what's up guys this is Bolt struck with duck and today we're going over the Chargers versus Cowboys preseason week three matchup so I just want to start this video with an I Told You So about Darius Davis I was ranting about him having a big year this year and first play of the game first pre-season touchdown of the year for the Chargers yes I said that correctly and yes that is very sad uh but 70 yard end round I said in last week's video I already love how the offense is using darus Davis in some end round some options some screens he's just when you have someone that fast on the team you just got to give him the ball you know whether it's as a returner a running back a receiver in a trick play get my boy Darius Davis the ball I'm buying all the Darius Davis stock I'm very much in on him this year um so really really cool and sticking with the wide receivers uh it's a deep group I mean like I've mentioned before no true number ones per se but a lot of talent in there and uh seimi foko shout out to him uh I think is earned a roster spot uh played really really well in the little bit that he played last season has played really really well this preseason and then had the second preseason touchdown of the year on that long um 70ish something yard bomb but he's he's more than earned a roster spot just because he's not one of the big names they brought in this year or wasn't a big name returner last year uh don't don't underestimate SEI foko shout out to him and another dog we're talking about Tony Jefferson we brought him in um he actually unretired to sign with us veteran safety three Force turnovers looked awesome it's always good to have veteran presence in the locker room especially in a young outside of Derwin James A young DB group uh he he earned his spot he just plays really really tough really really fast I think that's always a guy Jesse Miner our defensive coordinator uh would like on the staff and speaking of dog speaking of goats Dicker the kicker believe he had a perfect pre-season I mean just what a breath of fresh air from the the circus that has been the Chargers kicking position um outside of Dustin Hopkins you know he was great you know he ended up losing the kicker battle to uh Dicker the kicker he was good but it's been a circus at the kicker position you know forever for the Chargers literally forever you know just seems like we're always cursed at that position you know guys like Nate kading who were awesome and then just fell apart in the playoffs uh young way cou who was horrible for us and then ended up being statistically the best kicker in the league one or two years uh it's just great to have a guy who seems like an awesome guy seems like a good locker room guy deserves his success and has just been balling out so I just wanted to shout him out too and then uh last thing which is not preseason related but this did come out this week is the Chargers got stuck in an elevator may or may not have heard that um yeah apparently it was about 15 players and staff including Justin Herbert and they had to be evacuated out by by the fire department and stuff and apparently during one of those conversations with Justin Herbert and Dan Fouts Dan Fout said while he was announcing that Herbert's foot is good to go and you may or may not have seen But Herbert was fully suited up at least coming out of the tunnel for this preseason game and then was on the sideline coaching uh but it sounds like Herbert's good to go and that's bad news for Raiders fans week one so we got one more week off and then it's go time so I'm super excited now that preseason is over what's your biggest takeaway my favorite players of this preseason have been Darius Davis and kman Vidal let me know who your favorites have been in the comments below make sure to like the video if you liked the video subscribe for more Chargers content and I'll see you guys in the next one thanks
