[Music] what's up everybody and welcome back to Fireside Giants I'm your host Anthony rivardo joined by my co-host Alex Wilson it's been a busy week for the New York Giants uh they had the cut day on Tuesday waiver wire claims yesterday they picked up Anthony Johnson Jr safety we reacted to that in yesterday's episode and then after the waiver wire claims Joe Shane and Brian dable had a little press conference spoke with the media gave some insight on their moves over the past few days and kind of their expectations for the upcoming season and Jo Shan got a little testy with the media he got a little defensive it was a little bit awkward and he gave some answers to some questions that we found a little eyebrow raising little eye opening just a little bit interesting so we're going to kind of react to some of these quotes from both dble from Joe Shane dble saying that Giants have enough guards and they're good to go with Evan Neil at right tackle not going to train him at guard well we definitely have some thoughts and opinions on that one and we have some thoughts and opinions on Joe Shane saying he's very good with the giant secondary likes what they have at CB2 uh we we'll definitely have some conversations about those quotes and our main takeaways from that press conference in this episode but before we dive into all that make sure to leave a like if you enjoyed this episode subscribe to the channel if you're new ring the bell so don't miss an episode and comment your thoughts Down Below in the comment section if you're listen to Apple or Spotify please make quote from Joe Shane or D you want to react to First and just go ahead and dive into it because again I think there is a lot to take away from what went down at yesterday's press conference yeah I mean if you watched it and I and I watched the same clip over and over and over again of Joe Shen being asked like you know what is the importance of winning games like you know obviously how do they feel about the roster that they've constructed and you know roster cuts and don't really get the sense that he was exuding confidence during that press conference in fact it seemed to me more like panic because he started to point in the direction of all John Mar is the top dog you know we obviously we're here to win um we're doing all this hard work like he started playing defense and that's not really what GMS do if you're doing a good job right you're not playing defense you're playing offense you're saying we added Brian Burns we got Malik neighbors were excited about these guys they're going to be absolute studs for us that's playing offense instead he said he started defending himself and Brian dble were here we were here all late last night doing roster Cuts you know we go to all the draft stuff we go to all the Senior Bowl stuff yeah like you're doing the requirements of your job good sir yeah like you're doing what you're supposed to be doing as a GM in the NFL going to these events staying late at night to figure out who's going to be on your roster yeah everyone's doing this you're not special for that type of stuff and I think making it a defensive thing where he's trying to defend his actions of doing his job at a basic level the stuff that you expect from every GM in a high position to do making millions of dollars I don't get the sense that that exuded confidence in any way now listen I think Joe shanus has done a lot of good things I think that you know from a salary cap perspective he's cleaned things up there and things look pretty good in the salary cap area um however the drafting has been very suspect just as suspect as anybody else I mean I think Dave Gman was an absolute horror show and he walked away with a couple of good if not great first round picks but he left us he left a mess in a lot of areas here the Giants have gotten minimal production out of their mid- round picks over the past few seasons we don't know what Jaylen Hyatt's going to be JMS has been not you know hasn't lived up to expectations just yet but I'm I'm going to give him plenty of time I'm not going to you know write a bust label on him just yet Evan Neil has trended in the wrong direction I blame coaching for that I blame the Giants for that because they did not make a coaching change when they recognized this was not going the direction they needed it to um danne Belton you know he's about to lose that job to a starter at the rookie position Dar Holmes um it has been here for a while now and he was just kind of like a plug-and play but was never really good um we don't know what Deontay Banks say again the guys over the last like year or two I'm going to give a lot of those first second round picks uh time to develop I'm not going to label busts on them just yet but evanal regression to levels unforeseen has been bewildering by most accounts um the mid- round picks have made little to no impact um the development of key position players have not has not been where we wanted it to be the offensive line is one injury away from being a complete disaster again you know if either Andrew Thomas or Jam lumor go down we're in deep trouble because we do not have the depth to compensate there um you know I mentioned a guy like Jack Driscoll and and listen I'm being pessimistic right now but I but I just want to get across the points of why I am concerned there's plenty of reason to be excited as well there's plenty of reason to be optimistic Malik neighbors is stepping into this league as a Bonafide wr1 Superstar I think that he has got that Talent Anthony you would agree with that most people would you see the you see it on the field you see his dog mentality that guy's going to be really good Tyler nuban seems to be a really exciting young safety with the ball Hawk qualities Deontay Banks is has enough tangible quality to be as good as any cornerback in football the speed the aggressive the agility he's got it all to be phenomenal not mention the confidence you know Dexter Lawrence Kon too Brian Burns that that defensive line is top five there's a lot of reason to believe this team is going to be better however um I don't want to just be better and I think you guys would probably say the same thing I don't want to just be better I want to be a quality football team that competes against good football teams right I don't want to beat the breaks off of bad teams I want to compete against the 49ers I want to compete against the Chiefs I want to compete against the Jets or the bills um or any of those really good teams in football I don't want to get embarrassed in prime time um you know and beat the crap out of the commanders and by the way Jaden DS and the commanders are no joke anymore they're going to be a good football team moving forward because they have a quarterback um and you know you guys know I'm a big fan of Jaden D I don't think they're going to be at pushover anymore it's not going to be free two wins for us um that's going to be competitive football there so you know this giant team has to get better because our division improved um teams are getting better teams got their quarterbacks this most recent draft class you know Anthony I've been kind of talking on the side about you know should the Giants have gone out and got a quarterback in this most recent draft maybe maybe not you know it's up to you to decide but it was really good Class Spencer Rattlers looked phenomenal um during preseason for the Saints so you know taking a shot in the fifth round on a player like that why not some people would argue um you know we end up Tyrone Tracy who I'm a big big fan of so I'm not like you know saying that's a bad move but um you know there is there is reason to believe that maybe you do take a quarterback every draft and see if you can hit on one you know people teams do do that and they end up um finding their Solutions sometimes in the mid rounds so you know not to say that the giants made a mistake there but just an alternative uh you know kind of narrative of thinking um but Anthony looking at this at this roster and the way that Joe Shane acted yesterday it wasn't and I think Conor Hughes said it best this didn't feel like a preseason prior to week one press conference this felt like a midseason panic button press conference that's how it sounded from Joe Shane um and not to mention what he said about the cornerback two position he said they think they're in a good spot there that's just a late and lie in my opinion Nick McLoud we don't know what he is you know uh Cordell flat has basically no experience on the boundary and he looked horrible when he was being cooked by Malik neighbors all uh preseason before he got a quad injury he didn't make any appearances in preseason what was supposed to be a position battle is now being handed to Nick McLoud without any competition at all right that is not a good situation if you're if you're the Giants like yes I hope the best I hope that he arrives to the occasion and I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt but I have no reason to believe that he's going to like be a tremendous CB2 this team needs more talent in the secondary I think we can all agree on that um you know Anthony how do you feel about his Vibe during this press conference and also what he had to say about the secondary being that they feel good about I think they could have gotone in a different direction there in the way that they describe that position um because if they do add somebody else now and they said they feel good about their their options we just know they were lying and the players know it too so you know I kind of feel as though he could have been a little bit more standoffish a little bit more vague with the with with the answer there the vibe is a little off it's a little weird and I don't want to overreact or act overly concerned about it but it was strange to see Joe Shane get so defensive with Dan dougen of the athletic when he asked him that question you know basically just sending him back to John Maris saying you asked him so go ask him again that's pretty much the vibe that Joe Shane gave I thought it was strange and it didn't sound like a a GM who's 100% confident in his roster going into the regular season uh that's just my takeaway from it and many of you might disagree that's fine don't kill me for this I'm just saying how it felt to me my immediate reaction to Joe Shane's reaction was that there was a lack of confidence in his answer that's just how I feel and when he mentioned CB2 as as you just discussed Alex he now puts the team in a compromising position because by saying that he feels good with what they have at CB2 there's an implication that those players are going to play well well if they don't play well then what happens did he just lie is he going to have to go out there in the free agency and sign somebody well that ruffle feathers with the players in the locker room after he gave a public vote of confidence what's going to happen there I don't know and so I do kind of agree with you in a sense Alex where maybe that response could have been a little bit more vague and maybe he could have said well the roster is still fluid like that's probably how I would have played it I would have been like well you know cornerback we're still looking and finalizing our roster the roster is never final we're going to maintain fluidity at that position and we like some of the guys that we have there but it's nothing's going to stop us from continuing to find the best 53 men he could have said something like that instead he just gave the full vote of confidence to McLoud and Cordell flat and here's my thing and this is my biggest problem that I had with the New York Giants this off seon Alex when they initially mentioned that Cordell flat was going to be the projected starter at CB2 you remember my reaction I had like zero confidence in that I I have not been a big Cordell flat guy I've not been a huge fan of his I mean again long-term viewers of the channel Alex if you remember when the giants made that draft pick for Cordell flat I wasn't even crazy about it I thought that he was under size and he might have some iny problems and just wasn't necessarily the best player so I've never been a huge Cordell flat fan I liked Cordell flat out of the slot I liked when that became a trend and a fun talking point for us Giants fans because he started to flash his potential as a nickel quarterback and that was exciting and I saw the potential there but then they moved him to the outside this off season and it didn't make a ton of sense to me and they didn't bring in a whole lot of competition for him it was him versus Nick McLoud and Trey Hawkins and at this stage Cordell flat mind you did not play in a single preseason game he didn't even get better this summer he barely played so how can can you feel confident going into the season with Cordell flat as your starting outside cornerback you can't I can't I I I have zero confidence in Cordell fly I think that he's been often banged up he has zero starting experience on the outside and he didn't even play this summer so how can you feel good about what you have at quarterback if you're a Joe Shane you can't it's just a blatant lie and I get it that's what GMS do they lie to the media they have to do that but in this case I don't know maybe he could have found something else to say and with Nick McLoud easy dude it's easy I said the roster is fluid theer is fluid all he has to say it's so simple cie cookie cutter response it's just we're always looking to improve our roster every position we're always looking to improve every position that's all he has to say not say we feel good about it because when he brings in a new free agent to compete at CB2 not only do we know he lied but the players know he lied what good does that do and that's when he's going to use that cookie cutter response after he brings in the guy he's going to be reactive rather than proactive yep he signs the guy then he's going to say well we're always looking to improve the roster so we did feel good but now we feel better so it it's just you know I don't know I'm not crazy about it again like I said flat being projected as the starter dble giving him that vote of confidence so early in the offseason it never made sense to me I never got behind it I that's why I kept pushing so hard for Nick McLoud saying keep an eye on him I hope that he competes and wins the job but he also was banged up this summer Trey Hawkins was the only one that was consistently available and played well but we know what happened last summer Trey Hawkins looked excellent then he got to the regular season and he couldn't hang so is that going to happen again I don't know and we're at the point now where we're less than two weeks away from the start of the regular season we're like barely over a week away the Giants got to figure out this CB2 spot I I'm not feeling great about what they have right there I do have the utmost confidence in Deontay Banks but there's also a concern in the back of my mind where he's going to be as good as the players around him and if he's got really bad uh performance from CB2 opposite him how well can Deontay Banks be so I don't know there's a whole lot to say I think I've unpacked a lot of my thoughts and feelings on the CB2 spot Alex I don't know if you have anything more to add but just generally speaking I know Joe Shane has to lie to the media I know that's what he's going to do all the time that's what good GMS do they don't really tip their hand and and show their cards to the table I get all of that stuff but I don't feel good about the CB2 position and saying that he does did not make me feel reassured in any way no especially because it came off of one of the most like panicked responses and that's not the joeing that we've seen though you know what I mean like you could tell this was a different version of Joe Shane maybe he's tired maybe he was overwhelming trying to figure out who's going to be on this roster maybe they missed out on some of the waiver claims they actually put in even though they said they only went after Anthony Johnson I can't imagine that's true right like knowing how the lack of depth across this roster they didn't put in any other claims you know what I mean like that that seems hard to believe but you know I I I digress I have no idea it's possible that he is telling the truth there um but in any case you know when it come you mentioned how they called Cordell flat the starter there you know a good way to kind of round about this is to say the fact that they they they said that Cordell flat is the starter and now Nick mlau without any competition is the starter should tell you everything to you need to know about how little confidence they probably have in that unit because Cordell flat was an untested like barely ever started injury-prone at this point in his career cornerback that they thought was CB2 over Nick McLoud and now their de facto solution is Nick McLoud who they thought was the cb3 the backup um um they need help Trey hearnen gone darn Holmes gone Trey Hawkins haven't heard a word about him recently so you know they're not even considering him as a as a potential option there seemingly because they we haven't heard any good things or any even rumors about that so there're in my opinion we're going to get another move here within the next couple days if not the next 24 hours I think the Giants are going to be going out and going to be bringing in a quarterback I don't know who that's going to be we talked about CJ henders we talked about Desmond King they could go out and try to make a trade um who knows like there's a there's a million different Poss possibilities for Joe Shane to go out and get this roster fixed and solved but there are weaknesses that they cannot overcome a great pass rush is great but great quarterbacks will beat this pass rush with good schematics guys look like Brian Burns C on Tibido Dex Lawrence phenomenal players they may get to the quarterback in two seconds but Patrick Mahomes is getting rid of that ball in one you know Josh Allen is getting rid of that ball in one good quarterbacks are going to beat this pass because they're going to know okay all we have to do is get the ball out quick they cannot cover they can't cover Nick McLoud is not going to be able to cover a slant from Tyreek Hill guys he's not going to be able to cover a slant from cidd lamb you know deand Banks is struggling to do those things you think you know c c Nick McLoud is going to be able to do it like that's that's where I I hit a wall and saying look this team is very much in a rebuild and and I think that we should we have to acknowledge that like this team a lot of people like we want to win football games that is the goal yes but this team looks like a rebuilding team in a lot of ways a lot of Youth massive youth movement going across the board you look at Malik neighbors wandale hayatt you know you look at JMS um you look at Tyler nubin you look at Andrew Phillips you look at Deontay Banks look at Kavon Tibido you look at Elijah Chapman who's A udfa from this year um young young players across the board that is what a rebuilding of a foundation looks like and you have a core key pieces like Dexter like Burns you know like Andrew Thomas that are on Mike Bobo car long-term contracts um that are solidified pieces like those are your core pieces and then you have the the youth movement um which is the resetting of a long uh Journey Down Dave Gman Lane U which I don't want to revisit so you know that's kind of where this team is and Joe Shane being asked about winning football games it concerned me his attitude because it didn't sound like he was very confident in himself in the decisions they've made um and that's my biggest concern I don't know if this team is going to be good or bad they could be they could absolutely surprise us surprise me be a good football team and I'll be really really happy but but the way that Joe Shane spoke in that press conference yes I don't want to blow it out of proportion but it didn't sound like someone who was very confident about winning football games this year and that's really the that's the key that's the key thing right that's the that's the that's the whole reason he has that job um and I don't want to hear the defensive measures from him I want to hear confidence exuded from our general manager we have great players we have great pieces we are going to get them the football we're going to put them in spot to succeed and that is how we're going to win football games not we stay up all night working because that is our job yeah we know that's your job it's the prerequisite for me a general manager for the NFL football team doing those things I don't want to hear about your job requirements I want to hear why these moves that you made are going to be successful for us right I think that's a reasonable perspective Too Am I Wrong no you're not wrong I just like seeing you with these ruffled feathers and getting a little passionate about this and honestly guys I know that fans are going to jump on us in the comments and they're going to be like a Joe Shane blah blah blah listen we like Joe Shane we've been very clear how much we support Joe Shane and we've supported a lot of the decision that he's made we really like what he's done to maneuver the salary cap bace to give this team flexibility and get them out of a cap hell that they were in 3 years ago remember when the Leonard Williams contract was going down and the Giants just didn't have cap space and they had to sacrifice a bunch of talent they don't have to do stuff like that anymore like they have a very healthy cat situation we like Joe Shane we support Joe Shane but the way that he reacted to that question yesterday just didn't exude confidence and we are looking for a reason to be confident in this team a team that severely underperformed last season a team that made some questionable decisions in free agency and in the draft this off season failed to upgrade some of their biggest weaknesses a team that had bad coaching last year there are many reasons to be concerned about this team we are looking for a reason for confidence from Joe Shane from Brian dable we didn't get it and Alex we've barely even touched on this evanal situation in this episode we could go on for another 4 minutes talking about that one that might have to be a whole another episode maybe we record later today depending on how much time you have so I I think that with Evan Neil that whole topic of conversation that's one that just keeps getting worse and worse every single day it is Eric flowers 2.0 I'm going to let you dive into that cuz I know you do have some strong feelings on that so Eric flowers 2.0 let me hear your take I I'll play Devil's Advocate and also give my objective kind of perspective of this so Brian Nable said specifically they're not cross trainining Evan Neil at offensive guard because he's just coming back from injury hasn't had that many practice under his belt and they want him to get re acclimated to being an offensive tackle the problem with that entire perspective is that Evan Neil's weaknesses do not lend the the idea that he's going to ever be a good offensive tackle he is slow to react his athleticism has dropped he can't get out uh to to stop speed rushers and and and guys that have better Bend it's the same exact problems we've seen for two straight years right it just it's it's we've passed the the point of no return in my opinion you know these problems are not just going to go away car braillo is not going to make his reaction time better he's a slow processor right we talk about um you know uh Daniel Jones sometimes having a slow process to see his progressions Evan Neil is slow to progress through you know react he's slow to react to moves from opposing pass rushers right he's extremely slow you watch it on tape his hands are slow he's out of he's he has no balance but this is not the first time we've seen this right he showed that in the preseason we've seen it for two straight years we have a large sample size that suggests the same problems are happening over and over again the one the best way to eliminate those problems is to change his position to an interior spot where he doesn't have to react to God with speed off around the edge he just has to anchor down um and use his use his Mobility interior um I think that's his natural position long term I think the Giants are going to be behind the behind the ball at ball once again and they're going to end up changing his position and they're going to have a whole year where they look back and say we could have been preparing him for a year to be the be this guy and now we and now we lost all that time and now he's one year closer to being a free agent cuz the Giants aren't picking up his fifth year option unless he takes a dramatic turnaround which is very unlikely at this point in time time um he has two more years to get it right and this year he's not even starting unless unless he gets someone gets hurt and he has to play um right now this team has very little offensive tackle depth Evan Neil being our primary backup at right tackle is not only concerning it's a recipe for disaster you know what I mean like we've seen the what happens when he plays he played 20 snaps against uh the Jets and he gave up a sack against third stringers right if you play 60 snaps against denil hunter or uh Demarcus Lawrence or Michael Parsons he's given up four or five sacks guys you know this is not a player that's going to turn things around overnight he has to get better in practice first and foremost but I don't understand why they're moving Germain luminor all around the freaking team they're moving John runny to both sides they're moving schauerman over here they're doing this guy there they're moving all these guys all around but when it comes to Evan Neil they refuse to get a little bit more flexible with him you know what I mean they refuse to be a little bit more versatile in how they train Evan Neil they have specific players that they are just so dead set on changing their their their you know their role in in this team at times and it's really concerning to me um how they just get locked in and they refuse to change you know like it's it's and look I could be wrong 100% And if that happens I'll let you know that I was wrong I have no problem saying I was wrong but I think a lot of people at this point in time want to see anything from Evan Neil any sort of value and jera lumor to me is our starting right tackle this year and he's our starting right tackle next year so why is Evan Neil being slotted in as this guy who needs to be a right tackle you know when when everything that we've seen on two years worth of tape suggests that he is not a good solution there a and it's even more confusing to me because it's not like this guy stepped into the NFL as a right tackle he stepped in as a left tackle who also played left guard and right tackle in the past so it doesn't even make sense that they're so insistent on keeping him a right tackle it's not like he has some sort of extreme comfortability in that position in fact he's had a discomfort in that position for the entirety of his NFL career he has talked about that at length how making the adjustment to the right side was not easy for him how he needed more than one season to get it down well he's had two full years now and now he's going into year three and he's been banged up maybe that has to do with the fact that he's playing on the outside at right tackle so I don't get it I don't get the insistence on keeping him at right tackle he's not a career natural right tackle that's not even what he played for the majority of his time in college he played more time on the left side than on the right side it's clearly where he's more comfortable you can move him to left guard and see how that goes you can move him inside the Right Guard SC because there's just no reason not to at least try to me like what is the downside to training him at guard and seeing if he's better there the worst Cas scenario slaughterman just got place in the I yeah Jacob Johnson up to the 53 which is good and it just again it continues to highlight why not just see if Evan Neil can try like this is the thing Alex and this is the point that I'm at with it worst case scenario he's also bad at guard but he's already bad at tackle so what difference does it make the worst case scenario is not even that bad here best case scenario your former top 10 pick turns into a decent player boom like that's mind-blowing that your former top 10 pick who's been awful can finally be a good and you don't know maybe that doesn't become the reality maybe that's not the result but the result the bad result is not much worse than what you're getting right now it's it's not it's not and look at this point in time the Giants are going to be way behind um like the apall I said earlier when it comes to evil if he does not get significantly better we're going to be sitting here wondering why we wasted a whole season of him getting acclimated to guard because it takes months if not a whole year to change positions like that right we're going to be so he's going to be so far behind trying to adjust to a different position in his fourth year right his fourth year where the Giants are not picking up his fifth year option and he's not ever going to get to the point where he could be competent I I just I just do not understand their strategy here um they've completely nuked the value of this of this player who one point was one of the best offensive tackle prospects if not offensive line prospects um coming out of the draft two years ago his I mean aside from Bobby Johnson what they what he did to that poor man Evan Neil and his fundamentals that entire offensive line as a as a unit I mean we're talking about coaching that malpractice couldn't even sniff like this what he's done to this team this the chemistry the Synergy here the injuries the incompetence Carman basillo is putting together a a freaking puzzle that's a that's a thousand pieces thick you know what I mean it's this is not an easy fix this is car brazilla working miracles to try and put together a combatant unit right now I think they're going to be better don't get me wrong but we don't have the depth to survive injuries to some key players here um not many teams do for that matter but good teams have depth the Eagles have enough depth they can they can supplement they can survive um but the Giants just didn't take any offensive linemen in the draft um despite the fact they just cut Marcus MCA a draft pick from two years ago Josh is zudo is nowhere to be found schotman is not the I um Evan Neil's ankle got banged up in less than a full game he was already out with another ankle injury if he plays he's going to get hurt again you know what I mean like it's it's just it's just I feel like it's taking time bomb and I hate to be this pessimistic I hate to be this negative I know I I talk to people all the time like I'm just trying to be realistic not pessimistic but this is how I feel you know we've been recording about this Giants team for five years almost six years now and they have given us one season where we knock into the playoffs and managed to get a win but it was an anomaly in a much larger sample of really bad football really bad turnover really bad coaching really bad General managing and I need something to be helpful about I'm super excited about um super excited about me League neighbors super excited about some key players Dex Lawrence this defensive line super excited I just need to see more from other spots you know I need to see better strategy better you know coaching in certain areas the the whole Baca with Evan Neil is just it just it's like a snowball it's just getting worse and getting worse and getting worse and it feels like there's no positive momentum here at all um they got to they got to change turn the chapter at some point you know get him cross training other spots and you know maybe I'm wrong I I I might be wrong but you know at this point in time it feels like it feels like the worst is already passed like why not test it out why not see what he can do elsewhere but U maybe they will end up doing that sooner rather than later we'll see but Anthony um yeah not not our not our most positive episode that's for for sure but Joe Shane kind of did that to us um with what he said his vibe that did not give me much confidence in they feel what they feel about this roster um so you know I'm going to hope for the best you know we're Giants fans at the end of the day all we want is to win football games and we want our general manager to act like that too because that really is what gives us hope and and and and optimism so um you know that that's kind of where I'll leave it is I want Joe Shane to be confident so that we can exude that too we can back him up we can support him but the way he spoke didn't give me much reason to do that no and I'm with you and I just kind of want to you know repeat some of those points like we are concerned about this team uh we're yeah this was a bit more of a pessimistic episode but we're still going to hope for the best like I want to be wrong about this Giants team when I am pessimistic like when I say I don't believe in a certain player turning it around or I don't think Daniel Jones is going to go for 30 touchdowns this year that means that I hope Daniel Jones goes for 50 touchdowns this year I want to be wrong like I want this team to exceed all expectations and hoist a fifth Lombardi Trophy this year I just don't have a lot of confidence and the way that I feel after that post after that press conference I don't feel like Joe Shane necessarily has the amount of confidence that I would desire and he didn't really Express that confidence and exude that uh towards me in that press conference so I don't know just reasons for concern the regular season it's right around the corner the Giants still have big question marks what's the future of Evan Neil going to look like what's the quarterback two position going to look like on opening day there's just a lot of questions and we don't necessarily have all the answers but again there's about what is it 9 days or so until we get those answers I don't know I'm just can't do math but soon enough we're going to get those answers on the football field versus the Minnesota Vikings 1 pm. on Sunday September 8th and I I just can't wait for it I'm very excited and uh number one thing Alex we didn't even touch on this Malik neighbors wearing number one um I can't wait to watch number one Ballout week one versus the Minnesota Vikings it's going to be a lot of fun shout out to neighbors and his new jersey number should be a good time but I think that pretty much wraps it up again sorry for being a little bit more pessimistic in this episode but again it's just because we love this team and we are hoping for the best and we hope that they prove us wrong so that's pretty much my last take on this whole situation uh let us know your takes down below in the comment section make sure to leave a like if you enjoyed
