The Final Fake Out - The Bachelorette FINALE Preview Breakdown (Jenn's Season)

this is it the finale of The Bachelorette 3 hours two men one of them still isn't in love with her but hey he's trying so what can we expect from this final episode who is Jen going to pick and are there any clues as to what this never before happened moment is well for the last time this season let's take a look at this preview and see what we can sleuth out and as per usual please no posting any outright spoilers unless you can back it up with sleo thing and a link to the full preview is in the description I'm feeling so lucky and excited I truly am in love with Marcus and Devon I never thought that I could love one person of two so I have a really big decision to make okay is it me or is the decision pretty obvious I mean one dude was crying at the bar with Jessie Palmer over whether or not you want to have kids with him and the other put more effort into slamming golf balls with than he has into this relationship but Jen really seems to want Marcus to get there so it's up to her to either be okay with picking a man who's not ready or realize that and run to the man who is hi you hello hello T is constantly someone who lifts me up no matter what you are the most important thing in my life I love the thought of forever with you okay so this is Devon's Last Chance date the final date of the season and it's almost always framed like this with some sort of outing followed by a casual but intimate sitdown on a couch or something in one of their hotel rooms and it's the last chance to get anything off their chest before the final row ceremony now before we go ahead one thing I'll say is we see Devon's date here but we don't get to see Marcus's during this preview doesn't mean it won't happen but it's an interesting thing to note as we go forward with Marcus he gives me safety gives me comfortability Jen has made me realize that I'm well on my way to find true love I am so excited about each of these men yep Marcus has upgraded from falling in love to on his way to finding true love so he should be ready for an engagement any month now and here he's on the other date we see every finale the meet the family date now as we continue on if you've watched this show for a while you'll remember that these dates often take place on different days so the lead in the family would often wait different outfits at each meeting with the final two recently however they started filming all of this on the same day so everyone's in the same outfit and I'm saying this because they do a bit of tricky editing here where we don't see Marcus in any wide shots with the other family members except for one moment but with Devin we do and it's a very specific one I'll tell you why that could potentially throw us off in the next section you know I'm the protected brother I want what's best for her AB absolutely you know I would really love to have your blessing to to propose to her um definitely not going to give the blessing that scares me okay so Jen's brother is getting tough on Devon at least if this preview is to be believed but the big potential fake out we might run into is assuming that because we see Devon and Jen's brother in a wide shot together here that means that Devon is the person Jen's brother is talking about in this moment we've been discussing for a while now from the midseason preview I know your history with people who are emotionally unavailable like you put in so much but he's given so little but like I said and it's something I noticed in Joey season this date is all now filmed on the same day so this will likely be the outfit Jen's brother is wearing with Marcus 2 not to mention the idea that Devon is the emotionally unavailable one and Marcus is not at this point is laughable but this is all just a reminder that we can't be too hasty in these previews when we see new information and I'll also have more evidence of this Same Day filming stuff in a bit so let's keep going that scares me that they may not see it with Jen and I talking to my mom I am worried okay so here Jen is talking with her mom who she's brought up a lot this season and she's asking if Mom quote likes him now we know both men go on these dates so this could be about either guy but I'm curious if she's specifically talking about Marcus here hopeful that mom might say something to lift up the relationship that's at the moment on the brink of sinking and I wonder if Mom and her brother on this day just add more doubts and reservations when it comes to Marcus saying stuff like they need more time to understand each other however we've also heard Jen Express that her mom might think this no matter what considering how fast this process is and we do have this moment from the night one season preview it's the right [Music] choice I mean of course they'll probably be talking about both Devon and Marcus in this conversation so it's hard to pin this all down but I really think that either way Jen is going to come out of this meet the family day with second thoughts about whether or not Marcus is the one especially if the conversation goes as the preview teases up next are you really fall in love with Chen yet or not I want to get there for her so you not ready for engage I didn't think that that conversation was going to go the way that it went okay so Marcus still isn't saying he's ready for an engagement and that's going to be concerning for Jen's family but the main thing I want to point out is this wide shot here we can note Jen's family's outfits to pair them with this shot from the preview shown on Monday night's episode here here we can see Jen's brother's outfit which proves that this was all filmed on the same day and therefore the emotionally unavailable man comment from Jen's brother could be said to either guy and I mean The Narrative of the Season pretty much confirms that he's likely talking about Marcus anyway but it's also nice to have solid proof that it's not automatically Devon based on seeing them together in this shot earlier but Jen's brother has more to say coming up your history with people who are emotionally unavailable how how long are you willing to wait my brother's right I don't want to repeat history I mean I know I keep saying this but how on Earth could he be talking about Devon here the guy's been throwing his emotions all over Hawaii while every time she's with Marcus she asks if he loves her that day and he's like nah but we'll get there one day as scared as I am this week has been a lot of doubts and back and forth in my head the certainty in our relationship is just dwindling down just tired a bit I don't want to feel this way yeah this is a fake out I'd wager what Jen is saying at the end of this segment here is actually about Marcus the certainty in our relationship is dwindling I'm just tired of it plus the potential for her family not being so sure about Marcus it's going to wear Jen down and suddenly Marcus won't be the Golden Boy anymore and all of this looks to be coming to a head in a Meetup with the two during the finale one we're going to get a sneak peek at right now I'm struggling running hang on a t I know I know that I love you I don't want to give up on us all right now here Marcus gives us a big I know that I love you I just don't want to give up on us which should have us going oh maybe this thing isn't over maybe there's room for Marcus to sneak in the L word at the end and be the pick but this outfit Jen's wearing is one I marked down from the midseason preview to keep an eye out for previously they faked us out and paired it with close-up shots of Devon crying shots that look to actually have been from his conversation with Jesse Palmer after his fantasy suite but here's the clip from the mid-season preview I am second tired of investing so much time and energy to someone who doesn't feel the same way you want to get there with me but when tomorrow next year never at some point I'm just tired of it oh my you this way so we can now confirm that all of this is with Marcus and so this right here the I know that I love you even though all the words are coming out of his mouth I'm calling this the final fake out the last preview misdirection pulls away from the idea that it's too little too late for Jen she's taking matters into her own hands and not waiting on another guy to figure out their relationship Marcus is done Devon is the pick and I wonder if this happens before their last chance date thus why Jen is ready in a nice dress while Marcus looks like he woke up at noon and said nah that's it for the day like Jen was maybe getting ready when she decided she needs to go and talk to him as seen here in the preview from Monday's episode and it could also explain why we have footage of Devon's Last Chance date but nothing with Marcus moving on I really need to follow my heart today you sure you want to do this okay so here they're teasing once more this moment that allegedly has never happened before and honestly your guess is as good as mine throw down your speculations in the comment section below before we've talked about stuff like Jen being the one to propose and I guess there's a possibility that they're being really tricky and it's something that has happened before but to a bachelor and not a bachelorette however it's definitely not Jen picking Marcus but then walking away without an engagement as boyfriend and girlfriend or doing the same with Devon for that matter as that's happened before with another genen season gen shaft but let's keep going what I'm about to do today is something that I never thought that I would ever do I I have to do what's right for me okay so pausing here because I want to say that even though this comment about doing what's right for me and I never thought I'd do this is played over the final rad Rose ceremony that doesn't mean she's actually going to be saying this at the final Rose Ceremony this could be audio from right before her conversation with Marcus or from right before the sit down with Jesse Palmer and they're playing it on top of the final row ceremony just to up the drama but let's finish this preview off I can't let you propose to me so here the preview ends as Jen puts down the rose and the show goes back to the studio at the menel all but this is Jen going to leave alone sort of setup is not it I'd be completely shocked after all she loves Devon you flipping idiot Devin I do love you you freaking idiot we've also seen Seasons where the lead ends up alone after the final Rose ceremony I'm for one am firmly in the camp of whatever goes down Jen's going to be keeping the main thing the main thing and her and Devin will display their ferocious love and get engaged and I
