encourage you to do that like if you haven't done that in a while and don't get me wrong I I you know I don't do it sometimes but I try my best every day and that brings me more joy in my life and so I encourage you to do that where wow let me just soak in all of the goodness that there is you know and yeah soak it up and darus Ruck is a beast yeah he is yeah I haven't heard a bad song by him no
