AND THAT'S BECAUSE FRANCINE IS NOT A SLOW POKE RIGHT NOW. IT WILL BE A SLOW POKE ONCE IT GETS TO MEMPHIS. NOW, AS FAR AS WHEN RAIN STARTS FOR US. THERE MAY BE A COUPLE EARLY RAINDROPS, MID-MORNING, BUT THE BEST CHANCE REALLY DOESN'T RAMP UP UNTIL AFTER LUNCHTIME. THIS IS 09:00AM TO 09:00PM. AND YOU SEE HOW WE REALLY KIND OF INCREASE TOWARDS THAT EVENING COMMUTE. >> AND THEN STAY AT LEAST AT 50% OR ABOVE AS WE HEAD INTO THE EVENING HOURS. REMINDER WITH TROPICAL SYSTEMS. BUT IT'S POSSIBLE IT'S POSSIBLE DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS TOMORROW NIGHT. SO THAT MEANS WE NEED OUR WAKE ME UP TOOLS. HERE'S A LOOK AT FRANCINE CATEGORY 2 MAKING LANDFALL RIGHT NOW. SPEAKING OF TORNADOES, YOU SEE THIS RED BOX RIGHT HERE. THIS SORT OF POLYGON THAT IS A TORNADO WATCH FOR NEW ORLEANS FOR SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF LOUISIANA AND MISSISSIPPI. ITS NOT UNCOMMON, LIKE I SAID BEFORE. TROPICAL SYSTEMS, WE THINK OF THEM AS RAIN MAKERS TO CREATE TORNADOES, NOT EXPECTED TO BE LONG-LASTING, NOT EXPECTING TO LAST ALL NIGHT LONG, BUT IT IS A POSSIBILITY. WE WANT YOU TO BE READY FOR IT. LOT UNPACK HERE. THIS IS ITS TRACK. IT GOES UP THROUGH MISSISSIPPI AND THEN BY MIDNIGHT TOMORROW NIGHT, IT'S NEAR MEMPHIS. AND THEN IT JUST MEANDERS AS IT MEANDERS TOWARDS THE BOOT HEEL OF MISSOURI THROUGHOUT THE DAY THURSDAY, THROUGHOUT THE DAY FRIDAY, IT WILL BEGIN TO KIND OF OPEN UP AND LOSE ITS TROPICAL CHARACTERISTICS. IT WILL FALL APART. IT WILL DETERIORATE. IT'S JUST GOING TO TAKE ITS SWEET TIME TO DO THAT. THAT MEANS OUR IMPACTS WILL BE MORE PROLONGED. MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF RAIN STARTING AT LUNCHTIME TOMORROW, CONTINUING THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS TOMORROW, CONTINUING THROUGH THE DAYBREAK HOURS OF FRIDAY THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS OF FRIDAY, CONTINUING THROUGH SATURDAY. THIS IS GOING TO EXPECT HACKLER AMOUNT OF GOOD FOR OUR DROUGHT, BUT IT MAY COME AT THE COST OF WRECKING SOME OUTDOOR PLANS.
