikely I'd say 20% if of your Fab is a good starting point for a bid if you were a David and joku or Ferguson team and you lost one of those guys maybe crank it up a little bit higher I wouldn't blame you for going 25 30% but this is not an Allin player for me and yeah huge huge tier drop off after likely this week I think the rest of these guys are not big priority Fab Bucky Irving uh guys okay let's go over to a rookie running back down in Tampa Bucky Irving day three player but immediately was playing in the second quarter so what did you see out of Bucky Irving yeah so for Bucky Irving I think what jumps out in the box score is he outproduced Rashad white you know doubled up the amount of rushing yards that white had on less touches to me just watching both of them play I do think Bucky looks a little bit more decisive between the tackles now now the Bucks o line opened up some massive holes for him that I think Rashad white probably could have ran through as well but didn't get those opportunities but yeah man I mean Rashad white is a fun player I I do think like the Rashad white haters don't give him enough credit for how Dynamic he looks in the passing game like if you just look at his box score and say he's an inefficient rusher you ignore the what 75 yards receiving he had he made some awesome plays in the open field but between the tackles for me man I don't know Rashad white just there's something missing to his game between the tackles the decisiveness like I know he's a good athlete but he just doesn't quite get it done in those situations so I do think the fact that Bucky Irving had such a big role for a you know round five rookie in week one that's a bullish sign but I don't expect him to overtake this backfield I do think like really high upside contingent play if something happened to Rashad white because behind him man it's like Shan Tucker and an injured Chase Edmonds like this could really be Bucky Irving season if something happened to Rashad white it's really weird because Rashad White's the bigger back but he runs more timidly uh he's very loose out in space and he's actually very trustworthy player just in general and that's like for example why Rashad white was still the two-minute drill guy uh in this game he's still going to be the goal line guy just because of his size but stylistically like you said Bucky Irving is the better like raw Runner just based off of like his decision making he doesn't have a crazy long speed but he's got definitely enough burst but he has like a little bit more power than his size indicates the hard part that I always struggle with with Bucky Irving is he is still 192 pounds or whatever the hell he is so if something does happen to Rashad white like would they like truly let him go maybe he might be so good that they have to do that but in the meantime like change of pace uh rookie running backs these guys are are must haves like you got to have them at the end of your bench see what happens here he was getting snaps in the second quarter this was not like just like some blowout situation for Bucky Irving he was like change of pace guy uh in week one so I agree with you Bucky Irving definitely a priority ad here the next name tank bigs Tank Bigsby you want to talk about him I went back to the tape on this one and I I have some strong opinions on on tank bsby all of a sudden what say you oh boy yeah I mean we we talked about it all off season like the worst five Touch cutup of all time if you look at tank bby's targets last year but I don't know man he looked he looked good in week one I don't know what else to say this doesn't look like the player we saw last season I don't know if it was rookie nerves a confidence thing but he was really decisive um running through the middle of that offensive line a couple situations in the game where the Jaguars way backed up into their own territory they strust to tank Bigby with those runs and he broke off like 20 plus yard runs I think on two of them or something close to that he looked like he had decent bursts I don't I don't think this is like some special player but I do think he fills a role that the Jaguars want to have in their offense someone that can take the load off Travis etn and be kind of a between the tackles Bruiser so again similar to Bucky in some ways the fact that they trusted him with such a big role in week one means I think there's good contingent upside if something happened to etn and maybe maybe a guy that can be sort of an rb3 Flex piece in a pinch you know if you're dealing with injuries that position I think there's a chance you could run into 50 yards in a touchdown with than Bigby un good Josh and are gonna have to go over this and a lot of detail from the Travis etn angle because tank bsby was just like taking away etn carries like this was not some garbage time situation it wasn't even etn had that uh fumble at the 2 yd line it wasn't that they benched etn to play tank bsby down the stretch like the 12 carries that tank bsby got is because he was part of the game plan immediately I think the second carry of the game was under Center to tank bsby and he broke off a couple long runs here and he was shedding some tackles and I think the the rookie stuff was always weird to me because it was the drops that led to the interceptions that went viral which they should have they were they were awful but as a Pure Runner I thought tank bsby actually ran fairly hard they like drag down some of his efficiency numbers because like they would give him fullback Dives as their goal line play which obviously we're not loving but the fact that he was getting them I guess means that he has a chance to steal some goal line stuff but tank bsby has the size profile of if etn goes down like who's getting 15 20 carries in this backfield it would be tank bsby and Jacksonville was one of the the lowest in neutral pass rate uh to open up this this game and it was a close game obviously down to the wire uh against Miami so really really interesting stuff with tank bsby I think maybe the like kind of final point to this is bad news for etn maybe more so than like great news for tank bsby um but as as a contingent based play I I I really like tank bsby here I think that Bucky versus tank it would be very close for me in this one I would say probably moving down a tier for for the the next running back on your list now we're going down to you know the Raiders running back group uh so so who's the next name yeah down a tier for sure uh we're talking about Alexander Madison here as sort of my third favorite running back in terms Alexander Mattison of guys that are widely available he out snaps air 36 to 23 in the game and the reason is pretty simple the the Raiders trust Alexander Madison much more in pass down situations and two-minute drill stuff than zamir white this is for Nathan yonke of PFF of the 20 snaps that are either third down or two-minute drill Madison out snaps air 19 to one in those situations and another thing that stood out to me you know this was a weird first week in the NFL not a lot of teams were throwing the ball around much it was a very low pass rate overe expected week the Raiders were actually top six in the NFL and pass rate overe expected they have like a sneaky good pass catching core with the two tight ends they have Devonte Adams jacobe Meyer so I think this is a team that actually wants to throw the ball more than people are expecting in those situations it's going to be Madison on the field not zir white so again a tear down from the Bucky Irving tanks Bigsby types because I think we know who Alexander Madison is at a talent at this point in his career he's not anything special I'm not overly optimistic about the Raiders offense but again he he's just a guy that I think has enough size and enough of a week one role that if something was to happen to zamir white I think you're getting like rb2 is production out of Alexander Madison it's not pretty but this is the type of guy that should be stashed on your bench in most leagues yeah we've seen it before like in a pinch he all of a sudden walks away with 15 to 20 touches in a game and like that type of History belongs at the end of the bench especially probably like 12 14 team leagues I would say Alexander mat should definitely be rostered there if you went like zero RB and you're sweating it because all the you know first round second round third round running backs uh all Smash and you and you need somebody to start I do think Alexander Madison in a really deep league is somewhat in the mix here so yeah if you're starting Madison the bank examiner is already it's done it's you deserve that yeah um now for a player where the the bank examiner I'm Shing away because I told everyone to be drafting uh Mr Colby Parkinson now Colby Parkinson obviously like the big news here puka nakua uh re-injures his knee I think that's where we the story we're going with here it's too early to to know exactly how long he's going to be out for um but Colby Parkinson the new tight end got a huge huge huge payday from the Rams uh he walks away with what 89% of the snaps here so anything standing out with with Colby Parkinson and like is he like just a tight end two streamer do you think we're desperate enough without puka that maybe he kind of sneaks into the top 12 to 15 I think he could sneak into the top 15 like right at the very end there couple notes on Parkinson from week one he led all NFL tight ends in routes now that was because the Rams had to throw the ball much uh they ran a bunch of snaps but still was eighth amongst all tight ends in route participation rate so he has one of the bigger roles at the position in terms of just being on the field running all the routes I watched his targets I mean I wasn't overly impressed but he can catch the ball he can he's 6' s like 270 so he can run over some dudes he can run a little bit after the catch it's nothing special but I think just with the say of the tight end position man again if you had the in joku injury the F Ferguson injury maybe you have Andrews and you just kind of want an insurance tight end now if you're a little bit scared about that I think I think Parkinson should be ranked like around tight end 14 15 weekly and yeah we who knows what we talk more about the receivers uh fallout from the puka injury but there's not a lot of names after Cooper Cup on this offense yeah I think if you had like Cole Ked or something like that you're dropping KT for kobby Parkinson I think like that's the type of tier like he probably be right there with Noah fan Hunter Henry like that type of tier we you need you need a touchdown now I will say Kobe Parkinson this is like his first year being the guy so I think there's a little bit of like Mystery Box potential versus some of the like veterans that we've like seen before so yeah I got some interest in Colby Parkinson like would you rather be the guy that spends 50% of your budget on likely or $1 on Parkinson I I think it's depends on how desperate you are but I I don't think like likely is guaranteed to like outscore Colby Parkinson if puka AA is going to be missing time like for the next month of the season so I guess while we're while we're on it let's just skip down uh you did want to talk about Demarcus Robinson just because of the puka NAA injury or or or Tyler Johnson pick your favorite Rams uh wide I've already forgot who was oh Whittington Jordan Whittington was part of the mix uh name a name to drop in a couple years uh what do you think like who's the wide Rams WRs receiver to here uh for the Rams let's assume that puka is out let's say it's three to four weeks here um are we desperate enough to start any of these guys so I guess this is maybe a boring answer but I think if you're playing it safe it's Demarcus Robinson he's the guy they've trusted last year clearly in this role if you're looking for a guy that you need to start this next week I think it's Demarcus Robinson if you're looking for the play with like a little bit more upside and a little bit more juice I did like what we saw from Tyler Johnson this past week he had a really fun like 60 yard run after the catch play he caught like a short Crosser stopped in a dime made two Defenders look foolish and then outran everyone for 60 yards that's not something you're gonna see Demarcus Robinson ever do so there's just a tiny tiny bit more like untapped upside with someone like Tyler Johnson but yeah I I didn't put them in this top five for a reason I think at this point in the season you can find better options than starting these guys but in terms of deeper leagues both should be on the radar if you're really desperate for a starter this week I would go D Rob over Tyler Johnson I'm with you there yeah D Rob got hot late late last year when the Rams were a really good offense and and then I think the the other note here is the Rams offensive line is really banged up right now like is the Easy Button like trust Stafford get the ball out hot instead of trying to run the ball at the Middle with a bunch of backup offensive linemen probably so like how many pass attempts that they have last night like 50 of them or whatever it was I can see the Rams be really high up uh in in pass rate so I don't think it really takes that much talent uh from this wide receiver group Colby Parkinson these guys to like randomly walk away next week with like eight nine targets I I I like Demarcus Robinson Tyler Johnson's a good shout out it's not like it's easy thing to take away uh Cooper cup people have tried to do that for years and it hasn't worked but defenses are going to be scheming hard to take away the Easy Button cup stuff as much as they can that could open up some just really wide open looks for someone like Demarcus Robinson he doesn't have to be that good in this offense to be a PPR contributor yeah and remember this is Matthew Stafford and sea mcy we're talking about here so the ball is going to be out definitely on time so uh we'll get to the the Deep sleepers in a second really wanted to get to the sickos charts we had a big sickos chart uh if you tuned in the first waiver wire show with the SICKOS Defense Minnesota Vikings got a pick six the Bears got a pick six as well so going back to the well here uh the five rapid fire um defenses that I like uh the Jets we're going to be targeting will Levis every single week the Jets are already a good defense they probably already rostered but will Levis loves to throw himself uh a pick six the Colts is the one that we should be screaming to go pick up as well Malik Willis is probably going to start for the Packers and I me come on it's not even just Malik Willis he also just got to Green Bay like this is not somebody that's been in there in developing in this offense like it's going to be really ugly for Malik Willis there uh Jacksonville uh they got a new defensive coordinator Ryan neelson who we liked with Atlanta the Jaguars just held the Miami Dolphins in September in Miami uh to not a whole lot of production there the Browns uh they missing both their offensive tackles to Shan L like a total mess uh so I like the Jacksonville Jaguars Chargers and Seahawks I'll group them together they both have new defensive coordinators I thought both of them played well the Chargers they get um the Carolina Panthers and then the Seahawks they get the Patriots so I think this one's pretty straightforward uh those are the five top defenses uh I I'm going to be targeting here the Jets probably already rostered but Colts Jaguars Chargers Seahawks we're we're already targeting the shittiest offenses uh of the season so I'm not sure if you saw anything um from defenses or not yeah just only one other thing I would add the Eagles defense they're available in like 40% of leagues on Yahoo they get the Falcons on Monday night this next week that's one I'm a little interested after the Kurt Cousins performance in we yeah Josh and are gonna probably spend about 30 minutes on the damn Falcons after what I just witnessed last week he I've never seen a quarterback not move period like he he broke the tackle box one time so yeah I mean they ran like they ran out of pistol like 50% of the time because they didn't want him under Center he didn't throw any passes more than 20 air yards down the field he was the only other quarterback besides Daniel Jones to do that past week this past week I'm I'm worried about the KK cousins stuff yeah I I'm extremely worried um so yeah we'll save some of this takes for stats versus film but that's definitely a good shout also new defensive coordinator with the Eagles as well with Vic fangio so like copy pasting uh defensive stats from last year when you have a new defensive coordinator uh some either young pieces or the coordinator brings in some new Talent all of a sudden we can see like some like bad defenses turn out to be average and then when they're facing these awful offenses like these are the definitely the defenses to be attacking so let's get back on track Deep Sleeper WRs here um more of the rapid fire um type here deep deep sicko leagues out here but I am spotting a couple rookies on this list and these are kind of the the targets that we like to make here so uh who's your first like rapid fire deep sleeper wide receiver yeah deep sleeper wide receiver number one I would go after Xavier liette the Carolina Panthers first round wide receiver look everyone knows how ugly of a performance the Panthers had in week one liette I did think look surprisingly good in isolation despite the mess of that offense he had a 26% Target share in that game he got open deep a couple times where Bryce young missed him obviously that's a might continue to happen but he did do uh a good job a couple times finding some soft spots in the zones underneath got hit for a couple short area targets so I think the Panthers are gonna try to make some changes to fix this thing at some point I think some of those changes might be getting rid of Jonathan Mingo and Adam thielen routes putting in the first round rookie a bit more so again yeah deep League purely a stash not someone you're starting but liette has enough upside to me it' be worth stashing I think he's a classic boom bus Prospect I was surprised he went round one I had a round two grade on him but like find the guys that are 6 foot three 225 pounds that run in the four threes four fours and like all of a sudden you have a chance here especially his last year in the SEC like yards per route run all those fancy metrics yards per game were Elite so it could take a little bit of time here boom bust guy that's perfect for for the last spot on your bench uh my note here first half of the game uh before was a totally like worthless game in the second half he ran around on 11 of 18 dropbacks that was ahead of Jonathan Mingo so I think we're already seeing the rookie get involved here so uh really like this shout out uh who's the next uh rookie wide receiver you got yeah this one is certainly more Vibes based than something I can really back up the numbers but Luke mcaffrey um you know 50% genetically identical to Christian mcaffrey he's on the NFL field he did get schemed up a couple plays that they try to scheme up a trick play to him actually where he was throwing the ball uh he actually tucked and ran it after that he he got another sort of middle of the field Target from Jaden Daniels but yeah nothing really stood out to me in the film or the numbers this is just a rookie wide receiver that immediately earned a role in week one and the commanders have like nothing outside of Terry mclorence so I think they might be forced to involve him a little bit more so yeah again purely a stash he is like a true athletic freak too so you might see a white wide receiver and make some assumptions about him he actually is like a true you know spark freak out there so a little bit more upside than you might imagine and players like diami brown were like not in a full-time role so like you said like the wide receiver two wide receiver three for Washington completely up for grabs and he's probably the one with the most like Mystery Box potential there so uh the commanders they got they got a lot to iron out uh what I saw yeah they got some issues there surprising but uh PPR scam of the year in like November I can totally see Luke McCaffrey uh reaching that spot uh speaking of PPR scams I saw that you had Juan Del Robinson on this list we're back took one week for the Giants to be down three touchdowns in Wale to get home so what do you see from them yeah it's the same story with Wale nothing new he's he he really is a PPR scam but if the Giants are this bad and they're getting blown out he can be viable and say say you're in a deep League where you have to start three wide receivers and you have two other flexes something like that that's the type of format where I think ju Del Robinson is worth a roster spot could be startable just purely based on his Target volume in PPR leagues I don't think we're running into like any untapped upside with him as a player to be honest but yeah when it guy gets 11 12 targets you just got to pay attention to in people leagues yeah and we've seen this one before like this is like not super shocking to see uh I will note uh nine of his targets came when the in-game winning percentage was under 10% so this was like as garbage time scamming as you can see all underneath targets as well but uh your fantasy league doesn't care about how how they got the fantasy points they just care that they they exist um now here's a player that maybe a lot of people haven't heard of uh the fifth name here uh why don't you go pronounce it and then uh sell us on them yeah I'll be honest I put this guy on the list because of the role in the Target volume uh Devon V I think it's pronounced Yep this this guy this guy's basically like a tight end I'm sorry we might we might need to cut this segment but the routes were like check and release yeah PPR scam dump offs I think he had eight catches and zero of them went for more than nine yards so o this is just like a big bodied like basically tight end that Shawn Peyton wants in the field for some reason again I think this is maybe like for the dynasty League true sickos out there if he's available in that he's probably one of the few rookie wide receivers that's not rostered in Dynasty he had a rle had eight targets week one sure throw then to your bench I don't think this is a guy we're we're talking about mattering in your normal fantasy leagues yeah I mean you never know who Shawn pyton has the fetish for it could easily be V here so yeah I totally get that what about some quarterbacks here Baker Mayfield finishes was like the quarterback six four touchdowns uh in the opener here um what's your thoughts on Baker Mayfield superlex only probably um maybe there's like some streaming potential what do you think yeah I think probably streaming potential more of super Flex take I think if you for some reason were starting like Kurt Cousins DeShaun Watson one of the guys like that in week one maybe maybe even like Caleb Williams and you want a little bit more stability early in the season I consider adding Baker just a couple notes there I think again the Bucks were kind of one of those surprising as rate overexp expected teams I think they were top five uh in the onewe sample we have from this past week which makes some sense you know they they had Chris Godwin maybe a year Health year off the ACL te they add Jaylen McMillan a better wide receiver three than they've had in the past years it makes some sense they want to sling the ball around a little bit so you know the commander probably one of the weaker defenses in the league I'm not overreacting to to one good week but I think Baker is moved up a couple spots in sort of the more stable veteran pocket passer tier quarterback yeah I think it's totally fair the I think the Bucks probably the best team in in that division defensively and offensively Mike Evans made a couple insane plays at the catch point then Chris Godwin like looks back so that's really promising just to have like the two top guys still at the top of their name uh I have like a really superflex only piggybacking off your cousins take Now's the Time just pick up Michael penx I'm not sure if we're getting Kurt Cousins for for very long here after what I just saw they get the Chiefs and the Eagles the next two games they easily could be 0 and three and then guess what happens you get the Buccaneers in division decent defense that brings a lot of pressure that could be a big problem for Kurt Cousins if he can't move and then the Saints who historically have been in the backfield a lot as well so I don't know like maybe with like the context of watching this first game maybe they drafted Michael penx in the top 10 because they saw Kurt Cousins for the first uh couple months after signing him and said enough already so I would say do this before it's too late because if you're in a superflex league and Michael penx has named the starter all of a sudden you have to blow a huge part of your budget uh and also if you get him now you can start um you know just making fun of the the team that has Kurt Cousins and repeatedly send some trade offers there so that's why my my Galaxy brain take with with Michael penx that's some good psychological warfare and and I do want to say just while we're talking about these rookie wide receivers throw throw Jaylen McMillan in the same group as the get and Luke mcaffrey I I missed him in my initial screen but I guess a slightly different play I think you're you're playing a little bit for like the contingent upside of something were to happen to Godwin for Mike Evans but the Bucks offense looks good McMillan scored a deep touchdown that's enough for me to say he's got some offside in leagues yeah I think that's a really sharp play inside outside versatility in college as well so it doesn't matter if it's Godwin or Mike Evans that that would get injured in this scenario he can just go out there um and and compete and then also like kon's out there for all those snaps like nobody is earning fewer Targets on a per route basis than than K 2024 Fantasy Football League Punishment dton so among like the third wide receivers on teams he he definitely is in uh the mix uh before we get out of here I wanted to to say just say one last thing in my uh home League we initiated a new fantasy punishment uh and it's called the boo of the week and it's pretty simple here the bozo of the week is if you spent more than $10 than the next highest bid uh on the waiver wire so now you have to sweat your bids every single week because like sometimes all of a sudden like somebody in your league spends $78 on Isaiah likely the next closest is at like $14 and we can't let them get away with that so come up with a punishment for your home league but uh we're doing the Bose over the week uh based off of the waiver wire bid so uh make sure you subscribe to the show listen to us so you don't become uh The Bozo here um but I just thought that was I love that pretty funny way to make Wednesday mornings you wake up check the phone after while waiver wire runs and now you have something to sweat that's actually the number one thing I say when people are like oh should I switched my league to Fab I'm like yes making fun of your league mates for making terrible Fab bids is one of the funniest parts of the league so I'm 100% on this take I can't wait to see who the the boats over the week is in my home leagues hell yeah cool all right um Josh and I will be back
