hn and James Cook it's going to be a fun time we're going to recap their Night Football and then of course we're going to give you some studs and Duds for week two it's going to be a blast before we football game so I'll just kind of Briefly summarize what happened here uh oh actually wait a minute uh Tua severed a concussion in the third quarter and he was ruled out but unlike the very scary situation from two years ago he walked off shortly after under his own power totally fine all things considered and he's going to go through the protocol in order to try to play next week again 10 full days for the Dolphins before their next game against the Seahawks if he doesn't play or if he misses more time right now Skyler Thompson who some of you watched try to play football at the end of the game would be the starter for the Dolphins the qb2 if to misses more time than just next week and speaking of which Raheem moard obviously missed last night's game with a chest injury he is not going to go on IR but being quickly ruled out he's already in Jeopardy of missing next game and on top of that Jeff Wilson Jr sustained an oblique injury last night and he was ruled out during the game so right now Jaylen Wright is the primary backup and possibly only backup to Devon aan for next week against the Seahawks lots of things are the Dolphins to talk about coming up later couple things here for the rest of the NFL Mike tomman stated that they are preparing for Justin fields to get the start again expecting Russell Wilson to possibly Miss more time with his calf injury uh Christian mcaffrey speaking of which is considered dayto day when the nilles tendonitis he had been Limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday he was at first considered a long shot but now he's sort of making progress so he still just list it as questionable but obviously if he doesn't play you probably just slide in Jordan Mason after all that he did on Monday night Josh DS Colts second seconde wide receiver did return to practice he may be coming back this week keep an eye on that David and joku did seem like it was a really bad high ankle spring but he's not going to be place an IR but he's already been ruled out for week two uh and that was ruled out Wednesday uh hollyood Brown has yet to practice for the Chiefs this regular season T Higgins is still considered dayto day Keenan Allen is questionable with a heel injury Jordan Addison did not practice Wednesday or Thursday he's probably not going to play and then last we but not least Kenneth Walker has not practiced at all this week with an oblique injury he is questionable and Zack Shan would see the start if he does not play that's it let's talk about some really good Bills @ Dolphins Recap running backs in the NFL especially in fantasy football that we watched have big games on Thursday night absolutely let's talk about it as we as we teased and as Wes just mentioned it was a fun time for Devon hn owners and for James Cook owners on Thursday Night Football Bills take down the Dolphins Tua gets injured hopefully he'll he'll be uh he'll be just all right we'll we'll you know no no surprise to anybody unless you're you're new your West we Dolphins fans definitely a scary situation definitely a scary sight but both of us feel like wow we've seen that before and he has not walked off the field he has not walked off the Field's he's been carded off he walked off and uh all things considered as Dolphins fans you know we're one and one the bills are two and0 we're still just one game behind them and we made out just fine to to be completely honest given that what could have happened in that scenario so hopefully Tua will be all right I'm sure there'll definitely be more information to come even by the time you're watching this so uh we are definitely hopeful and uh and looking forward to the future but oh man it feels so good to be a Devon hn owner Wes I mean it is just I mean we we'll we'll jump into it if you if you missed uh if you missed Tuesday's episode we uh obviously did Risky starts must start must starts risky starts and don't starts and uh Wes I mean not not to to our own horn to loud or anything D but we just absolutely nailed it abs abolutely knocked out of park like it was like top tier kind of stuff uh I said Devon H was a must start listen just instilling that confidence you guys know he's if he's gonna play you need to put him in your lineup he's gonna be the guy and uh he absolutely was 29.5 fantasy points I want to just talk about this real quick because please we we both were extremely high on Devon hen coming into this season I had him as my as my rb4 at the start week one uh you had him as your rb1 coming into the season West and boy oh boy like 60,000 people on Tik Tok were not vibing with that not fans shout out to the real ones who who were coming to bat for hn in the comments and defending the take uh yeah guys two weeks in I get it it's only two weeks okay he's the dude he is the guy well R Mo most's injured he was injured last week and he was the guy guys to over 20 fantasy points in both these games he drops nearly a 30 bomb in prime time to start your week for Fantasy Football I mean like yeah man listen I said it before I'm gonna say it again grow up if you think Devon hen can't be a top five running back like that's Point Blank like that's it like that's where that that's where that lands that's where that ends up I I mean I mean he is just going and if people want to talk about touches opportunities right how's how's 29 for you beautiful 29 opportunities beautiful 30 opportunities like it's like it's like great cool he's I get it well he's injury prone he he was injured with the ankle this week great and off the ankle injury he did 30 30 opportunities 30 fantasy points like it's he's he is absolutely that guy and uh and and he is going to continue as long as he is healthy stays on the field like we're we're gonna be good to go with Devon Anan and and there's no reason to think that he won't like he's he's already shown that he can't St the field all the comments all the all the reasons to say that that hen it can't be top five let alone that that he he can't be number one we're saying things like he's injury prone that he's too of a running back that he's behind rahee moer that he's not going to get enough opportunities that he's not going to get enough in the receiving game because a Tyreek Hill literally proven wrong on Thursday night all of that is completely out the window and that is what we tried to explain in our top 10 and and especially the very point I made about the Dolphins training camp is that they're involving him in the passing game and and I tried to tried to uh refute the the idea that Tyreek Hill was too important to the offense in order to make hn a PPR relevant back and I said guys there was a practice where where Tua threw it to hhan five times in a two-minute drill and threw it to him for a touchdown here we go look at that s for seven 69 yards and a receiving touchdown not to mention that's a second straight week 7 for seven the PPR volume is unbelievable this is like Austin Eckler Prime and I'm loving it I'm loving it and people made fun of me for taking him in the second round look who's I mean I feel I feel pretty good so far I feel like this is great and good luck trying to trade for him especially he had his ankle injury and people were running to go get Jeff Wilson Jr and seeing if maybe Jaylen Wright was gonna try to have a good game yeah Noah do you want to talk a little bit about how they did uh yeah uh Jeff Wilson had three point two fantasy points he didn't have a single carry he had two catches for 12 yards and Jaylen R had five carries for four yards listen I will say just because I love my boy Jaylen Wright the box score does not reflect his performance okay he had some good rushes some good rushes called back by penalties disappointing stuff but like this this all just goes show like it it is hm and it is hm like it like yes it just feels good dude it feels good to have been like week one was such a disaster as far as like just offenses in the NFL and like just like there weren't ton of touchdowns scored it was just rough for like a lot of people in fantasy football especially tight ends but to to to be here into week two and I'll I'll I I'll break the fourth wall here Wes um please I drafted the McCaffrey hn stack in in multiple leagues this season in multiple leagues I have I have mcaffry and Anan um T Tuesday Tuesday to Thursday was not a fun time for for me if I'm being completely honest with you uh I was sitting here going cool my first two picks uh it's week two and I'm not gonna have them awesome this sounds great and guess what I'm probably not gonna have macaffer this week good thing we can't C with Jordan Mason but atrian is absolutely just feasting away and is and is g to be an absolute animal the efficiency is down cool don't care seven catches or 69 yards have fun go grow up you want close close close this thought on Anan with just this statement if you agree with me that Devon hen is absolutely already this season's League winner absolutely absolutely he's already The Season's League winner you what you in the third round you got a top three running back congratulations there you go enjoy your Championship no doubt check back in when I win all those leagues there you go uh listen we can't we can't just give all the flowers to hn though James Cook what a game dude what an absolute game his each of his first two seasons in the NFL two rushing touchdowns in in his rookie year two rushing touchdowns in his sophomore year two rushing touchdowns in week two of his of his of his uh of his third year what a night for him man 11 carries 78 yards two touchdowns one catch for 17 yards and another touchdown um man 28.5 fantasy points what a start as well and he was your must start West we we just boom oh yeah done and dusted like it's it's last last week 19 carries felt like they was pretty strong based on how the running backs kind of didn't really stand out too much last week in week one aside from saquin Barkley and Devon Anan a couple of surprises here and there but I thought James Cook is the way to go let's do this again and I feel good about him and show enough is James Cook not only proving to be like a an W for your fantasy team but I want to transition to the passing attack in Buffalo or really lack thereof because at this rate James Cook may be the only other skill player to have aside from Josh Allen who also didn't have a great game yeah I think it's gonna that that kind of transitions us well I think into our risky starts if I'm being honest here because it's two bills pass catchers and we when we said you know my my risky start for everybody was dton concade and your risky start was Keon Coleman well d g Kade had 7.3 fantasy points now if we're going off week one scores that's like the tight end seven on the week so there you go maybe that'll be maybe that would have been worth the start I don't know West last episode you live swapped out Isaiah likele for dton K Kan and one of your lineups I'm sure you're happy about that did uh so far but I like the I like the targets a little more you know four targets is better than two yes and went four for four for 33 yards but like two of the two of the catches came on the their first drive and then outside of that it was like it was like and then yeah it was like the first two plays of their game and then that was it like that was it for him it felt very it it I think we we we played with the Rumblings and we knew with this Joe Brady offense that this was going to be a more run heavy team a more run focused team we saw that last year I don't think we pictured this being like yeah you know Josh Allen is going to throw 19 passes in prime time in a division game in week two like I just don't think that was what we saw whatsoever I mean when you break it down you look at it four Targets on 19 attempts is like pretty solid that's it's a nearly 25% Target share so like he's that's not bad Josh Allen's looking for him but they just it was the James Cook show like it really was the one point I will make is that the bills didn't really need to pass that much because cha threw three interceptions and one one was a pick six and so there's only so much you can do about it when the offense is just when I mean Tua it's not really his fault two really two and a half because I will only give half fault to Tua on the throwaway it was just bad time whatever it just was a bad game for Tua bad game for the Dolphins offense altogether except for aan I mean Tyreek Hill also hardly had anything going on so like this will be important to see next week how the bills pass catchers actually contribute because if they don't get something going if they're not able to kind of produce in the ways where we have anything that's reliable anything that's even worth starting in the flex option then we can just start letting go of these bills wide receivers possibly and and and maybe just keep King Kate on the bench in case of a bye or an injury or something I'm not even sure but but right now yeah risky start is the best that any Bill skill players are going to be aside from James Cook's Monster game yeah yeah I think um I well yeah I think I think I it's crazy to say yeah I think you're right like I think it really is like I think it's I I I don't think you cut cancade just because of was such a good rookie year and like maybe they'll be more involved like I I you'd think so but I don't I don't know I don't know if he's more involved so it's that's that's definitely tough um we'll just talk about or the people said don't start real quick obviously uh my don't start was Raheem moer just to honestly just Hammer home that Devon hen was gonna be the guy and obviously that happened but most moer didn't play so that's kind of kind of nullified um and you said Dawson Knox you know can Kade only had two Targets Knox is the tight end to Target no Dawson Knox didn't have any Targets in this game so definitely didn't want to start him there as well um couple other guys just talk about you mentioned Tyreek Hill really really game my goodness it was just a tough like you mentioned a tough game all around for Miami except for Devon hen which is why if you were an owner of either of the running backs in this game congratulations you had a good week but if you weren't it is not how even Josh Allen owners is not how you want to start your week Josh Allen had 11.8 fantasy points that was it that was tough dude I'm playing my wife in fantasy this week and I had Josh Allen you are yeah and I was like well congratulations sweetheart I love you and enjoy the win yes like happy wife happy life happy wife happy life happy that's fantasy for you um jayen Wadd 8.5 fantasy points really funny pun that you just said happy wife happy life well that's fantasy for you yeah that's two kinds of fantasy right there um Jay W was having a good great start to the game I really felt like it was gonna be a really good night for him on prime time and then it's again just everything really fell apart it was good to see jonno Smith more involved as far as tight end sleeper I mean after last week with tight ends you don't really even know who even go for here but more targets than Tyreek Hill on the night thaty happen again but that's I mean if I can attribute it to anything it really is that it we've seen more than most people West that this the time and time again in the offseason we frequently say hey let's in invest into some offensive line let's um let's do it let's invest into some o line and time and time again uh Chris career says no we're all right we're we're good let's go get Odell let's go get Odo Beckham Jun like let's do that by the way he had an operations offseason so he's not gonna be playing for you anyways but um let's go get Odell and and I get it I do but uh it definitely is not a fun time especially when you have Gregory rouso breathing dck with backup lineman and yeah tough time all around for some some bigname fantasy players Jaylen WD Tyreek Hill uh if if you were Banking and hoping for one of the other running backs obviously in Miami not a good time for Josh Allen not a good like it's it was a rough experience for everyone but James Cook and Devon like that was that was it that was really it so Thursday night football running backs are taking over again there you go Amazon Prime you suck you suck qu quit producing football games anyway anything else with us I think that's all I got you got anything else that was it we just kind of recap the idea that the bills skill players are probably not going to be worth starting outside of James Cook yeah I agree I agree with the thing that I said I do you know that yeah do you believe in yourself I think that was an okay comment yeah there you go all right it's time studs of Duds week two some Studs & Duds hits last week some misses last week and uh listen we're never going to get 100% 100% perfect but when we do when we get things right it's always a fun time so go ahead it's going to be a blast West we've swapped positions this this week you now have quarterbacks and wide receivers I now have running backs and tight ends so without further Ado take it away with the uh kicking off studs and Duds for week two oh yeah well we had a couple of surprises in the top 10 finish a couple of expected players and a couple players that we would like a little bit more out of but I'm going to be the one to officially State into the microphone that it is time to continue to start Jaden Daniels and he is my stud for the week oh baby first of all playing the Giants okay that should be enough right there uh Giants don't have a terrible terrible defense they have a lot of skill players there that are actually pro bowlers and made the top 100 if you care about that but ultimately they don't have an offense until D Jones actually gets the ball to Malik neighbors that's pretty much all you're going to have to worry about is can the whoever is playing the Giants can they score great if not you get the ball in two seconds but here's the thing actually before the show Noah even reminded me that uh Dan Quinn even said he's gonna try to try to have J Daniel Jones or Jaden Daniels rather Jaden Daniels uh not run as much well here's the good thing um I don't think he's gonna listen I don't think he's gonna listen to his head coach he is a rushing quarterback that is the whole trait that is what he does most importantly you look at last week how many quarterbacks even threw 300 yards it rhymes with yeah there it ish poo with poo it's two oh my gosh we're cousins so one was Tu tangoa one was Matthew Stafford two of was barely top 10 and Stafford couldn't quite get that because he threw a you know a pick in the red zone and that would have been a touchdown point being we don't have these Elite passers to throw for a bunch of yards and a bunch of touchdowns that we can guarantee on that's why rushing upside is King Jaden Daniels is my stud here's my dud for the quarterback position Sam darnold against the 49ers the guy has Justin Jefferson but that has that does not make him defense proof he had a nice game it was fine if you slotted him for some reason you're probably feeling okay but that does not mean that he is the guy to replace Jordan love for your week if you have Jordan love or if you were really disappointed by one of these other players uh Sam darnold is not your hero for the week not with Sam darn I know Justin Jefferson's great I know Aaron Jones had a nice week as well but that does not mean that you're going to rely on Sam darnold to get you through the week so there's my stud there's my dud start Jaden Daniels and bench Sam darnold Beauty jump over to running backs here excited to talk about this guy my running back stud is James Conor versus the LA Rams 20 opportunities last week against the Buffalo Bills they relied on them heavily as they went up 14 points in the first half half uh he played 70% of snaps I know everyone's always like Conor's inury prone and you're not wrong like he hasn't ever played an entire season of fantasy football but as long as he's healthy he's gonna put up borderline top 12 running back numbers and break into that easily on any given weekend and the Lions just throttled the Rams on the ground with David Montgomery and jir Gibbs James Connor is going to have himself a game I know people like Trey Benson listen Trey Benson's a pick for the future for that team it is not a right now thing James Connor is absolutely the guy who is going to be uh leading that backfield Amari D Marcado has more of a role in this offense than than Trey Benson does right now so until James Conor either moves on not in life just from the team or gets hurt Trey Benson isn't gonna be a big factor you get you don't have to worry about him so J James Conor is my running back stud for week two my running back dud javante Williams now he's he's going up against the Pittsburgh Steelers that that in in itself is pretty much enough to be like oh running back against the Steelers no I'm good TJ watt I'm all right like we're we're we're fine here we can move along but it's a true time share here in Denver and and I think we knew it and that's why Javon wasn't a super high pick but he was definitely a sleeper pick that a lot of people were hoping would pan out and and until I see something more I'm I'm leaving Javon on my bench I'm I'm not excited about it he only had 10 opportunities if only 52% of snaps it's a true time share uh jul mlin had more opportunities than he did a guy that West you and I are both very interested in as a deep sleeper pick so uh he's definitely a guy that I know audri estimate just went on IR so so maybe there's a little more involvement and more opportunity for Javon Williams but I just don't know what opportunities this offense is going to be in in which there will be more plays and more opportunities schemed in where Javon Williams would be the running back back there versus wiel glofin would be the running back back there so that is my running back stud and dud James Connor roll him out javante Williams get him on the bench fantastic picks good choices James Connor as long as he's healthy is going to be top 10 pretty much every week as a touchdown machine that being said I've got wide receivers and my stud is on the same football team as James Conor I think we have to give Marvin Harrison Jr another shot we have to roll him out he was like your second round pick you can't just bench him or give up just yet I know that he had three targets and that does not bode well for a top 15 season I know Kyler Murray said it's not my job to get in the ball it's the head coaches the offensive coordinator he will he will okay he's not it well he may be I don't know I don't know if he's an idiot I don't know not really but he's not I mean he plays football with Marvin Harrison I think the point is Marvin Harrison Jr has the talent in the prospect to still be your starting wide receiver and fantasy don't give up just after one week don't press the panic button don't bench him I have people asking me in person I have Marvin Harrison in one league and they're like you know are you open to trading Marvin Harrison like maybe who do you want they're like ah I don't want Marvin why it's one week let's pump the brakes a little bit okay my dud just for the that are kind of looking at the stat lines really curious how the wide receiver ones and teams looking out my dud is Tyler Lockett uh this was a good week for him he's not the guy that's going to be better than DK metf and Jackson Smith and jiga every single week okay this's probably the one week is GNA outscore them both let alone one of them I feel like Tyler Lockett is just this this gem this Seahawks gem he might go in the Ring of Honor I don't know everyone loves him everyone people aren even Seahawks fans love the guy guy but this is not his season this is not the guy you want on your team it's going to be DK Andor jsn every single week from here on out don't start Tyler Lockett but keep rolling out Marvin Harrison it's gonna be okay it's just one week do not press the panic button start him and you'll be happy I like it Wes I want to ask you a question real quick just off the back of that sure big jsn guy coming into the season you were oh yeah if this team comes out who are they playing do you remember do you recall who they're playing you asked the question okay as it if the Seahawks come out here and um oh here actually let me just see because I want to to see if it's even plausible okay this here's the question if the Seahawks come out in week Two Against The Doland Patriots and Tyler Lockett leads the team again in in receptions yardage whatever fantasy points whatever it may end up being yeah where's the Panic level out on jsn drop his ass dude I that's what I was thinking too okay I wanted to see because it's like dude I mean like what are we even doing here like what like three Targets in week one is is awful especially as the third wide receiver in the Target share and then if he does something like that again drop his ass okay all right I love it I just want to check and make sure all right tight ends last position here let's get let's get to with it uh tight ends here for week two my stud Mark Andrews have that confidence baby roll him out okay listen I I want to just talk about it because if you go back two episodes I was full-fledged panicked full-fledged panicked gut reaction I hated it I hated what I was seeing against Kansas City listen that was the most double covered he has been since 2021 in any single game shout out PFF Nathan janky appreciate that stat and he's been historically bad against Kansas City he averages 5.9 fantasy points per game against them in his career over five career games 5.9 fantasy points per game they always figure out a way to shut down Mark Andrews he ran more routes than Isaiah likely did and the Raiders just allowed 15.3 yards per catch to Chargers tight ends that's right Hayden Hurst and will dley we averaging 15 yards a catch against the Raiders I think this is definitely just you got to have that confidence last week was rough for tight ends in general but with Mark Andrews I'm still while being extremely high on Isaiah likeley and the opportunity that he is going to have with this team this year you cannot just bail on Mark Anders and I want to give you guys that confidence roll them out fire him up Don't panic and Wes we have we have vanders and Isaiah likele in one League where we are in this creators League that we're in we picked up both and we're we're starting both of them in this lineup we are we're starting both of them because that we believe in these guys one of them is gonna hit for sure so that's my stud my Dad Cole KT going up against the Houston Texans Cole KT ran 12 routes in week one Cole KT who got a who got a contract extension this offseason ran 12 routes and had one target Gerald Everett ran more routes than him yeah the the the former Chargers and whoever else he played for the I think was I don't remember who he was with he was so many different people he's just such a random name but Gerald Everett was more involved in that in that offense in tight end room added that that the Colts tight ends last week against Houston had zero catches combined between mo mo Cox and kyen Grant ands were not involved and that's with a quarterback who loves throwing the football at the tight end position I'm just not in a point where I'm trusting a rookie quarterback to produce for the fifth option in his offense and and that is even if Co kit is the fifth option in the offense so Cole Kat is a guy who a lot of people liked last year interesting G coming into the year bench him not not worth being on the team for sure uh but definitely roll out Mark Andrews absolutely he gotta give him that gotta give him another opportunity there for you to prove his worth for your team and prove he was worth the pick that's it we've prepped you guys for week two Outro there you go we've given you the breakdown on hn and cook we've given
