[Music] [Music] good afternoon uh YouTubers this is the shallow cross Sports Network with the doublea uh coming to you with another show uh first off we going in this first segment we're going to talk about the Tennesse Titans uh big news Tennessee Titans uh sign all pro safety Jamal Adams he's about 6'1 220 222 lbs uh he's a box safety and uh he's been hurt the last couple years but he's going to help out and Sh up at secondary for the Tennessee Titans and uh and uh that's big news uh so that that gives them a formable probably one of the best defensive back fields in the whole entire NFL you know when you look at Isuzu Isuzu at the one corner and then you got uh the uh guy we picked up Sneed at the other corner and then we got the the the little young guy we had playing last year that was a fresh that was a I guess he was right out of college mcquery he played pretty pretty good and then and then you're going to have hooker and Jamal Adams uh playing it that uh playing at that safety position so that's going to show up there and uh along with the other guys that's are going to contribute and we're going to look at the uh at the depth chart for the Tennessee Titans here shortly but uh that's what's going on with the tit they're about a week away from OTAs and OTAs are getting ready to start and uh the uh I can uh foresee the Titans doing well this year I think the the biggest the biggest uh position battle right now is going on on that right side of the uh offensive line and and from what I'm hearing all the problems that JC L had uh in college at Alabama uh Bill Callahan already corrected those problems and and and so I'm really thinking that that Bill Callahan can fix a lot of other problems with the other players we had that were young and so uh I'm very hopeful that uh we will be able to sh up at right side the offensive line cuz cruin bear is going to be good at Center and then uh and then the young kid we picked up from Northwestern last year that played pretty good uh he's going to be able to uh hold down that left guard and of course Le was going to hold down that left tackle position uh so in defenses we going be pretty sound also wide receiver were sound especially with uh todge Bard uh at the playing at the slot and then at the two at the and the X and the Y positions of you know we got DeAndre Hopkins as well as Calvin Ridley so uh Titans going to be a hard team to beat you know people go count them out continue to count us out uh but we're going to be a hard team to beat uh down the Run uh long run and and so uh just uh keep uh keep watching but let's take a look at uh if you can see I'm going see if I pull up with ourlads is saying is it's going to be our depth chart if I can uh get it pulled up here let me backtrack a little bit on that uh but uh just looking at this if you can see it uh right now I'm just looking at the offense uh you got uh DeAndre Hopkins at that at the one wide receiver spots RI Uh Kevin r at another wide receiver spot and then you got uh Tyler Bard at the uh slot receiver spot and then left tackle is uh JC leam and then Peter shansky who I mentioned earlier he's going to be the left guard and then and the Lord crusinberry he's going to be the center and uh right right now we got Charles sadik uh he's one of the guys we picked up in free agency playing at the right God and then and then uh Pete Fier uh Fier Nicholas P Pierre he's going to be he played a lot for the last couple years so he's he's going to probably be at that right tackle and then uh uh ogero he's going to probably be the tight end and uh and then of course Levis a quarterback and uh Pard at the running back spot that's what's going on right now let's look at the first team on defense uh let's see here defense uh let put see if I can get that to come down but on defense looks like we got uh looks like uh you know you're going to have uh Jo Sebastian Joseph day at one of the defensive tackles and to vantre sweat at the nose tackle and Jeffrey Simmons at the D tackle and then at the linebackers uh Landry at uh at the at one of the linebackers Gibbons at one of the linebackers and then Kenneth Murray at one of the linebackers he's the guy we picked up from San Diego and then uh and then uh and also uh ardin key at the right outside linebacker and then I mentioned uh auu zo zoos ano AAS he's a guy we picked up from uh from Cincinnati Bengals he's a veteran and then you got Jamal Adams and uh Armani hooker and then you got uh Sneed who picked up from Kansas City and then of course the Nickelback or the star position is going to be played by mcquary so uh that's basically the breakdown of the whole entire team starting out right now before before they go into OTAs uh well go in and get ready to start you know actually pressing for the season and then you got Stonehouse as the punter and you got folk as the place kicker and then the Long Snapper is Morgan Cox and then uh and of course the holder is going to be Stonehouse and then folk is going to be the kickoff guy as well as uh and then the rookie Jackson uh jaquin right now he has that position being the uh the uh punt returner and then the kickoff returners going to be taii Spears and uh and of course you know we have uh some backups here uh but but some of these rookies are going to be able to make some noise right away uh for the Titans and uh everything so right now looking at quarterback the backup quarterback is uh is Mason Rudolph and then the number three quarterback is Malik Willis so uh we're looking at uh looking at him keeping three quarterbacks right now as we see it and uh and then you got the three backup uh receivers uh jayen uh uh let's see jayen Burke uh trayon Burke and then uh uh what's the nick nick Westbrook aena and then you got uh jaquin Jackson the rookie at the receivers in the backup and then you have a whole host of guys uh vying for those second uh backup positions and stuff some of those guys are new I guess some of the old guys with Brun skill and uh run and uh there from last year and uh and so forth we just have to see and I guess Duncan's one of those backup players also then you got Josh Wy backing up KiKi awano at uh at tight end and then the got uh um Vanette who's another Titan we picked up and so we just have to wait and see what happens and then the running back position the backups at running back uh right now is Tony par at number one Spears is two and uh Hassan hackins is at at number three but they have uh some rookies Vine for those positions Johnson kid we got out of Washington as well as uh as uh Jabari small uh who signed with us from Tennessee so both of these guys are were undrafted free agents and then you got chestnut at that number four spot so I think they'll keep five running backs so uh these two guys Johnson and Jabar small of or are actually battling for one spot and then and then chestnuts battling with those guys too and Hassan H Haskins is battling the Hassan H Haskins and chestnuts are big backs and and uh looks like uh Johnson uh the Dylan Johnson from uh from Washington he's a big back also and when I mean big back I'm talking 215 up into the 220 225 range and jar small is a more he's about 215 but he's more in line with what Pard is and Spears is and just depends on how the Titans are going to go uh with that but that's a breakdown of the uh roster and uh just depends on how the Titans are going to go uh with that uh with with the running backs whether they want to go scat back with the and keep one of those kids a uh that well undrafted free agents and get rid of a big back like Hoskins or Chestnut or if they want to go with power backs and if they go power backs then small is out and you probably they'll probably keep uh Johnson so we just have to wait and see what happens what comes out of training camp and then another thing I want to talk about real real quick is the 53 man Rost and there's been a lot of rumors going around about uh the NFL going to 18 games uh and of course the NFL PA has got to sign off on that and they got to agree with that and so uh the uh uh my take on it is you have a 53 man roster and I just recently uh uh got information that they have a 53 man roster but that 3 53 man mon is only uh 45 players can dress out per game so you have eight players that don't get to dress out and if they're going to go to 18 games looks like they probably need to uh take those eight players and just add them in and and have a whole 53 man roster for per game and and uh and and some things they going to have to make some adjustment and I know the NFL PA is going to probably probably uh look at extending the roster some especially when it comes to uh players getting injured and so forth but right now I think you can keep 12 on the practice squad and uh and then if a player is injured they don't go on the practice squad they go on the injured reserve I don't know how many you can keep on the injury reserve but but but when a player is on the practice score Squad any team in the league any of the 31 teams can come and grab him and sign him and so you got to be real careful with putting players out there on that practice squad but uh we just have to wait and see what happens uh but there this talks about going to 18 Game season and uh and then another thing I I discovered if you don't dress out for a game you don't get a game check that's the way it works so say say you're you're not part of that 45 but you own the 53 man roster and you're not getting the dress out you're not getting game checks you're not receiving a game check so that's some a news uh that I want to uh tell you about so so this is going to probably uh uh in this little quick show about the Tennessee Titans uh I'm gonna be bringing more information with you uh to you uh uh down the road and uh and hopefully uh it'll be uh some information that you want to hear and uh and like I said right now the uh oh so the last thing I'm going to touch on before we finish this show on NFL uh we're going to look at the uh NFL draft uh the two early NFL marck draft and just look at the first round here and I'm going push it over there to you uh and but but anyway Walter Camp is pretty good they pretty good at uh analyzing players and making and and looking at players and they don't they don't show a lot of bias when it comes to colleges and so forth like some of these other Mark drafts and so that's the reason why I'm pris s to you so right now Walter Camp has uh shadur Sanders going to the Denver Broncos number one overall pick in the draft and uh like I said we just have to see how that folds uh U see how he plays down the line uh and now just looking at what they're saying saying he could be Arizona pick you know they could he could go to Arizona basically from what I'm looking at and then at the second pick overall he's got the New York Giants Taking Carson bck from Georgia quarterback Arizona taking big Walter Nolan out of Knoxville Tennessee who plays for Texas A&M well actually he's not he doesn't play for Texas A&M anymore he went in the transfer port and transfer to Old Miss so that's that's going on then New England Patriots taking James Pierce Junior defensive end/ outside linebacker uh and so we got him going so and then of course the Carolina P Panthers are taking Harold Perkins a defensive end from LSU then you got the Titans taking a quarterback for the Walter Camp and that's Jew big uh quarterback out of pen state if you don't know a lot about Jew all he's about 6 foot 6 by 250 lb strong arm good runner uh pretty smart and usually Penn State's quarterbacks are pretty well uh versed uh once they leave James Franklin's system uh and then uh of course you got Minnesota with that seventh pick taking Travis Hunter out of Colorado uh he he's a plug-and-play player he can play as a wide receiver in NFL who he could play as a cornerback and on this draft board here they got him going as a cornerback to the Colorado Buffalo I mean going to the Minnesota Vikings out of Colorado and then of course Seattle taking uh Nick skiron defensive end from Texas A&M he's a very good player very good pass rush he's a edge rusher and uh and then you got New Orleans Saints taking will Campell with the best offense tackle for LSU and uh he's a big tackle about 66 315 lbs and uh he's going to be able to play about 10 years right there for New Orleans uh if they pick him at this at that time and then you got Tampa Bay taking will Johnson cornerback out of uh Michigan played very well in the championship game uh has real good skill set can cover really really uh tracks the ball very well and uh and he's a sure tackler uh when he comes up on the uh on run support uh and then wash commanders Mikel Williams another defense in out of Georgia good Edge rusher be a good player in the uh in the uh NFL and then you got uh Patrick pton another defense in Edge rusher who was the complimentary uh player to uh to verse uh last year Jared vers vers so we we'll just see how he uh how he uh fares and then of course you got the Pittsburgh still is taking Quinn a as a quarterback and just reading what they're saying is they're saying that Mo both Justin Simmon I mean Justin fields and Russell Wilson could be bust up there in in Pittsburgh just depending on how well uh the their coast and so forth now you got uh you got Arthur Smith up there and he's a good offensive coordinator so he's going to get everything he can get out of Russell Wilson and Justin fields and if he can't then according to these guys they're going to draft quen a ers uh to replace them uh the Raiders got the Raiders taking eron green u a defensive tack offensive tackle out of Georgia he's a good player he's a good player uh he'll be just plug in there and turn and take over one of those tackle spots for the Raiders and then you got Benjamin marrison cornerback out of Notre Dame another good player uh you got uh Dallas Cowboys taking Mason Graham a defensive attack out of Michigan he is an excellent player had real good game in the championship game uh there and uh and then uh looking at the uh the next uh few picks in the first round uh you got Jacksonville Jaguars taking Malik Starks of safety out of Georgia very good player good cover skills and very good in run support uh and you got TJ Sanders defense attack out of South Carolina uh he'd be a compliment for Miles Garrett he he'd be a he'd be able to stop the run take a lot of pressure off of miles gav and probably take some of those double teams away from him also up there in Cleveland and then uh Kevin Banks offensive tackle guard he could be a guard when he gets to the NFL and uh looks like the Rams have taking him at 19 and then uh PR princely human Anyan defensive end from Florida he's a edge rusher he can really play he'll be a good fit for Atlanta Chicago Bears Landon Jackson defense in out of Arkansas another good player he'll be able to help uh the Bears on defense and then Tek Williams a defensive tackle out of Ohio State another good player and he he's trained by uh Coach Johnson up there one of the best defensive line coaches in the in the country and he's create he's developed a lot of players for the NFL and then uh then you got shiny Styles another safety out of Ohio State Ohio state produces is good good secondary players uh and then Baltimore Ravens try Z Zoom the third offensive attacker out of Texas A&M uh he don't know much about him but I know he's a he's a real good pass bler and very good in run and against you know run when when with run blocking so he should be an asset to the Baltimore ravers who like to run the ball a lot uh Houston Texans Jordan Hancock cornerback out Ohio State like I said earlier they produce very good receivers as well as secondary players and then on and then Green Bay taking uh Danny stman linebacker out of Oklahoma don't know that much about him and then you got Detroit Lions uh uh Tor McMillan a wide receiver out of in Arizona very good player he's a physical receiver and uh he he's he's he's going to be a good player especially if he goes to Detroit and he gives gol another receiver to throw the ball to and then of course at number 28 Buffalo Abdul Carter outside linebacker uh yeah he'll be a good player for him he's pretty good player then pen State they have very good linebackers and defensive ends and I think it's was like two or three guys from uh Penn State went in the uh first two rounds of of this this year's draft so and then you got uh at 29 zberg another cornerback out of Ohio State you see what you get the picture Ohio state is really producing some good corners and safeties and then you got Philadelphia Eagles Ethan Burks defense in out of Texas he's a very good player very good pass rusher uh has a large frame probably be able to get uh get off blocks especially against most of the offensive tackles in the NFL and then of course at 31 you got the uh San Francisco 49 taking bar Alexander uh now just listen to that name will tell you how what kind of player he is he's a he's a run stopper two Gap penetrator maybe a three Gap guy and he'll be able to play right there uh at probably that uh nose tackle position or that D tackle position and then last but not least uh Kansas City Kenneth Grant another defensive tackle from Michigan he was another good defensive tackle played very well in the NCA a championship game so anyway that's just a little brief uh breakdown of the uh of the my my NFL segment and uh that's going to end this NFL segment the next segment uh uh show is going to be uh covering the the uh Tennessee Falls and then with the third uh show uh we're going to look at the Memphis Tigers football and cover a little bit of basketball and then uh and then we're going to look at uh a little bit about what's going on with the Tennessee State uh tigers in the uh uh down the road in the fourth in the fourth show so I'm going to be doing a series of shows here today so anything with with that with that said with that said
