IT'S 9:00. 19 YEAR OLD EDUARDO GONZALEZ FACES FIVE CHARGES OF INTOXICATION MANSLAUGHTER. POLICE SAY HE WAS SPEEDING IN HIS CAMARO WHEN HE SMASHED INTO THE CAR CARRYING THOSE FIVE PEOPLE. THAT CAR BURST INTO FLAMES. FOX FOUR'S PEYTON YEAGER SPOKE WITH A WITNESS. SHE'S IN FORT WORTH WITH MORE. PEYTON STEVE. AND THIS EVENING AT 9 P.M. WE'RE STILL WAITING FOR THE NAMES OF THE FIVE VICTIMS. THE TARRANT COUNTY MEDICAL EXAMINER WILL BE THE ONE TO RELEASE THEIR IDENTITIES ONCE OTHER FAMILY IS NOTIFIED. MEANWHILE, EARLY THIS MORNING, OTHER DRIVERS WITNESSED ON 35 W THIS SEDAN ON FIRE. THEY TELL ME THAT DEBRIS WAS FLYING AND THE FLAMES JUST KEPT GETTING TALLER. THAT'S WHAT IT FELT LIKE. AND LOOKED LIKE. LIKE JUST A BIG BALL OF FIRE. EARLY MONDAY MORNING, KENDALL DANZY WAS TAKING HER NORMAL EXIT OFF 35 W AT SEMINARY DRIVE IN FORT WORTH WHEN SHE SAW A VEHICLE ENGULFED IN FLAMES. AS SOON AS I PULLED UP RIGHT BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO GET ON THE FREEWAY, THE AMBULANCE, THE FIRE TRUCKS AND THE POLICE WERE ALL PULLING UP BEHIND ME AND I WAS JUST LIKE, THANK GOD. HOWEVER, FIRST RESPONDERS MADE A HORRIFIC DISCOVERY. FIVE PEOPLE WERE KILLED IN THE FIERY CRASH THREE ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN. POLICE DID NOT SAY HOW THOSE FIVE PEOPLE MAY BE RELATED. 19 YEAR OLD EDUARDO GONZALEZ NOW FACES FIVE COUNTS OF INTOXICATION MANSLAUGHTER. JUST BEFORE 1 A.M. ON MONDAY, FORT WORTH POLICE SAY GONZALEZ WAS DRUNK AND SPEEDING IN HIS BLACK CAMARO WHEN HE SLAMMED INTO THE BACK OF THE SEDAN. GONZALEZ'S INJURIES WERE NOT LIFE THREATENING. HE WAS TREATED AT A HOSPITAL AND BROUGHT TO JAIL. POLICE SEARCHED HIS CAMARO, ALCOHOL ITEMS IN THE CAR. YOU KNOW, EMPTY CANS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. PLUS THE ODOR, THE SMELL, SPEECH OF THE DRIVER THAT, YOU KNOW, INDICATES THAT AN IMPAIRMENT WAS PRESENT. HIS BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVEL WILL BE DETERMINED ONCE WE HAVE RESULTS FROM THE LAB. AND ALL YOU HEAR IS JUST BOOM. LIKE JARVIS HUNTER DESCRIBED TO FOX FOUR, THE TERRIFYING SECONDS LEADING UP TO THE IMPACT WITH THE CAMARO'S HEADLIGHTS IN HIS REAR VIEW MIRROR AND ALL. YOU GET TO SEE THE LIGHTS JUST GETTING IN ON YOU. THEY'RE JUST GETTING CLOSER AND CLOSER. I'M LIKE, OH MY GOSH, LIKE, THIS IS ABOUT TO GO DOWN RIGHT NOW. THIS IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN. WHILE DANZY WITNESSED THE AFTERMATH AS OTHER DRIVERS RAN TO THE BURNING SEDAN, ONLY TO LEARN NONE OF THE FIVE INSIDE IT SURVIVED. THEY WERE HOPPING OVER LIKE NOT CARING THAT THE CAR WAS ON FIRE. THEY HOPPING OVER LIKE JUST TRYING TO SEE IF SOMEBODY WAS INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. BUT IT WAS IT WAS A LOT OF IT WAS A LOT OF PEOPLE STOPPING TRYING TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON, TRYING TO HELP, EVEN THOUGH HELP REALLY COULDN'T BE GIVEN BY US. IT USUALLY TAKES A DAY OR TWO, 24 TO 48 HOURS FOR THOSE BLOOD TEST RESULTS TO COME BACK. MEANWHILE, GONZALEZ REMAINS IN THE TARRANT COUNTY JAIL. IT'S STILL UNCLEAR BY INVESTIGATORS
