Introduction welcome in everybody to fantasy pros this is the fantasy football podcast it is me Joey P Joe P Zia and it's Monday you know what that means it's time to hit the waiver wire week one is just about in the books but it's time to look ahead to week two the pieces that we're going to need to help us continue to be competitive in all of our fantasy leagues and to help us get the right names in the right places on the right teams of course Pat Fitz Morris who by the way on the way to the show today there was a little legal problem he was arrested shortly he was released there was a cheese curd controversy I can't get into it I'm not legally allowed to maybe at the end of the show we'll find out more information from his agent and of course de bro Derek Brown the king of bros who just celebrated a birthday Debo what a wonderful birthday present happy birthday to you you got football back yesterday it was very nice and I don't know whether to be extremely happy or saddened by the Saints just handing it to the Panthers cuz that means today I wake up and Dennis Allen's job is a little more secure but I thought I saw the Saints just blow out the Panthers so I'm I'm a very tormented individual this morning Joe now pat on the way to the show today obviously uh a little tumultuousness uh you got pulled over in your Prius you were going a 37 and a 35 and in Wisconsin we know that is a that is a big no no he can't do that kind of stuff so uh let's talk about it I I know you can't say too much but are legal proceedings going forward here and are you able to stay for pickup of the week and I won because I put the show sheet together it's Isaiah Isaiah Likely likely everybody that's right there's some controversy behind the scenes more on that in a second but likely is just rostered in 30% of leagues and likely had himself a day on National Television uh in the first week against the Kansas City Chiefs 12 targets nine receptions 111 receiving yards and a touchdown now a lot of people overreacting to this obviously the mark Andrew situation can be looked at in a few ways Pat I'm start with you on this one because you know Andrews had that car accident he hadn't been practicing it a long time we maybe shouldn't have expected too much out of him he also sometimes have struggled against the Chiefs a little bit so likely last year whenever he was given opportunity played very well and this year looks like possibly despite the fact that Andrews eventually will ramp up into Andrews hopefully that likely is going to have a role in this passing game uh your thoughts on Isaiah likely's performance and how people should approach him on the waiver wire this week so first of all let's start with a quick word about Mark Andrews I don't think people should be pressing the panic button he did run more routes than Isaiah likely he ran more than three quars of his uh routes or took more than three quarters of his snaps either from the outside or the slot so he actually had the sort of tight end usage like we covet as fantasy managers it just didn't work out as far as the targets and there were times when the chiefs were bracketing him and really giving him heavy defensive attention so there will be better days for Mark Andrews but Isaiah likely had always been sort of the Handcuff tight end he had not given us Standalone value he was basically worthless if Mark Andrews was playing but he appears to have scaled the target totem pole for the Ravens and like has now got some Standalone value I think like he is sort of uh maybe shoving aside well probably for sure Nelson aalor maybe Rashad baitman too and becoming the the Third Target on this team behind Andrews and flowers he was obviously number one in week one but I think we're going to get Stalone value which is uh might be handy to some people this week because Jake Ferguson looks like he's gonna miss some extended time David njoku got dinged up not sure about his week two status so there are going to be people out there hunting for tight ends and Isaiah likely has to be at the top of their list you stole the Thunder of my next question to Debo which was Derek look we had some injuries already at tight end and also uh some performances that maybe were a little underwhelming put it kindly there a little bit D King Kade where are you I'm still looking for you uh but can uh can you look at Isaiah likely again 30% rostered I understand people want to be aggressive on it especially in those situations but uh to Pat's point I agree people overreacting to Andrews does not feel right so where's the likely value in your mind in terms of approach on your Fab budget this week and let's key in the version of just wanting to have a player who's involved in the offense as a flex guy maybe potentially for your fantasy roster versus somebody who might desperately need a replacement tight end right now yeah I think if you're desperate for a tight end I understand it and I wrote this up in the waiver wire article which is already live on fantasypros.com that I I think that I don't want people breaking the budget for Isaiah likely I think this is likely pardon the pun his best game of the season and I don't think that like shocks anybody like considering what Pat already kind of laid out like I understand if you are looking at your roster and you're dealing with tight end injuries or underperformance considering I mean almost every tight end that we start in fantasy had a rough week one looking at likely's role in this offense like I get people bidding for him but I'm going to preach a little bit more caution here at like right now in the article like I put his bid somewhere between 15 to 20% I think 20 is the highend but I think you're going to see people really open up the the checkbook considering the tight end performances this week injuries that Pat kind of alluded to and stuff like that like you're going to probably see some bids fora likely reach up to 30 35% and I don't want anybody listening to this show doing that because like Pat kind of outlined I think there's a lot of fraudulent usage looking at isaah likele like he was fourth in routs run per dropback on this team and I mean come on guys close your eyes for a second do we see isaah they likely getting a 30% Target share ever again in this offense any for 2024 season I don't think it's crazy to say that that's not coming back the rest of the season and push back if you want but like I just don't see a lot of these things reproducing I don't think Mark Andrews is going to draw a 5% Target share for the rest of the n Season I don't think likely's going to get a 30% Target share and this is still going to be a run first offense and you had a Baltimore team that was trailing the entire time looking at Gam I don't think that happens entirety of the Year too that's also a fair assessment uh I do agree with the point you're making also that it's probably going to be a premium unlikely this week because of some of those tight end injuries we had I'll say this if you're somebody that you love your team you look at your Rost you're like wow things are going really work out I had a great draft and you could afford the luxury of likely to overspend I don't have a problem with as much as Derek does but he makes a good point which is it's likely haha dad jokes aside that somebody's going to overpay for him based on what happened in terms of injuries at tight end and people chasing that a little bit because there's going to be multiple teams out there looking for a replacement so and you know people get that fat budget they want to spend it real quick you know it's like that Lottery money you get that all of a sudden they're signs all of a sudden $70 for Isaiah likely people you know people know what happened uh let's get to the running backs and a guy that scored a touchdown yesterday before Top RB Adds we get to that name on Dobbins de bro JK Dobbins we have to start there uh a fantastic start uh huge touchdown run for him Debo you also were you know we were going back and forth last night I said well you know he had 10 carries he did break that one big one he's still in a time share for the running back situation but you are looking a little deeper into it let's talk about your reasonings why you like JK so much who is by the way Roser in 59% of leagues on sleeper already yeah and the reason I think we won the the big game but also he's on on certain sites he's under 50% so I think he needs to get brought up here and yeah we were sparring back and forth last night Joe in the slack I was like he needs to be the pickup of the week man I'm like I I know on the surface people look at this and they say okay and I I'm gonna own this too Andrew Ericson was out there the entire draft season telling people to draft JK Dobbins and I was pre's not even here don't give him credit look I'm keeping 100 okay this is a Beetle Juice he's not going to show up in the middle of the he might but we'll see you said his name once I'm going to keep it counting I mean I'm just keeping it 100 man Erikson was right on this and looking at the deeper usage I think people will look at the box score and they will say okay this is a definitively like even split backfield but if you look into the numbers for JK Dobbins it's not he played 59% of the snaps yesterday yes he had 10 carries yes I know he had a long run you take the long run even out of that he still had nine carries for 74 yards he ran more routes than Gus Edwards 17-6 and got Targets in this offense as well as what we saw what he did early Downs so I think you look at the snap rate and the passing Downs Jakey Dobbins while it looks like on the surface of the carries he's actually got the 60% workload that we want out of this backfield in week one like I thought this could be could have been a three-way split opening the season that didn't happen kamani videll was inactive in week one so not only did the Char show their hand and say okay this is just a two-way split between these guys lowkey under the surface that's not even the case this is JK dobbin's maybe Workhorse season maybe and and maybe we'll ramp up and continue to get better my counterargument of why not making him the waiver wire pick up of the week is because he already rostered in almost 60% of league so we want to make sure we're catering to the masses out here too but for those 40% of leagues where he's still available 100% agreed he probably is priority number one because he could be the most most useful to you we all know that running backs are that churn and burn kind of position so Pat do you see the JK Dobbins ramp up over the month of September being something that you should be heavily investing in with your free agent budget I think 30 to 40% might be warranted if you are hurting a running back it is it is Joe we we know that there are a limited number of these running backs who pop up and look like they're going to give you extreme value sometimes injuries will put backups into the Limelight um but this is sort of Dobbins getting this role on the merits coming out of training camp from the get-go in a team that we know is going to be ultra runhe heavy with Greg Roman calling the plays and Jim Harbaugh as the boss man and uh like Dobbins was actually a pretty good pass catcher at Ohio State too he had more than uh at least 22 catches in all three of his college Seasons so there is a potential for a lot of value here and I think anyone who's hurting at running back is going to find that appealing and I think you can justify a pretty zesty bed for him okay let's get to another running Emanuel Wilson back on our list here I want to start with Green Bay Packers because I I don't want to talk too much about it pack because I don't want to upset you this early in the morning but Jordan love did get hurt so we're gonna pivot to Malle Willis already it's funny I I said to my cousin watching the you know games yesterday I said she asked me where's tanah Hill right now I was like I don't think he's anywhere and sure enough like an hour later those was report apparently the Green Bay Packers are talking to tanah Hill no matter who's playing quarterback for the next month they're going to be running the football more Emanuel Wilson had some moments in that game Marshon Lloyd another guy too who's rostered more Wilson is just rostered in 5% of leagues would you be chasing him uh because you gotta figure the pivot for this offense has got to be much more run base no matter who's under Center going forward not chasing but he could be a good short-term Band-Aid for whatever it is two to four weeks as long as they expect Jordan love to be out because you're right Joe they are going to run the ball a lot they have to hide Malik Willis if he's starting games and they would probably have to hide Maran tanah Hill a little bit too because he's coming in off the street and doesn't know the offense so I would expect run heaviness the only thing is I I don't know if we're g to get long-term value out of Emanuel Wilson because at some point like he might pass the torch to uh Marshon Lloyd as the primary backup to JK uh to um Josh Jacobs it's funny because I saw him being one of the most dropped guys or wanting to be you know trending downward and I think that's a mistake do you uh would you be holding your Marshon Lloyd shares yes yes absolutely all right de I know you're holding all of those shares of course Debro if you have anything to add on Wilson you can but I think Fitzy kind of summed it up but I want to talk to you about tank bsby rostered in 11% of leagues you've been waiting a long time for a tank bsby moment uh you had a Tank Bigsby little bit of one uh what do you think dude he looked so good in week one like and and I'm not I I don't want to be too hyperbolic but he looked really good like d was running mean uh I think it's very telling that he ended up with the same number of carries as Travis etn now there was a big discrepancy as far as pass game usage only four routes versus ET and 17 uh zero targets so again this is just still what I consider tank bsby to be a a premium handcuff um but looking at what he did week one this is what we wanted last year for tank Bigsby I mean just whatever volume you get look really dang good when you get it and Jacksonville kept going back to him I think that he can help with the the the heavy lifting on the early Downs so while I I don't see a ton of week toe Standalone value depending on the games grip for tank bsby but I mean if you're telling me he gets six eight touches maybe falls in the end zone like deep League Flex viable and he's one of the top handcuffs yeah I think he's worth bidding on man I mean looking at it out probably not throwing more than say five maybe six% at him um considering you know just the other running backs that are out there on the wire and we have a few guys similar profiles but I I will not shy away tangs look really good in week one all right two more guys I want Bucky Irving or Jaleel McLaughlin? to throw out there Bucky Irving of the Bucks and uh we have a 25% roster and jul mlin of the Denver Broncos a 38% rostered again these numbers are over on sleeper but they're similar uh across other platforms as well Fitzy Irving mlin any love for either of these two guys this week in terms of bidding or in terms of putting them on your waiver wire claims of that Denver Bronco offense uh well it's struggled a little bit with the turnovers with B knck to maybe maybe some people surprised maybe not mine or yours Fitz Bucky Irving or Jalil mlin which one has more appeal to you Jalil mcclaflin and the final numbers from week one were not too inspiring but he did have 15 touches he had five catches that somehow went for only one yard I think Bo Knicks is going to have to start at least throwing an occasional pass downfield to get those linebackers to back off a little bit because they were swarming mlin as soon as he caught the ball um but like that's going to happen a lot Bo Knicks is Mr checkdown I wouldn't be surprised if mcclaflin had 50 60 maybe even north of that as far as receptions this year yeah and he he did play behind uh javante Williams and I think he is going to be the 1B to javon's 1A but there's value in that I mean Shawn Payton's offenses are always very RB Centric there's usually more than one fantasy relevant running back in a Shawn pyton offense and Shawn pyton running backs catch a ton of passes Denver led the league in running back targets last year with 153 I think they're going to top 153 this year with bck at quarterback that's a really really uh good take there fits on that situation too you can definitely see the one real bonick in my favorite or one of my favorite moments of Sunday was uh listening to the announcers at one point when B knck threw that ball in a triple coverage and when he let go of it the announ the color announcer said oh no right as soon as he let go was my favorite I had to rewind to watch it three times it made me laugh so hard uh Bucky Irving or jul mlin Dare I ask you Derek Brown I assume your team mlin as always yeah it's it's mlin and I think if anybody would have if you would have if anybody would have told you jul mofin walks out of week one with 15 touches we would all be extremely happy and ecstatic it just like Pat laid out I Denver couldn't move the ball at all there was literally no room for the running backs to operate whether it was in the passing game whether it was in the Run game and the the sneaky thing about jalil's usage that I want to point out here and shout out to Nathan jeny over at PFF dude Jalil actually out snapped javante on early Downs so it's not just that he out carried him in week one it's that we saw him get more early down run than I think most people were expecting so it's not just he was a pass game only type of option you're telling me he got that and five Targets in week one regardless of the stat lines yeah I mean people need to be picking up Jalil because he's going to offer that type of Standalone value where I like Bucky Irving but can we say in every single week they're going to blow out a team like they did the commanders or that we think that Bucky Irv because he only played six I mean 32% of the snaps and while he did get 11 touches and did a lot with it with 76 total yards like he's still better viewed as a highend handcuff that I don't see that much Standalone value in competitive game scripts weekly all right we got to make Drop: Khalil Herber or Blake Corum? some room for these new running backs so sometimes we have to drop them old ones uh khil Herbert Blake corm two guys that are hitting the waiver wire on a lot of teams people already kind of cutting bait are you okay with those guys getting cut to make room for some of these guys Deb bro yep okay cut both of them I mean corm didn't even play an offensive snap in that game so as much as everybody was worried about and I tweeted this out I was like the P returner for the Rams looks like he's getting a lot of work for the last year was he not like I don't understand that was Earth shattering news I'm like everyone's oh see like is never going to do anything to which I was like uh did he not is gonna have to take uh eat a little bit of crow after we look we all know as you love to say the range of outcomes like eventually you know something might happen to Karen Williams and Corum becomes very useful but Fitz in the interim you've got to make like if JK Dobbins is out there you've got the number one waiver priority you make that move don't you Fitz in leagues where I have Blake Corum Joe you're goingon to have to prye from my cold dead hands I do not want to drop Korum yes I know we were hoping maybe there would be some early season Stalone value and he played behind Ronnie Rivers so there's obviously not going to be didn't get on the field but if anything happened to Kiren Williams a sub2 200 pound back who by the way played 71 snaps uh let's see how long that's going to last like I want korm for sure like he is still I think maybe the most valuable handcuff running back in the NFL we know what running backs do in Shawn McVey offenses like that is valuable and there's no way like if anything happened to Kiren Williams that Ronnie Rivers would be getting the Kiren Williams workload that would not happen like about wide receivers that's Brandin Cooks what time it is Brandon Cooks 40% rostered he is on this list today let's start there Fitzy any love for Brandon Cooks adding him this week at wide receiver spot after a big Cowboys win which if you watch the BP show last week in the early line look ahead I told you that line was wrong it was inverted it should have been the Cowboys favored on the road and sure enough the Cowboys handled their business but Cooks is he gonna handle business in fantasy fits I think he will Joe I mean last year he got off to kind of a slow start in Dallas but from week 10 on he was the wide receiver 13 in Half Point PPR fantasy scoring and now Jake Ferguson is going to miss time so Cooks becomes ever more important in the Dallas offense I think he's going to be busy and uh like I think he's immediately playable you don't always get that with wide receivers on the waiver wire he is someone you can feel confident plugging into your lineup I think Brandon Cooks is the top wide receiver ad this week okay the top one do you agree with that statement uh Debo is he the top wide receiver ad or is it somebody like Demarcus Robinson the Rams with this puka theu injury we're waiting to hear more about that today I'm sorry we don't have news but again you can follow us on our social media platforms um you know we always keep you up to date in terms of the injuries deepo over here uh does some great work I think he broke it down last night on the show too so if you missed it you can go back and listen to uh the recap show and check out his take on pukaa uh but actually no probably not because it was on the uh the night game so they probably recorded that before but uh we'll get you that news whenever it comes out and he always breaks it down for us here Debo what do you think Marcus Robinson or is it dorch or is it Cooks I think Cooks is in the conversation the only reason I kind of pressed the the at least T pump the brakes on him a little bit is because the upcoming matchups are pretty bad I mean you got New Orleans you got Baltimore uh we could say what we want about the Giants secondary I think that they're middle of the road um I I do think that Demarcus Ro like if you need definitive help in the the short term um I think Demarcus Robinson and even Andre ysos and I know since at's offense looked terrible yesterday sure did but both of these guys I think can offer similar Standalone value as well as maybe even more upside like yosias is going to start in three wide receiver sets we're going to say better days are ahead for the Bengals passing attack and the upcoming matchups for him are better I mean Kansas City is kind of brutal but then you get the commanders and the Panthers those both look like defenses we are going to be picking on religiously this year and same thing with d Rob I mean they gets Arizona 49ers and Chicago two of those three matchups are pretty rough but I mean if you need a guy to start this week and looking I haven't even done week two ranks and stuff but I'm probably going to have Demarcus Robinson ranked above Brandon Cooks I mean the Cardinals man their secondary is putrid yeah you know Demarcus Robinson and Greg Dortch I have a fair amount of Demarcus Robinson shares because doing so many shows with you Derek in the off season you kept hammering home the health of cup and the health of Puka deua historically in the last three years even going back to puka in college and it just made a lot of sense I was like yeah Demarcus Robinson at some point even those deeper leagues I have Winningham shares too where I'm just like you know what I'm just just collecting Rams wide receivers for a rainy day and it's starting to rain already in week one a little bit uh dorch and Robinson I want to put those guys to you Fitz do you I mean both are 12% rostered uh both you know I think you can look at as being useful here uh dorch was somebody our friend laquan Jones from NFL who came on the show was talking up quite a bit dor has shown some points I expect a major correction week two of Marvin Harrison Jr usage just saying I'm not panicking about that at all everybody in fact buy him everywhere for people are freaking out but what do you make of dorch and Demarcus Robinson these are kind of the two and three guys on our list today yeah you were pointing out Joe was not a banner week one for Ohio Statewide receivers Terry McClaren Marvin Harrison Jr um who else L I'll give you I got the stats to back it up jsn two catches for 19 Curtis Samuel two for 15 Chris olve two for 11 Terry McClaren one for six and Marvin Harrison one for four and I have so much Harrison McClaren and I got a fair amount of jsn too I know you're a big old a guy like it was a rough day in the Ohio State streets there in the NFL it was um but I think there's a reasonable chance dorch is number three in the Target packing order behind Harrison and Trey McBride with the Cardinal so uh like I think he's underrated and very playable week to week is Geor more long-term investable like do you think like that's the better long-term season long investment then Robinson might be the better short-term guy yeah I do think Robinson is the better shortterm like he is the number two receiver with pukan nikua out in a pass heavy offense and that's pretty valuable in the short term long term he's basically a handcuff receiver to not one but two Rams wide receivers who both have pretty worrisome injury history so I think Demarcus Robinson is a good uh like he's nice to have in your back pocket for sure I'm not as excited about Andre yach I'm a little disappointed the Debro uh touting this ivy league receiver over Brandon Cooks who's at how many thousand yard seasons in how many different cities yeah stick up for us old guys Fitzy I love it let's go flavor of the month Derek Brown come on oh man oh man I love God I missed this I missed Monday morning I'm sorry I I like Youth and upside over well I'm not going to say hey my dad used to say Youth and skill is no match for old age and treachery there you go that's a good line uh all right Alec Pierce oh baby um Alec Pierce look he's 2% rostered I get it I understand but we all know after that incredible play people are going to be chasing that it was an unbelievable throw from anony Richardson uh no uh safety is truly safe in the NFL and Anthony Richardson is playing because if you look at what Pierce can do what Mitchell could do and and when DS comes back going down field to Richardson's able to just throw balls just 60 yards in the air it's it's incredible to watch so fits what do you do here because you feel like people are probably going to chase Pierce is that the wrong thing so be chasing Downs because of what Pierce did yesterday how do you make sense of this Alec Pierce is a nice commodity to have in basball leagues but I would not want to start him in a managed league and try to figure out if he is going to you know have one of these big days there will be a couple this season um but I also think there are going to be a lot of days where he is just a complete non-factor Josh DS coming back is going to threaten his Target counts uh and I do kind of expect ad I Mitchell at some point to pass Alec Pierce in the pecking order in Indianapolis I mean second round pick with an exotic combination of size and speed uh ad Mitchell I think is more attractive than me longterm than Alec Pierce I like that an exotic combination of size and speed God you're a word Smith Fitzy I mean seriously I mean Ser I mean what a beautiful way to put it uh so for people who are dropping ad Mitchell because I see people dro in him they should not be doing so I just want to be clear about that I know sometimes benches are short and you have to do what you have to do but I would try to hold on as long as possible okay Wan'Dale Robinson uh one more guy to talk about adding before more guys to drop wand Del Robinson 19% rostered for the New York football Giants uh not a good day for Daniel Jones but a good day for my wallet de bro because I bet the overall interceptions for Daniel Jones at 0. five what a glorious what a glorious prop that was talk about easy money um what do you make of wand Robinson's performance on Sunday is he somebody you want to add well I was very happy with his performance too cuz I bet the over for his receptions in week one if anybody's following my bets on betting Pros with.com Debo I believe right yes okay yes sir and he got so much volume I mean we have to talk about it we always say volume is King but good Lord I mean a 28% Target share for W Robinson 12 targets and I know it wasn't a sexy statline but in PPR it plays up man and I think if you're again I I like the wide receivers in in this bucket that I could immediately especially like depending on what your roster looks like what your wide receivers how many flexes you're starting that you could plug into your lineup this week I mean we just saw Baker Mayfield in the Bucks just absolutely ravage the commander secondary and now we see the Giants are going to get them this week and wandoo Robinson after coming off of so much Volume last week he gets the Washington commanders who allowed the highest PPR points per Target so yes I think w Robinson is a sneaky plug and play if you need him in as far as a flex play in a PPR format do you agree here Fitzy that uh wandell could be a useful Flex wide receiver uh and get us in double digit especially next week with that matchup not super excited I think he's kind of low ceiling but in a deeper League he might be playable all right what about dropping guys like Darnell Drop: Ja’lynn Polk, Adonai Mitchell, Darnell Mooney? money or Jaylen pulk those are guys who are hitting the waiver wire right now I see a lot of teams starting to drop those guys Fitzy are you okay with dropping those names to add some of the dorches and Brandon Cooks of the world yeah I'm okay with dropping pul and Mooney I'm okay with dropping any Patriots receiver Joe there are no westw Walkers and Julian edelman's here uh this year so yeah pulk Demario Douglas Javon Baker Sor Deo whoever you got you can is what it is there is raand Dre Stevenson and then there's everybody it's the raand Dre Stevenson show folks it's football in 1990 so if you like watching football 1990 the Patriots are for you kids uh all right Debo okay with dropping pulk and Mooney and uh are you holding ad Mitchell as well like Fitz is so I I'm fine with dropping pulk and Mooney uh I think we didn't see enough to even warrant consideration to keep them after week one but I I'll push back on Fitz a little bit on that like I I like Alec Pierce um now I I will say that there are some caveats low low passing but I know that he got only three targets but looking at I kind of worry about ad Mitchell's role in the offense I mean when Josh DS comes back ad Mitchell was the slot wide receiver with in week one with Downs out so if Downs comes back do we just automatically know that ad Mitchell who in Camp was splitting a lot of the opportunities with Alec Pierce Alec Pierce is coming out of Camp having a really solid camp like all the reports from camp on Alec Pierce were really really good we see ad Mitchell they were on Downs too let's not forget like Downs was the big so rank them rank them rest of season Downs Pierce and Mitchell it's it's that order I mean I think it's exactly in that order and I worry when Downs comes back he's going to resume the slot roll are we so sure that ad Mitchell is just going to automatically go back outside and then Pierce goes to the bench I think it could be the other way around because Pierce stacking solid games and I know that the volume wasn't great but we saw his role in the offense he's gonna be the field stretcher for right now so but in the next two to three weeks like the matchups that he has coming up against Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers those are matchups that heat that they can be had versus deep passing if it holds up and I mean we saw in week one we don't have really a whole lot to say that it doesn't hold up both those pass defenses last year gave up top six completion rates on deep passing so if you were looking at matchups where okay Alec pierce the volume might not be amazing but his role in that offense and if he hits on the big plays if he hits on big plays in two of those three next com upcoming games before Downs comes back yeah I mean he could easily keep the starting rle and it might not be a Mitchell do you agree with that order uh Fitzy that we laid out there Downs Pierce Mitchell or you have a different take on it I think I mean like Downs is sort of high floor low ceiling but I do think you have to put him in number two Debro they drafted ad Mitchell to replace Alec Pierce like I I get that then why hasn't he if he's so good why has why is he playing the slot look in all fairness ad Mitchell did have a a good spot there for a touchdown and and let's be honest and and maybe that the of what we're talking about too week one crazy things happen chaos happens uh I think they're all worth rostering I'm I'm still putting Downs ahead all of them like that the B the buzz early was downs and Richardson downs and Richardson that relationship so I think that's the one that I'm most concerned with but to Fitzy to your point I mean Mitchell was the guy they spent the draft capital on too so that doesn't mean nothing all right let's get to streamers for quarterback for tight Top Streamers end for defense and kickers uh Fitzy give me your quarterback streamer of the week here and why you like him not a Geno Smith great week for streaming quarterbacks Joe as far as obviously great matchups for widely unrested quarterbacks but I'll take Gino Smith against the Patriots in New England solid week one for Gino 18 of 25 171 yards one touchdown one interception four for 31 and a touchdown rushing which was kind of yeah just a solid streaming option next week all right Debo put some love on Baker Mayfield's Baker Mayfield name again I kept saying in all these how many of those leagues did we do in those those mock drafts was like yeah Baker Mayfield is a qb2 is fine like he was good last year it's a good performance for him again yesterday the guy just keeps getting it done 34% rostered let's go right yeah man and I watched every minute of that game yesterday Baker Mayfield looked really good and I I understand it's the commanders but if you watch the game he looked incredibly comfortable in that offense making Off Script plays he was accurate he was cool in the pocket like then he gets to Detroit Lions which yes the defense has been remade but we don't need to sleep on Baker Mayfield how good he looked in week one thrown for 289 almost 10 yards per attempt four touchdowns and we talk about adding something on the ground also 21 rushing yards so in a game where we're going to see a high total we're g to project points in this game I think Baker Mayfield's a fantastic streamer great throw he had to on that run we was getting wrapped up there that was a tremendous throw all right tight ends to stream this week D bro who do you have I got Tucker craft man um I I don't Tucker Kraft think anybody was expecting Tucker craft to come out of week one as the clear starter for the Green Bay Packers uh but it happened and again and I want to point out this with Tucker craft he also entered that game questionable like he wasn't fully healthy so looking at Tucker craft he only had a 50% route per dropback rate I think that goes up and a fantastic matchup I know Malik Willis is under going to be under Center but looking at for streamers and especially looking at for the tight end position if he gets into the end zone he's probably going to be a top 12 tight end and he was the clear starter and he was a top 12 tight end last year in multiple efficiency metrics and fantasy points per game when he was Green Bay starter so again we talk about Isaiah likele miss me with the 35% bids for Isaiah likeley I would much rather spend like two to three% of my fab and get tuck a craft this week Fair okay that's a fair assessment uh Fitzy streaming tight end for week two and I mean craft is the Packers top tight end ahead of Luke Musgrave now but I don't want to start any Packers pass catcher in the Colby Parkinson next few weeks until Jordan love comes back so give me Colby Parkinson for the Rams who I think might play an enhanced role with puka that's a good one too Fitzy let's go to the streaming defense of the week who do you have oh it's the Chargers Chargers Joe only 11% rostered over at Yahoo and they get the Panthers who had 193 total yards of offense against the Saints committed three turnovers and yielded four sacks the Chargers are going to be a top five defense this week is the Bryce young bust label appropriate already like can we can we say it can we just it already let give can time to try to fix him but the week one results were not encouraging to say the least I'll say this Carolina needs to draft a quarterback in this upcoming draft well luckily they're going to be up high in the draft to be able to do that uh Quinn yours get ready you're moving to Carolina wherever you think it Jaguars might be uh Debo streaming defense of the week is Jacksonville Jaguars and I'm just going to keep this short and simple did anybody else watch deshun Watson play quarterback on week one yeah they did play Jacksonville all right there you go all right uh real quick give me a kicker uh where you like the total D bro Chris Boswell maybe uh maybe get some love there uh I I'll go with Chris Boswell for p Pittsburgh and looking at a lot of short Fields going against Denver I mean we just saw what the Steelers defense did to Kurt Cousins what do you think they're going to do to Bo Nickson week too fair enough uh kicker you want to stream a kicker here this week who would it be Fitzy cyos Santos quietly third in Cairo Santos kicker scoring last year and look uh Caleb Williams he's going to make some plays but one thing that's hard for rookie quarterbacks to do is figure it out inside the Red Zone we typically don't see high touchdown totals for rookie quarterbacks I think the Bears might
