I REACHED OUT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT HANDLING THE PROGRAM TO FIND OUT WHY IN A STATEMENT THE DEELY DIRECTOR SAYS WE'RE STILL TRYING TO INTEGRATE OUR TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS TO SET UP THE PROGRAM AND TO HIRE AN ADMINISTRATOR TO OVERSEE THE PROJECT.
