I Ate Everything I CRAVED 36 Hours After My Bodybuilding Show

I've stared myself for the past 16 weeks so here's everything I'm eating for the next 36 hours after my bodybuilding show [Music] just competed in my second ever bodybuilding show and our first meal post show is beef rice and sugar-free Polynesian sauce you might call me a crazy man but this is exactly what I wanted don't worry we are going to get to the fun cheat foods and the everything that I want to eat later in the day but we're going to take a little intermission let the family rest then we're going to go out and have fun with my entire family good friends girlfriend everything like that but for now I'm literally having beef and rice I would assume it's like 150 g of rice cooked 230 G of beef cooked but I really didn't feel like eating junk and you might call me a crazy man you might call me like absolutely absurd I might snack on a few things here and there of course I'll be showing you guys but for right now I want this and it is my show day and I get to eat what I want so I'm going to have it I genuinely love all the meals that I ate on prep you guys probably thought I was bsing you but I genuinely do love them uh but yeah we're going to uh down this down the hatch and uh then we'll get to some sushi or whatever else I want to eat today [Music] I also want some pickles specifically the Aldi pickles so I'll be having as many of these as I want because they're so good I told you guys that uh that was going to be the last thing I had until Mr Tokyo but I want a sweet treat and it's not like I haven't had enough rice cakes today we're probably actually from show day when we were actually carbon up I've probably already had like 15 rice cakes what's two more this one s sweet good you guys are going to call me crazy but this is stuff that I want to eat right now we'll have the fun later two caramel rice cakes Going Down the Hatch all right everyone's getting in the car now we are headed to go get all you can eat sushi I said the two things that I wanted post show were Sushi all you can eat and steak we're going to have those in this video but we are now off to go get sushi we got about 30 minute drive it's about 5:00 we got off stage probably around one we're going to eat this and then we're going to see how much stomach space your boy got cuz we're not trying to go overboard you don't want to jam your face with everything you got an entire bulk ahead of you or an entire offseason you don't want to get super super fat directly after your show you definitely want to eat you want to eat enough calories but there's no reason to absolutely stuff your face and be an absolute fatty for a day or two that's fine but we're going to get all you can eat sushi that is what I've been craving all the prep let's head there [Music] Mr T the best place in the world oh my goodness it is torrentially downpouring out there but we've made it and it is time to grub on some all you can eat sushi baby this is dangerous we got the order sheet and you can just order as much as you want but uh we're going to we're going to keep it maybe light a little bit for the first round cuz my stomach is so small from prep but uh we're going to get the good stuff don't worry about that yes sir thank you this looks absolutely delicious that looks incredible that they made these D that look [ __ ] incredible are you going to be able to eat all that home girl I'm going to be able to eat all that okay yes [Music] forgot to tell you guys exactly what I got for apps we got some seaweed salad we also got a Mr Tokyo Bowl which is just salmon and crab we also got four yellowtail sushimis we got five tunar I have five salmon de's on the way and then we had two special rolls it was like salmon and tuna and shrimp tempera and then two classic rolls we had spicy salmon and spicy tuna absolutely dusted them and honestly I am not full so that salmon deiri is going to come and then we're going to see if we get anything else but I am feeling on top of the moon right now catch me in an hour might not be feeling the same more salmoni please thank you this is where I'm calling it five more tuna niri looks delicious no I don't know I guess that'ss this is the aftermath that's not his car right still sort of got abs right is still there still there have veins or anything yeah we got one we die just we'll be back to normal tomorrow hopefully that felt absolutely incredible like that would that hit the spot more than hitting the spot hit the spot like that was perfect that was perfect uh let's go get home that I can catch you guys guys at the next video oh my goodness we just got home from Winston Salem North Carolina back to Charlotte North Carolina so about an hour drive we got home pretty late probably at about 10: it is 12:00 right now I am not hungry in the slightest but I was craving this so badly and this is exactly what I wanted again you're going to call me crazy we're having a ninja creamy protein ice cream made with the rice Skippy peanut butter protein it's that good but uh I threw a bunch of peanut butter in here way more than I normally do uh and I'm also putting it on this ice cream cone but check that out it's delicious and this is what I had readily available for me and this is what I genuinely wanted so this is what I'm going to have because it is my post show meal it is my postow day so that's what I want to do that is where I'm going to call it for today I'm going to pick it up tomorrow of course I said 36 hours so we're going to do the full 36 hours until Sunday night but yeah I'm going to eat this and then uh I'm going hit the sack I'm not hungry at all that Sushi absolutely took me out first bite bunch of peanut butter on it it's hdden for sure I'm going to eat this and then I'm going hit the sack okay so bam it is now the morning actually it's not the morning it's 1:30 in the afternoon but Mackenzie and I slept in late then we took Tucker for a walk then we kind of chilled out and now I'm only starting to get hungry that Sushi and then the ice cream right before I went to bed last night absolutely stuffed me but we woke up at 166.065 something lb so literally only 2 lbs a gain that's what happens when you don't go absolutely absurd with all the food that you could possibly eat and you just enjoy the foods that you like but I told McKenzie that I have been absolutely craving protein pancakes and I want to make her a breakfast and we wanted to have protein pancakes together so that is exactly what we're doing I'm about to shrimp them up and then I'm I'm going to show you guys the finished product of the protein pancakes the best protein pancakes in the entire world honestly right now I have absolutely no recipe I'm kind of going with the flow throwing something together and hoping it comes out good I'm sure it will though because I am an absolute Chef right now we got oat flour in here and Rise blueberry muffin protein but I will update y'all on how it goes and what exactly I use and how they taste of course I don't know if you can tell but our pans are sticking so badly because we need new ones and I don't think we got the right ingredients to make actually good protein pancakes and I want this meal to be actually good so we're scrapping this and um we're going to find something else I will just show you what I'm eating when I'm eating it this is not going to cut it for postow cheat meal let me let me just tell you that I am having one of these puppies though just to try it and U I got a little bit of syrup on my hand we're going to have one of these and then I'm going to eat something else now I have no idea how I did not think of making this meal first but this looks absolutely delicious and I a little backstory about it every single day when I would get home at like 11:30 from cardio McKenzie would be getting home from work and she would make this exact meal obviously not in the quantity that I have it right now but it would be turkey bacon a cinnamon raisin bagel and eggs and I would walk in every morning and tell her how damn good it smell every morning I go that smells incredible and the turkey bacon just kept smelling better and better and better every single day that I watch walked in especially with the cinnamon raisin bagel so I am just absolutely ecstatic to have this look how good that looks we are going to crush this she's got some ketchup on the eggs she made the bagel and the turkey bacon I made the eggs I'm going to throw some Texas peed hot sauce and some almond butter on the bagel but uh we're going to enjoy this out on the balcony and then we're going to catch up with you guys but wow this is wait my hand cook job is good let's dig in so I'm not going to go train today because I wanted to give my body a break after the show recoup a little have the food get the nutrients in me and then I'll go train tomorrow but I definitely want to get some movement in there and get some activity for digestion so we're going on a little digestion walk right now on the treadmill I'm going to respond to a lot of your guys' comments and DMS and everything like that cuz I cannot thank you enough for the support on the Instagram post on the YouTube post on the literally everything I can't thank you guys enough for the support around this show around everything so I'm going to respond to some of those while I walk get my digestion going and then we are going to head to McKenzie's parents house for a nice dinner for one of my favorite dinners of all time but I'll give you a little bit more detail on that when we are getting going to her parents house so for right now I'm going to get ready and then I'm going to go catch you guys when we're eating one of my favorite meals of all time as mentioned before we are on the way to MacKenzie's parents house to have a big fat steak this is going to be one of my death row meals I swear a big steak a baked potato and some Caesar salad just sounds absolutely fantastic to me I don't know why it sounds so good but it is just amazing I want Iron from the meat that I wasn't getting from all the food that I was eating the fattiness the richness I don't know if you guys could tell the food is going where it needs to be cuz we are so incredibly vascular right now that looks not natural that does not look natural and for anyone that's new here yes I am a natural bodybuilder I am not on anything this is just absolutely absurd check that out one more time cuz I cannot believe that is my leg the food is going where it needs to be we're going to enjoy these steaks I'm not going to record a bunch in the house because it's a family dinner and I'm not going to impede on that that's rude uh I'll show you what we're eating I'll show you the big steak the baked potato the Caesar salad and then we're going to enjoy it and then I will catch up with you'all let's go Feast baby those are looking absolutely fantastic and we got Mr bubby Mr Bubby we're not eating you we're not eating you we're eating a [Music] [Laughter] [Music] steak absolutely crushed the steak and the baked potato and a bunch of Caesar salad and one of my favorite desserts of all time are Italian cookies this is an Italian rainbow cookie and they're like my favorite ever so going to go in just as good as I remember and even better after a big salty steak the steak made me a little gassy guys I had to make sure with McKenzie to check if that steak was actually that good or if it's just cuz I just came off of prep that was one of the best steaks I've ever had right MacKenzie's dad whipped it up we got really good New York strip steaks I ate that steak that you saw and then like a little piece of another one add a bunch of Caesar salad one of those rainbow cookies which are one of the best cookies ever the Italian pastries just go so crazy if you know you know but that steak was fantastic it was meaty it was beefy it was extremely tender because it was a Prime Steak it was just everything I needed if you guys can't tell I'm really excited we're going to head home for something else cuz we might need another sweet treat so uh I'll catch you guys when we're eating our next meal now before I get into my last meal I want to talk to you all about something that I find extremely important and extremely important to mention and something that I've been alluding to all video and that is that you don't have to go absolutely absurd after your show just for the sake of eating as much as you possibly can people are out here going to crumble cookie then Dunkin Donuts then crispy cream then Burger King then all these different restaurants right after their show just because they can because they think their diet is out the window and that is not how you should do it at all because that is going to lead to a slew of mental and physical health atrocities a lot of people gain 20 to 30 lbs the day after their show from a culmination of water salt and fat gain because your body is more apt to putting on fat when it's been that depleted and that low on body fat that's a whole another topic but what I just want to stress to you guys is eat the foods you enjoy and enjoy them with the people that you love enjoy your food I went out I got sushi with my brothers my friends my girlfriend and we had a fantastic time then I went to my girlfriend's parents house I enjoyed one of my most favorite meals of all time we had a great dinner I ate what I wanted this morning with McKenzie for breakfast in a delicious breakfast and I got to spend time with her and have a meal with her that I haven't had to have in a while but that doesn't mean you go out to every single restaurant and just go absolutely nuts yeah go get a crumble cookie if you want it but don't go get a six or 12-pack and try to crush them all at the same time just because you want to do that because you think your diet is out the window it's not going to be good for your mental health it's not going to be good for your physical health and it's just going to lead you down a path of an eating disorder rather than having a good long healthy lean bulk after your show because the food is going to be there the food will always be there after your show you're going to go into a nice long lean bulk or a nice long offseason and you're going to be able to eat all the good food that you want in moderation but that doesn't mean you do it the day after your show or the week after your show and just go absolutely crazy I think a lot of competitors get that so wrong and that's something that I cannot stress enough so with that out of the way now I'm going to go enjoy my final meal before getting back on track [Music] [Music] ladies and gentlemen my final meal is almost exactly the same as yesterday except I mix two different proteins why I mix these two proteins I have no idea we have rise peanut butter cup protein and Rise Little Debbie Strawberry Shortcake roll protein I mixed them thinking it was like a PB&J chocolate covered Shortcake Swiss roll I don't know I really hope it's good I also threw almond butter in here tonight quite a bit of it just to make it extra creamy and I made it with almond milk today instead of water like I was on prep these are a necessity for me every single night it is the perfect night cap for me this honestly isn't a lot of calories I'm not really worried about calories right now but this is probably a total of like 3 or 400 but it's absolutely delicious I'm going to enjoy it and of course I enjoy it out of my helila
