pretty cool uh to to one just the the opportunity was amazing um so thank for the NFL so thank for um you know everyone in Brazil it was super fun the energy was amazing um and you know I couldn't picture any any way better than that so it was a big play and uh got my feet down saquin congrats with the win and in following the line with the touchdowns you not only did a hot trick what we call in soccer you almost did a poker and how yeah that's right you were close to that how important was this win in South America for you and how easy did the offensive line and did the work for you tonight yeah it was really important um we knew they were going to be a tough opponent uh we didn't make it any easy on ourselves in the beginning of the game at all by any means defense had our back um all three phases made plays when it need to be made um and the old line played great uh you know that a big reason why I wanted to come to Philly when I had an opportunity why it was a no braining for me and we still got a lot to improve on including myself so um meant a lot want to come out here and you know take take advantage of opportunity be one of the first teams to ever play in South America um and not just only play but take care of business and get the W too take one over here on your right uh during the game uh Lebron James tweeted that this field sucks uh after you scored three touchdowns I think it looked pretty good right um I I will say it was different uh than what we used to but um you know the guys who were slipping including myself uh on the first three plays and especially the first one um you know I just didn't handle it the right way I went out and warm up and um I decided to not go with studs because I I felt comfortable enough but it's different than warming up and going full speed and uh after the first drive I put my studs in got the first run I was kind of a little hesitant just to get a feel for it but after that um you know I think it was pretty okay hey sequan um I was wondering if you can just kind of describe you know what you thought or what you expected going into this game about how you would be used and and how it turned out you know compared to those expectations for you um I think like I said to you guys um in the whole offseason the whole camp that there's going to be games where there opportunity for me to go out there and take over and there's going to be games for AJ Devonte and so on and so on uh so I didn't have like no idea I think Kell does a really good job of you know having a feel for the game and feel for the players um still I feel like I left a lot out there and can't get can't wait to get back and watch the film and see where I can improve on um but you know it was a great start at the end of the day the most important thing is to get to win football games and that's hard to do in this league especially a great against a great team like that from timely runs keep the change moving late too let's listen in on his postgame comments keep pressing on um I think how we responded as a team we all experienced some adversity but we we all dug deep dug deep and kept pressing forward you know it's it's all things that you can control and we continue to find our Rhythm as a football team but it's always um always good to be able to figure that out with the with a win and so good to start the start the season off uh in the win column jayen High congrats on the wing uh one of the biggest story lines of the was stles changing coordinators how did you feel about your first game with Kelly Moore and especially with how many motions there were how did you feel up how how's your level of comfort with this offense yeah I think I think coach coach did a great job I think I'll continue to get that rhythm with him and I think that's that's for both sides of the ball as well but I think we just have to hone in on the fundamentals that's what it comes down to playing his game playing his position U really understanding that and uh being on the same page with him but you know I honestly I I judge it off of how you respond when it matters most and we came out we had some adversity earlier in the game um I definitely could have avoided some of those things I put us in a bad spot as a team I put us in a bad spot but in the end we made some crucial plays to extend drives crucial plays down the field uh crucial plays on defense um and even showing up on special teams as well and that's what it's all about so um but you're going to keep pressing forward keep pressing forward near the sideline and his first touchdown is as a receiver for the eagles look at him get both feet down coaches and players fired up as the Eagles go up 76 so second quarter Eagles trailing 12-7 keep an eye on Barkley again showing the burst 11 yards for the touchdown is second of the game Barkley the second player in Eagles history with a rushing touchdown and a receiving touchdown in his debut with the team DeMarco Murray also did it Eagles up 1412 late third quarter now Eagles down 2624 Barkley again three touchdowns in his Eagles debut you see him keep the legs moving and get in for the touchdowns Eagles win it here's Nick serani afterwards man did Brazil get a great game tonight or what I know we we converted some people to be big- time football fans tonight uh man you know I'm just thinking about that game again what a great football game and I would have Lov my wife's like it wasn't a great game I would I was kidding me I was up all night um but Jaylen Herz finished with 20 completions he had 10 inside the numbers 10 outside the numbers much more effective throwing outside the numbers however as both of his touchdowns came outside both of his interceptions came inside and sou pal Antonio joins us now from sa Pao so sa we mentioned the two interceptions for Jaylen Herz also had a fumble but how are the Eagles able to bounce back and get this game in the W column despite the three turnovers two words saquan Barkley and then throw in AJ brown big plays by the big Playmakers for this football team you know they told us going into the game they were going to feature saquin Barkley and they stuck to that plan uh when I talked to Jaylen Herz after the game one-on-one Stan he quickly flipped the switch when I said to him hey it was great to win a game here the first in NFL history in South America and he quickly pointed out the mistakes this is the first time in his career that he's had three turnovers and won a game he's up to this point 0 and three and last year quarterbacks when they had three turnovers or more was s and 42 Packers could not cash in on the the turnovers only had nine points off the Eagles three turnovers that was another contributing factor but it was the big playmaking of saquan Barkley when they needed it so the Packers suffer a loss in their opener they also have their fingers crossed that they don't have a big loss with Jordan love and that injury in the final seconds what can you tell us about love right now I was studying closely I was on the eagle sideline looking at Jordan love as they were picking him up off the turf it was in the final drive he looked to be favoring his left leg they helped him off the field when Matt laflor was asked here uh about it postgame he said he had no further updates and I talked to the Packers PR just moments ago and the Packers PR said that Jordan love will undergo further evaluation after the long flight when they get back to Green Bay but it's going to be a tough
