Caesar you can become the second one that could be just you so go ahead and knock that out real quick uh Josh let's start with what did we What did we learn from Week 1? learn last week so obviously week one is a large guessing game um because we're going last year's prior what we believe is going to happen come out of free agency now we have some data at our disposal and what is your big takeaway I do want to throw uh Charlene up on the screen week one was brutal yes that was the takeaway and you know what I meant to mention this in the industry or intro the Christian mcaffrey situation oh my God just remember as angry as you are he's not always going to play on Monday night but this is a lesson to be learned you have a questionable guy on Monday night have somebody on your bench that you can get in there and also keep your Monday night players in the flex uh so that that's a big takeaway but Josh you have some some more analytical takeaways from week one yeah I think the biggest thing and we talked about this a little bit yesterday like my definitive andt like takes that I know and I feel strongly about through one week of the season the Giants and the Panthers are the two worst teams in football um but keep this in mind too game script will manipulate some of these numbers that you are seeing when everything starts getting manipulated right blowouts San Francisco or now excuse yeah San Francisco really blowing out and dominating that game against the Jets on Monday night Saints just just pounding the Panthers um you know there a lot of other games look at the uh bears tenness game right Tennessee was up 17 for much of that game Bears didn't score a single touchdown on offense yeah they got bailed out by two defensive scores game script will play a lot into manipulating how these teams run I think there's some definitive data especially when you look at like the Falcons for instance they've ran a lot of three wide receiver sets both Drake London and darnel Mooney I believe had a and Kyle pittz actually had a 100% route percentage amongst of them those are numbers that we want to see and really line up with how our preseason takes um of those offenses played out when you start looking at teams like the Ravens right they ran a lot of 12 Personnel getting both Mark Anders and Isaiah likeley on the field at the same time there's also not a lot of depth behind Z flowers and Rashad baiton their top two wide receivers this is and the offensive line not great for everybody that was all high on Derrick Henry this year I tried to tell you guys this offensive line is not the same as last year he's going to do great don't get me wrong but that increased efficiency that we haven't seen the last three years may not be there and it certainly wasn't there in week one this team is going to run a lot of 12 Personnel so take that into consideration when you are going through and scouring the waiver wire trying to look at who you should be picking up the stats are going to be right in front of you it's easy to pick up the guys like Isaiah likeley and the people that really popped right those can be onewe wonders look at the people that maybe only had three or four targets didn't light up the stat sheet those are going to be the players that make an impact two to three weeks down the road that you're getting in on two to three weeks beforehand no I think that's a really good point and there's a few players when we get to the wide receiver section that I want to bring up in that similar situation where they may not have popped week one but there are other things to look at uh guys we see all the questions I'm going to get those in after a segment here so just bear with us a little bit um my big takeaway Josh we we hit on this again yesterday guys we go live so many times so we had our our our anxiety show yesterday where we recap the week and lament all of the terrible things that happened this Show's going to be more focused on waivers but Josh um I think QB still might hate tight ends despite what we saw in 20 is quarterbacks or is it the offensive coordinator or the offensive coordinators yeah um only three tight ends had more than five targets only two had more than 50 yards and only five tight ends scored a touchdown in week one o and Josh you had a really cool stat in here from uh Ian harlets uh Titans combined for 1100 yards and five touchdowns that is the lowest single week total over the last five seasons B yeah and so you saw it and that's gonna come up we have already in the chat waiver questions about tight ends and you're not going to like our answer because it's pretty much you have to stand Pat if you have a starter and then the other thing I I don't have all the stats to back this offensively the Panthers and Giants are bad bad offenses it's concerning it's great if you have a Fantasy Defense that's streaming them I just saw the funniest post apparently the Panthers and Giants play each other in Germany this year and it said that that is America's final punishment for World War II is making Germany watch that game that's amazing they're bad um I said yesterday I would sell off all of my Panthers including Jonathan Brooks if you had a buyer Josh disagrees with that and the more I rationally thought about it is probably worth waiting on some of the more talented players on that offense um but yeah it's interesting look if you're telling me that I can trade Jonathan Brooks to get a James Connor orre Stevenson that I would do and that's kind of the point I was trying make yesterday is if they send an offer that just seems ridiculous for this rookie running back so I agree yeah there there's definitely that aspect of it I mean with with with the Panthers like look I hyped up Deontay Johnson all off season he was gonna see the targets I believe he had a 35% Target share yeah like that's again that's great at that point it just boils down so Bryce Young's got to get him the football there's only so much that a man can do if things just aren't going his way but the target share is promising this team's going to be in a lot of negative game scripts hopefully that offensive line can really like gel a little bit faster than maybe we want them to um because things are going to get better or at least I want to hope they get better but that defense is still very much a work in progress and they're going to give up a lot of points yeah uh guys I want to talk about the waiver article you don't just need to listen to us talk if you want to read about the Britt’s Top 5 Waiver Adds top five waiver claims this week our girl Brit Flynn going to be writing for us this entire season except weeks that she can and then you're stuck with me again um but her article is available on the website right now clubfantasy ffl.com and you'll see the very first article is Brit's top five waiver claims her top five this week Josh Isaiah likely I'm gonna read off the rostered percentages because I don't feel like doing math on the fly so on sleeper he's in 30% of leagues Yahoo 28% ESPN 10% so Isaiah likely available in 70% or more leagues on every major site and then I mentioned the Giants offense but Brit is in on juandale Robinson uh rostered on 18% on sleeper 10 on Yahoo seven on ESPN Demarcus Robinson I think that's going to be a popular name this week 11% on sleeper six on Yahoo eight% on ESPN so he's available in about 90% of Leagues with puka akua going to the IR my favorite Justice Hill 11% on sleeper four on Yahoo three on ESPN I think he's a smash pickup this week and then Alexander Madison who may have usurped a job in week one 9% on sleeper four on Yahoo 10% on ESPN Josh you kind of already already touched on Isaiah likely so I'm gonna put your feet to the fire here I was a little shocked at the Fab percentage that Brit threw out there because it was super reasonable and I don't know if people are going to be reasonable for Isaiah likely what would you bid on Isaiah likeley and what do you think he goes for o uh um I honestly if let's use $100 as your base for FB right I I feel like that's pretty much a lead standard um if I had to guess it and it really depends on people's tight end situation I mean you're gonna have half the league that is probably like I need a tight end 100% honestly I wouldn't be shocked if it's 30 to 50% and that's where I stood Brit said that's kind of where I'm at I I've SE said 10 to 15 or to 20 she was so low and I'm not you know and I don't that's the right number I agree that is the right number because tight ends we in and week out you can stream them so I don't I don't love the idea of blowing all of your Fab on a tight end I would much rather do that on a wide receiver or running back but as I mentioned early in the show this team's going to run a lot of 12 Personnel there's very much an opportunity for Isaiah likely to consistently be a top 10 tight end every week even if he's not putting up 26 points like he did this past week so I don't hate the percentage because again I believe that is correct but this is fantasy football there's a lot of irrational minded people that just want to make sure they get their guy so my league is introducing Fab for the first time this season my home league in 19 years first time I already people don't know how to use it they are I already know people are blowing their entire Budget on is likely they have told me they're like well I have no money left after this week I was like yes welcome to zero dollar bids guys I see all the questions I'm actually about to get a few of them up on the screen right now but I want to throw out if you ask about a specific player like Tyler Johnson or the Rams tight end situation I might save that until we get to that section of the show the show is going to be broken down into different positions so Josh let's knock out a few of these user uh questions first I just want to quickly get Charlene up on the screen she said bro Cal kicked her ass in a Chat questions league guess what he kicked my ass in a league this week too so how do we uh I know we can get super backers how do we eliminate people how can we make sure Calvin's not in here stealing all this information just to beat us with it Josh we mentioned a bunch of these guys uh cat for life is in a situation where he wants us to kind of rank he may need to uh make one or two moves and he wants to know he has um Devon Shan should his priority be handcuffing Jeff Wilson here mine when I look at this list is Justice Hill that's who I would be going for hard off of this specific list yeah especially at running back I do like bsby uh the usage last week was very encouraging um um but he's not going to be a factor in the passing game that is all Travis etn so you're basically looking at a you know first second down Hammer at that point and if his efficiency dips at all Bigsby becomes waiver wire fodder in five weeks right yeah uh Hill's going to see a lot of work he's the passing down back in that offense uh at least until Keat Mitchell comes off of ir um so that's who I would prioritize Jeff Wilson was there for the experience this is going to be Jaylen Wright's job I'm not going to waste any waiver priority or Fab to get uh Jeff Wilson at the running back position yeah I think that's fair I thought we had more but they're all going to play better into the positional talk so I'm going to save some of those other questions Josh will uh let's get started with the position so as I mentioned we are going to break this down oh no I forgot we have the other section first this is my favorite section that Josh added that I didn't know about we're calling this section mayday mayday and Mayday! Mayday! Time to Cut these guys. these are the folks that you may have drafted and it's okay to admit you are wrong it is time to bail I originally was going to skip right past this section for week one but when I was doing my research two names popped for me and I'm just going to quickly throw these guys out here the first brings a smile to my face Cole KT rostered in 74% of super leagues 58 on Yahoo 42 on ESPN only 33% route participation he was behind Gerald Everett does he get a boost if romad dun misses time probably I don't care cut Cole KT Luke Musgrave operating behind Tucker craft which there speaks volumes Tucker craft was injured in the preseason Musgrave should be ahead of him already working behind him rostered in 30% of sleeper leagues 55 on Yahoo 9% on ESPN I am okay with cutting bait and then Josh you're ready to move on from the Bears running back situation yeah khil Herbert Roshan Johnson was a healthy scratch which was really surprising uh they want to use DeAndre Swift I mean Swift got a a big bulk of work with Philly last year really showed that you know what he can he can be that you know 60% guy and he's very talented in the passing game the way that Caleb Williams is holding on to the football DeAndre Swift is going to see some dump off targets uh because Caleb needs to get bailed out so I I like Swift's upside after week one and again I understand games Script Pro probably played into it but there's a chance that this continues again we are talking about a rookie quarterback I understand Caleb Williams is is do any quarterback that's come out in a really long time but he's still a rookie and he's going to have rookie mistakes and he had one definitely this week so um but yeah C Herbert he's not used much in the passing game anyway so if they're going to continue to use DeAndre Swift he's a a back end of the of the roster kind of running back and that tells me that he can get moved on from very quickly Josh does that continue over into Dynasty Ben sonat get dropped in a non tight end premium Dynasty League uh they would have to drop khil Herbert or Marvin Mims I don't know that I'm ready to give up on mims in Dynasty but Herbert is a aging running back and I know it's weird calling 25y old people or whatever he is aging benat is the new hotness at tight end you hope but it's certainly Zack's team right now yeah even in non-tight end premium I have zero issue going to get benenson not um we say this all the time you're always chasing at the tight end position there's so few Elite options and you're playing a streaming game right in any Dynasty League waivers are going to be thin and if that's the case I want every available option at the end of my roster as I can get go get Ben not khil Herbert means literally nothing no I think that's fair let's move into Morse code Josh and this is Best QB Waivers why you're here right now we are ready to help you get a leg up on your league these are the cheat codes these are the waiver priorities starting with quarterback just like in my article Josh I love that you only found two guys and I found nobody to add to it because there it's typically very shallow waivers and there's going to be a ton of guys available after waivers have run but our number one priority is Baker Mayfield he is out there in 60% of sleeper League 65% of Yahoo and 65% of ESPN leagues then you got Derek Carr Derek Carr is only rostered on 133% on sleeper 10% on yaho and 4% on ESPN and we actually had a question pertaining to the quarterbacks uh everything's kind of mixed up here Josh so I'm going to have you talk about these guys but Millie Mills lost Jordan love and was thinking about going Baker or staffield or Stafford D stream until love comes back and then we'll talk about Parkinson obviously a little bit later but Baker's our number one guy Stafford didn't quite make the list where where do we stand we love Baker Mayfield though yeah I mean losing puka definitely hurt Stafford but the way that he wants to hyper Target Cooper cup anyway I I don't think it's really going to matter that much and and you know we'll we'll get to the wide receivers that can ultimately step up for puka here in a bit but the way the baker's playing right now I think it's really hard to sit him he's not afraid to spread the football around there's a lot of confidence in the system and he's playing with a Swagger that we really haven't seen since his early Cleveland days yeah and that is a dangerous Baker Mayfield I'm very much fine with going out and getting Baker Mayfield two top weapons jayen McMillan looked really good and really he could have had more than just the one touchdown and one catch absolutely um so I really it really just kind of depends on the matchups for me I don't have the schedules right in front of me but um Ryan I know you're a streaming guy so I I'll Trust your opinion on this but I haven't D deeply into the questions but I look at Baker As better than a streaming option because of the weapons I like to focus on weapons with that another if you're looking for streaming Sam darnold's a name that is going to jump off of a lot of list I think Derek Carr is another one who's playing with a lot of confidence right now Sergio mentioned you know with Lamar questionable for week two should they look to pick up and play somebody one I think you're going to be absolutely fine with Lamar um but two it depends on how deep your bench is I'm not one when I have a stud quarterback I won't go grab somebody to keep the rest of the league from getting him unless they're somebody who's too good and they already mentioned Mayfield's not out there honestly ride the week out do not waste much of your Fab on these quarterbacks it's something I said every time I wrote this article was quarterbacks there's just so many on the waiver wire Josh there's not a lot of reason to spend a ton of FAP on them yeah 100% that's why we only listed two uh most of the quarterbacks are going to be rostered anyway um especially in your your standard home leagues most people will end up drafting two probably a lot earlier than they need and they're all gonna get cut this week and they're all going to get cut this week next week week three right so um you know it's easy to look at Derek Carr and be like look we need to add him right Panthers are just bad uh I'm I'm curious to see how this offense evolves I'm not rushing to get car but if I had to prioritize one or the other for me out of these two it's definitely Baker uh when it comes to Lamar I think he's gonna be fine he's got 10 days to rest up so you know if you play on sleeper use that auto sub option right I think that's that's a great tool especially if your league is green lit it um ju I would keep an eye on things maybe don't rush to waste a priority you know let waivers actually clear see who ultimately ends up as still available if you need a onewe fill in I'm sure there's going to be an option for you yeah Sergio I I understand what you're asking we don't know who's on your waiver wire Derek Carr Sam darnold are our picks right now um and then Josh let me put you on the spot here back to Millie's question about Jordan love who would you cut of tank Dell Pat Fruth keeping in mind that he lost Ferguson jammo and Jaden Reed I couldn't cut any of those guys I feel like it has to be tank Dell I would not cut tank Dell that's but he needs a quarterback he has to or he did ask does he just bite the bullet and cut Jordan love oh I don't know I wouldn't I know it's rough yeah he can't cut he I was gonna say I would be looking to make a trade like try to try to trade trade J uh that we and you know maybe package him with something to get a a quarterback and another piece maybe um obviously you need to keep frm because you you likely lost Ferguson um you could also look to maybe trade high on Jaden Reed too I think trade to me is is the route to go right you're ultimately people are going to see that you lost Jordan love so they're the price is going to be high right yeah that's why I would try to dangle Jameson Williams yeah targets outperformed to monra St Brown somebody is going to to believe right and I do think J has a pretty solid season but it's not going to be the level of a monor St Brown it's not going to be one of those top 12 probably not even a top 24 guy he's gonna have some very boom bu weeks he's not going to be somebody that you can rely on starting week in and week out yeah you know hang on to read obviously there's that stack potential with Jordan love but see if you can package uh J uh to really go out and get that option that can help fill in for uh Jordan love yep guys we're going to move on to running backs here I'm going to Best RB Waivers get to all the trade questions after the running back section here so when we look at the top running backs we were able to identify five keep in mind these don't include the guys that Brit already had listed we love Justice hill we love Alexander Madison these are the five kind of deeper ones so we have tank bsby out of Jacksonville available or excuse me rostered in 11% on uh sleeper five on Yahoo four on ESPN Jalil mcgoffin the more rostered 44% on sleeper and ESP and only 37 on Yahoo Bucky Irving the rookie out of Tampa Bay 25% on sleeper 21 on Yahoo 20 on ESPN audri ese a lower rostered guy out of Denver 8% on sleeper two on Yahoo two on ESPN and Emanuel Wilson the primary backup in Green Bay right now 5% on sleeper 2% on uh Yahoo one on ESPN Josh I think everybody's gonna kind of go after tank bsby and the other guys that we mentioned earlier in the show Jalil mclin's an interesting one because neither he nor Javon Williams look good what are your thoughts on Jalia mlin in that Denver situation on a team that has a lot of growing up to do if you will yeah it boils down to the passing game um they Shawn Peyton put it pretty plainly in this game script mlin is our passing down back uh Javon Williams is going to see some targets I don't think it's going to be near the volume of JAL mlin just based on the uh the first week and Shawn Payton led the NFL last year in targets to the running back position I see no reason why that's going to change uh Jalil mlin stature is definitely one um that is questionable because he's a pretty slight guy but if they're going to use him they're gonna use him so go out and get him till the wheels fall off I think that's somebody that you can get for under 5% of your fat I think this is also an interesting way of the old way of thinking not necessarily working anymore there was a ton of talk about how Jalil mcclin is a terrible passing blacker and would not be able to be on the field on passing downs but if they know they're going to use him as a receiver I don't think they care if he's a bad pass Walker anymore and that's something for us to start thinking about correct yeah and that's kind of where I'm at I mean you're you're still looking at a Young quarterback B Knicks first start two interceptions he's going to get pressured he's gonna scramble he's gonna panic when quarterbacks Panic they either throw it deep or they dump it off yeah and those dump offs are going to be what Jalil mlin will Bank on so especially in PPR formats J Jal Jalil mlin is somebody I would be prioritizing Josh if I asked you to pick between the bottom three guys here Bucky Irving audri EST and a man Wilson where are you putting your priority for the next three weeks probably Emanuel Wilson okay um and the reason I say that is because with Malik Willis coming in they're going to rely on that running game they have to rely on that running game you have to get the ball out of Malik Willis's hands because his his arm is not going to win you any games so I just I don't see a scenario where J Josh Jacobs is going to handle 9 99% of the touches yeah I like don't get me wrong I would love it as somebody that's been very high on Josh Jacobs but uh Emanuel Wilson had some juice and I think you have to be able to work in that hyper efficiency into a rotation to keep a defense honest especially when the quarterback is not threatening that defense so that to me is again that's somebody that I could probably get for a dollar$ two dollars not a lot of people are going to be like hey I gotta go get Emanuel Wilson because keep in mind he played Friday he didn't play Monday play Sunday exactly out of side out of mind he could probably end up passing through waivers and you get him without having to spend any Fab Bucky Irving he looked great running the football hands down I mean he averaged what over six yards a carry I believe yeah and Rashad white was two he was at like two he had 16 carries for 31 yards I made a joke during our Tampa Bay preview during the summer that we might finally see a Tampa Bay running back with more than four yards per carry for the first time in like three years there you go we're off to a great start only got 16 more weeks to go yeah uh but I do I love I love Bucky Irving um again it's gonna be very similar to tank bsby in the sense that he's probably not going to be seeing a ton of passing work I think the biggest difference is Bucky Irving has shown pass catching prop chops so there is an opportunity there for him to still see some passing down work but it is very clear that Rashad white has that passing down roll locked up absolutely I think that's a a really good point they're they're not ready to hand off the batan Yet Josh we didn't he didn't make the show sheet and I think this because we all just thought it was a little bit too obvious but Jordan Mason is out there in quite a few leagues what kind of Fab is he worth as we get ready to move on from running backs I not much I'm just H I'm like I think that people are going to overreact to a great performance and in reality if Christian mcaffrey is playing he's playing plain and simple that you're not going to see a ton of Jordan Mason he's not going to have a lot of value the only reason you go out and spend big on Jordan Mason is either a you roster Christian mcaffrey which in all honesty you probably already have Jordan Mason at that point or B you're blowing a ton of Fabs simply to trade Jordan Mason to the Christian mcaffrey manager yep I just don't see a reason outside of that to be blowing 30 to 50% of my fabb on Jordan Mason I'm I'm Galaxy braining this and I'm actually trying to trade Christian mcaffrey to the Jordan Mason manager after last night and see not Checkers baby exactly I promise you that trade offer is out in multiple leagues right now um I find this interesting they lied to us about Tai Spears We're not gonna get into the whole Tai Spears and it is only week one but my question Josh the names we've mentioned would you cut Tai J Spears for Emanuel Wilson for Bucky Irving I certainly would for justice I would not okay I still think that this is going to be um a split Back Field is basically what it was you know Pard was the early down back Taj Spears was in on the passing down keep in mind again Tennessee was up 17 points early in this game they did not have a reason to keep a passing down back on the field we saw this team collapse what does that tell you when they play really good team they're probably going to be trailing that is going to benefit Taj Spears uh and then last running back question before we get into the trade question shot Chase brown tank bigie Alexander Madison Bucky Irving he is leaning Bixby from this specific group it's bsby or Madison for me as well yeah I'm GNA lean Madison simply because again looking at game scripts that Raiders offense not great they're going to be in a lot of passing down situations so I think Madison is going to see a lot more work than people want to I believe all right before we move on to wide receivers Josh we got quite a few trade questions so I'm going to try Trade questions to go from top to bottom here uh let's get some answers to these trade questions we have dubs with Dewey uh giving up his Joe Mixon and Rashi rice to gain Jonathan Taylor and puka nikua um puka obviously out for the next four weeks Josh I don't think I'm making this deal I don't think yeah I'm yeah I'm hanging on to Mixon and rice here the way they use Joe Mixon is chef's kiss yeah I was just that's exactly where I was going to go with this Josh is I don't know that JT is a big enough upgrade I love Jonathan Taylor love seeing him getting his ass in the end zone I don't think he's a big enough upgrade over what we might see out of Joe Mixon in Houston this year I agree all right agree Nino asks he got offered DJ Moore for Malik neighbors I imagine that means he is giving up his Malik neighbors to get DJ Moore Josh I want out of that Giants offense I am making this deal yeah I feel like this is kind of a overreaction a little bit to the massive Target share that Keenan Allen saw in week one people kind of think that oh well this great season that DJ Moore had he's now just the wide receiver too on this team again I'm not 100% sold the Bears are going to be trailing every single game I think this was more a product of you know Caleb Williams just needing to get it off DJ Moore's routes are going to be you know five to 10 yards plus down the field Keenan Allen is going to be living in that zero to 10 range right he's the safer option he's the veteran he knows how to get open there's a level of trust I think with figuring out how to sit into a Zone when Caleb Williams is trying to scramble to create a play right yeah I'm still on the DJ Moore side of this I was very Pro DJ Moore heading into the season Malik neighbors is going to see a ton of targets but you know what W Robinson saw more targets going to say I don't know about the word a ton anymore I had him at 145 and backed him down to 135 already so that's still a ton of targets like it's not the 160 of the elitar Chase and Justin Jefferson and those guys but he's going to see a lot of Targets in this offense but at the end of the day this is still a really bad offense so bad Bears aren't a great offense either but I think they have more potential to be at least a League average offense so give one quarterbacks can get better I I agree wholeheartedly the only the only way that Daniel Jones gets better is when he leaves the Giants exactly so Malik neighbors's situation is not going to get any better it's the point all right Ravens is asking Devonte Adams and Devon Shane for Stefan Diggs and Monty full PPR I am probably going right side on this um I think Diggs and Adams might be the same guy this season and I want the touchdown upside of Monty versus the injury downside kind of Devon Shane Josh yeah but only one of these running backs has overall running back one potential in that that's 100% true give me the best player in this trade and that's aan yeah I right is the safe side left is the upside um so it just depends on where you want to go we each would pick a different winner in this trade but that's and here's the thing we talked about this yesterday on anxiety Devonte Adams 5 for 59 not a bad statline you throw in a touchdown that's a top 15 week so again these are quarterbacks I expect to see get better they're still just not doing great with that system so I agree and then final trade question before we move on uh Stephenson on his bench he can get Anthony Richardson and Jaylen Warren if he gives up Jam o and Monty Josh I guess who's your quarterback Millie I don't know if we saw that anywhere uh if this is that same oh the Jordan love situation Jordan love go get a rich you kidding me yeah make that trade because then then when Jordan love comes back you get to trade Jordan love to the next guy who lost their quarterback and or sell high on a i you definitely do it that way too so yeah I don't mind that all right let's move on to the wide receivers I got a lot to Best WR Waivers list off I'm just going to kind of give you guys an idea of how much they're available Rasheed Shahed available in about 50% of all leagues Adam thielen again 50 to 60% of all leagues Brandon Cook about 60% of all leagues Quinton Johnston's out there in about 80% of leagues Greg dorch about 90% Devon v a name not many of us new coming into the season he's out there in almost 100% of leagues in fact the rest of this list is about 100% Josh Reynolds competing with v out there in Denver Ray Ray McLoud the Mr do it everything for the Atlanta Falcons Alec Pierce Mr catch every deep ball from Anthony Richardson Jaylen McMillan um out there n 100% it says obviously it's not 100% but 99% of sleeper leagues Tyler Johnson some people asked about Tyler Johnson and Jordan Whittington with puka nakua out how are we going to uh divide those guys up Josh I want to just quickly knock out some of the big names here let you talk about some of the smaller names Rasheed Shahed and if you need a wide receiver he's a must add the problem I'm having right now is I need running backs and Rasheed is my best cut candidate and I'm still not doing it Brandon Cooks scores the first touchdown for the Dallas Cowboys the smile that came across my face when that happened these are players that if you need a starter if you're not looking for upside you're looking for a starter and these guys have the upside too these are the two I'm going after wholeheartedly Josh and then feel free to talk about any other names yeah see he definitely going after Brandon Cook's definitely going after especially with the um Ferguson injury he's going to see a lot of work Greg dorge I'm gonna give a shout out to our buddy lacoin Jones with NFL fantasy he's been hammering Greg dorge was second on the team with a 27% Target share no I don't think that continues but until Marvin Harrison gets up the speed and figures out how to get off of NFL Corners Greg dorks is going to see a lot of work he can be that early season guy for Kyler before Marvin Harrison really gets going um any others here the the Denver run or wide receiver situation is very interesting to me and that's what I wanted to bring up with the Denver and the Rams and I just want to throw scampers up on the screen he was the one who mentioned Tyler Johnson not really asking the question he's just saying he's also worth the stab is Josh I worry that only one of these guys are gonna pop so you kind of have to pick the right one for Denver and for the Rams I agree so with Denver Josh Reynolds is is the veteran I think he's probably going to be on the field the most now whether that actually leans towards more targets is a very different story but you know we we've seen this with Shawn pyton before who the is a l Jordan Humphrey this is what he does right he he throws out the most random ass people and you're just like why do I have to pay attention to this person again oh wait because he's a freaking Shawn Payton favorite apparently but again Josh Reynolds is kind of the veteran guy I think that would be some that um B knck will lean on um but again I mean you're still talking about a very small piece of a pie like Courtland Sutton saw 20% Target share and he's the number one guy they're going to spread the football around I'm not going to prioritize a Denver R wide receiver here but I will 1,00% prioritize a Rams wide receiver here and to me that is Tyler Johnson I am gonna quickly throw out before you talk Tyler Johnson Demarcus Robinson was talked about in Brit's article and we are high on Demarcus Robinson as well I agree no and I'm not discounting that by any means I to me Tyler Johnson is the fallback right but the one thing that I like about Shawn Payton's offense and you tend to see it a lot with these like Kyle Shanahan trees they don't it's not like next man up in the sense that you know if Jaylen waddle gets hurt then now the slot receiver becomes the next guy right it's whoever is the direct backup to jayen Wadd is the next guy we've SE it when Debo Samuel gets hurt right and Ronnie Bell catches a freaking touchdown because he's the direct backup that's what you want to prioritize here Demarcus Robinson is still going to get his they're going to run 11 his role is was already his his role does not change correct what changes is Tyler Johnson is now puka AA and how they operate puka AA that is how Tyler Johnson is going to run it was the same thing last year with tutu Atwell when Cooper cup got hurt tutu Atwell slotted into that role he started to get more utilization he caught a few more touchdowns obviously not to the extent of Cooper cup because let's face it tutu Atwell is not Cooper cup but this is how that tree and that system works Tyler Johnson is tailor made for this system and I love it as somebody who was big on Tyler Johnson coming out of college he was one of my favorite wide receivers yeah early breakout age granted it was Minnesota but still he finds this new system maybe it starts to work and we start to see the Tyler Johnson that I thought we could see coming out of Minnesota I think there's a real opportunity here for everybody to go blow their money on Demarcus Robinson you play it a little bit safe go get Tyler Johnson for cheap that's how you win in the waiver wire and I'm all about it yeah I I think that's a really good point um I'm gonna throw Craig up on the screen here he says he's ready to move on from DK metf he's picking up Rashid rice on waivers let me just quickly say Rashid rice shouldn't be on waiver so yes get him but don't cut assuming this is a smaller lead yeah but don't cut DK I just want to throw that out there there you have a better option DK is gonna be fine DK faced a really tough Corner this week this was expected Club Fantasy had been talking about this we knew this was not going to be a good DK mcaf week so uh don't give up on DK I'm fine like if you don't want to start him this week because you want to see if he's good he's good don't cut him let me just throw that out there because I don't want to see that happen all right so questions in the chat guys we're not going to let you go unanswered I do want to finish up the show sheet and then we'll come back to all the questions Josh we got a pretty big tight end room but I got to be honest you did Best TE Waivers the the sheet for me and I appreciate it I was shocked to see most of these names just because they suck but then again tight end sucks this is all about getting ahead of the curve knowing the information it's not hey I gotta go rush to get these guys yeah absolutely so you got uh Noah Fant available in you know about 80% of leagues Parkinson available in 90% of the league Zack hers in about 90% Greg doul in 95% Tucker craft working ahead of Luke Musgrave available in 95% of leagues Hayden Hurst about 96% Gerald Everett 98% then you have guys who are available Josh Oliver 100% of leagues Jordan Akin 100% And the name I forgot to put on here is Luke Schoonmaker probably 100% of leagues and then two names that you didn't have on the list and I don't know if they just felt too obvious to you but I was shocked at their availability chika cono in non-sleeper leagues is out there in 80% of leagues he's available in 50% of sleeper leagues Mike gaseki out there in about 90% of leagues and and obviously we saw some decent weeks from them though you do point out the the obvious there was no T Higgins for Mike gaseki to compete with but Chao would probably be if I'm struggling for a tight end right now he's the guy I would go after Josh yeah I just felt like the touchdown was it's kind of a fluke I mean that's basically what you're banking on with him there's not a lot of value in terms of Target share and yards and all that good stuff which those are the types of things that I really want to see from a tight end um and also route percentage yards per route run things like that chicka conqua is a talented tight end I'm not discounting that by any means this is still right out of the Cincinnati Bengals system that doesn't Target the tight end very often so I don't want to Hype people up to blow a bunch of Fab on chika cono and let's also keep in mind DeAndre Hopkins while he played dealing with the MCL tear so he was a little slow to get going but I think he's gonna be slow for four weeks and if that's the case then yeah chika cono probably will have some value it's the same you H the best point like quarterback I don't Advocate ever blowing a lot of Fab on tight end except for Isaiah likeley who again 20 to 30% just because he's the second best wide receiver on his team I agree yeah and and that that's a lot of the reason why I didn't initially put a cono because I just didn't want to get people sucked in to be like oh my God he scored a touchdown I got to put 10% on it like no that's that's not the case I'm talking no more than 5% on any tight end not name is Isaiah likely but Josh you do have some names on here that we saw some interesting things from week one that may carry over into the future yeah we talked um Kobe Parkinson a little bit um you know taking over kind of that Tyler higgy role he was brought in over from Seattle actually signed a pretty decent sized contract track he's going to get some work obviously with puka getting hurt now he's likely to see an increased role which we've seen from Tyler higgy in the past when some of these wide receivers go down they start relying on that tight end position a little bit more with the uncertainty I think he becomes a streaming option Zack Herz I was hyping him up all off season Jaden Daniels and him have a connection they developed it in the preseason and 177% Target share 82% route participation those are great numbers for a tight end obviously the production wasn't really there Bucks have a really good defense better days are ahead and oh by the way they play the Giants next week yeah just throwing that out there guys that's a win it's basically he's going to be the early season option at tight end until Ben sonat maybe potentially gets up and going but we've seen some good things from Zack Herz people were just fading him because he got old I'm more than willing to get him for a dollar$ two dollars and be happy with that y Tucker craft we mentioned it Luke Musgrave basically zeros Ross the board with Malik Willis coming in a tight end is a young quarterback's best friend he's going to operate in that short to intermediate and that's about as far down the field as Malik Willis can get it hopefully it's just accurate enough and you mentioned it with the Cole KET Mayday section JD Everett is out running him he's basically they passing down tight end and this is continuing from training camp so this is not a new development so yes this is not a new development but also romad dun MCL sprain I believe so he's likely going to miss a few weeks that means that they're going to be running more 12 Personnel more than likely because they don't have that third Great Wide Receiver option well if they're running 12 Personnel one of those guys is probably staying in a block these numbers tell you that guy is going to be Co KT which leaves Gerald Everett out to run routes that's what you want from a tight end get those routes out there those routes have a much better chance to turn into targets and catches over when you're staying in line to block Josh we got to ask earlier what our thoughts are on the Rams tight end situation um Colby Parkinson is interesting with pukan nakua out but again you're not going more than three bucks of Fab three% of your Fab you do not want to spend a lot of money on this guy agreed uh I'm Gonna Save the last one for last year Josh because uh that one's more up your wheelhouse so uh Chat questions their only tight end is njoku can they drop him javant or Caleb to pick up likely they already have Jayden Daniels to me this is Caleb you don't need a backup quarterback yeah I agree with that all right and then Josh uh Smitty asks what are our thoughts on Dallas SCD now I'm gonna let Josh answer but I also want to throw out he is a healthy alive starting tight end so he's good and you should hold on to him but Josh go ahead yeah I think that's really what it boils down to I mean uh we talked about it at the very beginning of the show this was a historically bad week for the tight end position uh whether that continues to carry over for the rest of the season Still Remains to be seen but we talked about in the offseason Dallas Gard is a shell of a tight end one and he gets propped up as a tight end one simply because he's both a very talented tight end and in a very good offense but that doesn't always translate into fantasy success he's also a really good blocker they have two really good pass catching options an AJ Brown and Devon Smith to me Dallas goddard's um value lies in whether or not AJ brown or Devon Smith gets hurt perfect uh I'm going to quickly run through the defenses for you guys here let me put this bluntly do not spend more than a dollar a Fab on a defense I'm going to have a stream of the week article that's going to drop on Thursday you're going to get a sneak preview of it on Wednesday night on our no pun intended show where I tell you the guys to go pick up after waivers have run but what I looked at was who has the best week two games and you have to look at the Los Angeles Chargers taking on the Carolina Panthers Chargers was pretty good against the Raiders now they get the worst offense in the NFL they're out there in about 90% of leagues Seattle Seahawks get the New England Patriots Patriots did not look good Seahawks looked quite good um I wish this was a home game this one is on the road in New England so it might not go quite as well but still a good pickup they're out there in over 50% of leagues and the Jaguars get the Cleveland offense who is just as unimpressive as possible and they get Cleveland coming down to Florida you're looking at about 80% of leagues for those guys out there those are the defenses but again please do not waste a ton of Fab on any of those guys we're going to do a last run of viewer questions here we don't like to leave anybody hanging so get them in right now if you want us to answer them then we're going to close this show out Josh I'm just going to start from top work our way down to the bottom Charlene has for us she got offered Justice Hill and a two for Derek Henry um I don't know which way is this I'm gonna hang on to well is this a two as in a dynasty League that's what it sounds like oh my God I would Josh I think I'd go Justice Hill in the two this is a 30-year-old Derrik Henry yeah I mean this point if you can get a second for Derrick Henry do it and now you're getting Justice Hill yeah right I mean I to me Justice Hill doesn't really have a ton of Dynasty value outside of this year oh I know what I'm saying is so you have someone who you can start in place of Henry this year if you need to and you're getting the two you're lucky to get a two for Henry in most leagues so I agree I agree I I don't hate it I probably would hang on to Henry though just if I'm in a championship team I'm hanging on to Henry uh would who would we start this week naagi or Tony Pard obviously this is V versus touchdown upside I mean honestly I think they're both kind of the same back um again I don't have the schedule pulled up I'm bringing it up right now um sorry guys jet I mean reports are already saying that uh or Justin Fields is likely to start in week two so n's gonna see a ton of carries but again I don't really know that that boils down to much touchdown outside they're playing Denver I would probably start niji after what we just saw Kenneth Walker do so yeah that's fair yep so you're looking at the lineup on that one uh Josh is Kirk Cousins going to connect with Drake London I certainly hope so I think he's going to be fine yeah I think he's going to be fine it's it's just a rough week I mean you know anytime a guy is coming off of a injury didn't play really at all in the preseason there's going to be a lot of rust they've got some things to figure out uh even rahee Morris said you know we've got to do better about getting Drake Clinton in the football usually when coaches realize that things start to pick up I would not be surprised if you see a nine to 10 Target game for Drake London this week uh super deep full PPR League everybody who we mentioned is rostered that is not surprising uh his rb2 is currently Javon Williams has the number one priority would you blow number one priority on Alexander Madison I would not yeah number one priority probably not um but I will say it does worry me a little bit that javante Williams is your running back too so I'm hoping that you have a really good wide receiver room um yeah I I can't get behind number one waiver priority for Madison yeah not for Alexander Madison uh what do we got here would we trade Travis etn um Plus either Rashi rice Mike Evans Debo Samuel for Bon Robinson um I think this is a high price I it's definitely a high price but when you look at how they used Bon Robinson in week one Wheels up especially when you look at how they use Travis etn on the other side so um yeah it's uh two running back two wide receiver and a flex that has to be a running back or a wide receiver no tight ends in the flex not that you would do it anyway so for me so which wide receiver Josh I mean let's be real I think we all know who I'm looking to trade here if I can trade etn and Debo to get Bon Robinson I would do that thousand times out of a thousand Brandon Iuka is only going to get better as the season moves along that's the trade I would make too I'm not trading the Mike Evans and I'm not trading Patrick mahomes's top Target PL and simple so uh cat from for life just traded stoud and Devin single ter for Josh Allen and Pitman um will The veto vultures come out yes so is that trade gonna get through I think strad carries the name recognition now that you're not GNA catch a ton of for it so I agree and Pitman had obviously a down week you know single T saw some usage but you know he's a quote bcow running back on a bad offense like I I would very much rather have the Josh Allen a Pitman side but um th this is really this is caused for get rid of trade vetos in your league exactly we on trades let him have it so exactly uh Millie wants to smash the uh the accept button but he decided to counter jamo and Fri Mo for a rich um I hope it works out for you that's a great fraking trade um however how do we feel about Stevenson for the rest of the season I think he's the only working part of the Patriots offense if he can stay healthy Josh I'm all on board with rre Stevenson yeah same all right we got uh Monty Pacho Jaylen Warren Jalil mcglauflin Gus Edwards needs more dep I'm guessing elsewhere uh who would they trade away from this group if Gus Edwards has any value in your league trade him immediately because JK Dobbins have cometh yeah you are not kidding um Dobbins looked fantastic this week uh really putting a a bite to our uh fade running backs coming off a kiles in inuries but hey you said it best yesterday you said he maybe he's the rule not the exception so yeah well the exception not the rule yeah that's right yeah that's what I said you trade away he did ask who does he Target I guess it matters where you have depth Demetrios uh or where you need the depth that you're looking for um with these guys you're going to be kind of looking at the the mid tier wide receivers I think if I'm assuming that's where needs the depth if you're looking to trade running back so you're going to look for guys who underperform Brandon auk might be one that it's going to take some time to to knock the rust off there so I feel like a guy like Brandon auk Josh maybe the rookies like Brian Thomas who we saw a decent week out of if if we're giving up Gus Edwards you're not gonna be able to get a top tier guy but maybe you go after some of those underperformers yeah I think Brian Thomas would be a really good Target um you know obviously he caught the touchdown before for 48 or whatever it was like it's not like a um you know blow me away kind of statline so I think that his value is still depressed enough to where to where um you know maybe you could move you know augus Edwards uh for a piece to um to buer or W or wide receiver room and I'm just throwing wolf shirt guy up here because he mentioned Dobbins question mark we are impressed with what we saw from Dobbins if he's available and waivers go get him I'd be a little shock yeah he didn't he he was over the the 50% line which is why we didn't talk too much to JK this week uh would you drop the Bears defense for the Chargers defense I drop all defenses for all best matchups so yes I do not care how great Chicago was last week you don't get any more points for that the Chargers get the Panthers make that drop especially if you uh have the Ravens as your primary defense and then finally Josh a sort are gonna be okay I mean I think he will be but this is literally what I talked about all off season this is why he wasn't my tight end one it's also why he wasn't my top a top five tight end for me Jameson Williams is going to get more involved in this offense and that's going to take away from the value of Sam laapa well we saw this week leaport was down but also so was aandra St Brown I don't think a lot of us were thinking that at the start of the Season either so this could very well turn into a kind of a headache of a season for uh Detroit offensive weapons you're going to see some UPS you're going to see some Downs it's going to be a headache in a lot of instances but I'm I'm okay getting um you know hey if if you see a Buy Low opportunity on S pora I'm all about it yep uh guys quick things of what we're watching for this week um as we want to What to watch for in Week 2 see different scenarios play out um looks like Josh I put all these on here and you answered one of them already I want to see how the Ravens tight end targets are going to shake out we already mentioned earlier in the show we think Isaiah likele is a staple of this Ravens offense but what is this going to mean for Mark Andrew's role should we see it grow I want to know if Luke scam maker and Jordan Akin are going to be able to handle the bigger role that's going to be able that's about to be handed to them these are players stepping in for tight ends who were able to see 10 targets a game are these teams going to go away from the tight end or are these younger guys who have well Jordan aens ain't young but uh these backups ready to step up and and have a rooll I asked this does have Akens does have a rapport with deshun Watson going back to their their Houston days but keep in mind too Jerry Judy did catch a touchdown for as much as you know I I give Jerry Judy if David and joku is out Jerry Judy is going to step up in the picking order and they sign cadarius Tony I know that's not much but maybe this is a team that's just going to lean on their wide receiver and stop they threw the ball over 40 times exactly so uh demarc is I said will Demarcus Robinson get all the puka niua work Josh you already had a counter to that and you talked about it in the show that that's likely to be Tyler Johnson yeah I mean Demarcus again he's going to get his targets they're going to run a lot of 11 personnel and he's very valuable in the red zone but as long as Matthew Stafford is keyed in on Cooper cup there's only so much that can go around yep and then my last one Josh I'll let you uh get us out of here this was for Millie Mills and I don't mean get us out of here we're gonna knock your last questions out but uh Josh I'll let you finish up this segment is Kurt Cousins going to be any better against the Philadelphia Eagles it's my best impression of The Bugs Bunny meme no all right Josh let's quick hit these if CMC doesn't go this week are we starting uh Jordan Mason or Andre Chat Questions part 2 Stevenson etn is his number one back you can't bench Jordan Mason after what he just I was going to say I mean if CMC is out and you have Jordan Mason you're playing Jordan Mason that that's plain and simple um but I do like raand Dre depending on how your wide receivers shake out and what your Flex ultimately looks like I'd be trying to get and our final qu trade question of the show Charlene got offered tank Dell in a five for Terry McClaren Ford in a third I always just enjoy seeing fifth round picks thrown in like that's gonna sway my opinion any yeah I I think I want the right side I don't think jome Ford goes anywhere this season Terry mccorn and tank Dell might have the exact same role Josh and you get the better pick so I don't know which side is your Charlene but I think I want the right hand side of this trade the McClaren Ford and a third yeah I would stick with that too board's going to still have some value even when chub comes back third obviously being better than the fifth um Dell and and McLaren kind of the same guy you're just losing age I think with mclen so yeah it's fine all right Josh tell these people about our Underdog offer before we get out of here absolutely uh Underdog fantasy go and uh use promo code WF W claim yourself a free pick they do a lot of pick thems over there and a first time deposit offer of up to $11,000 in bonus cash first time deposits always a great way uh Underdog does a lot of really cool things they have their pick them contest you can also do weekly drafts so it's very similar to uh DFS in that way basically you're picking players via a draft just to see how the week is going to play out and enter those in a contest win some money it's always great so again Underdog fantasy use promo code WF that's w f get yourself a free pick and a firsttime deposit offer of up to $11,000 in bonus cash guys that's going Outro to be the show if there's any extra questions that we missed I don't think it is it's all you guys Thanking us first of all thank you plain and simple this show really sucks if you guys don't tune in we wanted this to be a half an hour show but if we have to spend an extra half an hour answering your questions I don't think you're going to hear either one of us complain about that I have a long-winded outro that Josh knows damn well I'm not going to do here's the long and short of it Club Fantasy does 10 shows per week we have a waiver it's
