AND 80 DEGREES UP IN HOPKINSVILLE. THIS GOT THE RIGHT IDEA. EARLY MORNING OUT ON THE SPLASH PAD. KEEPING COOL. CAN YOU BLAME THEM? THAT'S A WARM START TO WHAT'S GOING TO BE A HOT AND HUMID DAY. LOOKS LIKE A LOT OF FUN THERE UP IN CHRISTIAN COUNTY ON THAT SPLASH PAD. THERE ARE SOME SHOWERS JUST NORTH OF YOU, HOPKINSVILLE AND THROUGHOUT PARTS OF KENTUCKY. THIS IS ALONG A COLD FRONT THAT IT WILL MOVE THROUGH TODAY. AND YES, IT WILL BRING SCATTERED SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM CHANCES TO THE AREA. COULD WE SEE A STRONGER STORM WITH A GREATER THREATS NORTHEAST OF US. BUT WE'VE GOT A ONE OUT OF 5 CHANCE OF A TYPICAL SUMMER STORM WITH SOME GUSTY WINDS AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. THIS IS NOT A WIDESPREAD EVENT BY ANY MEANS, BUT IT'S MORE OF UP. YEAH. ONCE THESE STORMS FIRE, YOU COULD GET A STRONG ONE THAT EVERYONE SEES THE ACTION TODAY. HERE'S EXACT TRACK.
