for whatever reason the Chicago Cubs keep trotting out Kyle Hendrick they keep putting this man on the mound and he went out there and did exactly what he been doing all season he sucked for Christian they just aren't closing them out and getting the sweeps except yesterday they they they refused to give up they refused to give up they were down 10 to three in the bottom of the seventh and then it just went crazy not the bottom of the seventh in the seventh inning they on the road then they just went crazy they had another double digit game defeating the Pittsburgh Pirates 14- 10 in I mean bro I thought this game was over I thought it was over Cal Hendricks only went one and two3 innings gave up eight hits six earned runs three walks and two strikeouts probably a couple let me see how many home runs did this man give up to because he he's just been trash he gave up a homer this dude was sucky he just sucked but the rest of the Cubs man they they took care of business they actually got on the board early had a three run 3-1 lead early and then they gave up I think five runs in the second inning and they just kept giving up runs throughout the rest of the uh to like the fifth inning the Pittsburgh Pirates was happy the fans were happy they up 10 to three in the sixth inning they get out of a jam um the the young rookie that's killing everybody he he ended up uh you know I know he thought he had this game one what's his name uh Sheen let me see here quick CU he's he's a he's a dog he was in his pitch five hits two run runs walk six strikeouts but these guys they their Bullpen is awful bro they just came in and gave up run after run only one of person from their Bullpen didn't give up any runs but this is not about them this is about the Chicago Cubs who just keep fighting Christian bethan Court oh my God the the like the catching position from the Chicago Cubs over the last couple of weeks bro between him and Amaya Christian bethor with three for five with three runs scored a home run and seven RBIs are you kidding me are you kidding me the Cubs are on a three game winning streak and they're placing themselves squarely into this wild card situation squarely into it and I'm not the one to try to you know hold on to hope in these situations is tough because baseball is a long season but these guys are are fighting which we can't say about the team on the south side was minus 282 and run differential on another six game losing streak 31 and 103 but I digress the Chicago Cubs are still five games five and a half games out because the Atlanta Braves have decided to go on a three- game uh winning streak but these guys are not quitting they're not quitting and that's all you can ask for from your team is to go out there and put your best foot forward you got the whole month of September to try to catch the Braves and then the Mets even the Padre's uh the Padre's are six and four in their last 10 hopefully they going on a losing streak one of these guys hopefully Arizona goes on a losing streak but and hopefully the bravs going on a losing streak all these guys in front of the Cubs Go on some losing streaks real quick but the real thing is the Cubs have to stay on a winning streak they got to stay on the winning streak they got to get to the point where they win 10 11 games in a row to make this way more interesting than it is because it's interesting for us uh in Chicago to to watch this this team do things they've been doing I mean just the last few games alone they keep putting up double digits um which is a beautiful thing uh even the game they scored nine runs was was fun to watch but yesterday was I mean Cal Hendrick just went out there and was a straight up stink show and these guys still came up with a win oh my goodness I can't believe it man I can't believe it um the Cubs look they must watch baseball for Chicago fans at least at the moment uh because they're not they're not quitters they're not quitters man and if nothing else it gives you hope for next season it gives you hope from for next season apparently a Taylor Swift candle is the is playing a role in the CU winning streak let's see what that's about um but yeah man the Chicago Cubs they're just listen I'm I'm happy to see what they're doing uh but apparently Craig Council received a scented candle as a gift a couple of weeks ago and uh it's a candle that's apparently called this candle smells like Taylor Swift and he's been lighten it in the in in the in um in in the clubhouse and you know how you know how things go uh in basball you know if it's working you going to let it keep working until it ain't working no more and the Cubs have been winning ever since they've been lighting that candle they've scored 73 runs and this the in the last seven games 73 runs that's crazy the next closest team has scored 42 bananas bananas and the Cubs have been the first team to come back from seven more or more runs and entering the seventh inning uh since 2018 the first team this season Jesus bro Jesus so whatever it takes keep burning those Taylor Swift candles uh to keep getting these wins and these runs man 73 runs in a week is bananas it's bananas man woo I mean you know I was at work when the game happened so I wasn't able to jump on here but this is just impressive it's impressive and they're doing all this on the road they're doing all this on the road Ro so I'm excited to see if they can keep it going against the lowly Washington Nationals the Cubs don't play them until U on Friday but they got a Friday Saturday Sunday with them and then Pittsburgh comes to town they gotta fight face skin again but there's no reason Craig Council please stop Tron Cal Hendricks out there who mentioned that he wants to come back to the Cubs next season and it's not about the money you damn right it's not about the money cuz nobody's going to want you fam you suck right now G like there's no reason for the cut shut him down for the
