are enraged with you because they believe you are siding with Tommy Robinson who is leading a farri series of attacks on Muslims and mosques and is being blatantly islamophobic in the process and you know that and so what do you say to the Muslim Tommy Robinson who's been allowed back on to X by Elon Musk which I don't think was a good decision but we can debate that another time when they have these big followings and they are actively promoting completely wrong information suggesting how Piers Morgan has unfairly lumped Tommy Robinson in with others like Nigel farage regarding accusations of spreading hate and contributing to Crime spree without substantial evidence the claim that Robinson is responsible for hate and crime across the UK seems to be something you believe lacks proof while actual evidence exists about Nigel farage sharing certain posts following a massacre the way media platforms approach controversial figures like Tommy Robinson and Nigel farage and the narratives they build around them often reflect underlying biases or editorial choices that can mislead the public or obscure the truth for instance if Morgan is making unsubstantiated claims about Robinson while ignoring the nuances of farage's actions it not only harms Robinson's reputation but also distorts the larger conversation around hate speech and its contributors in the UK um what he wasn't was Muslim or an illegal immigrant to this country or on any Terror watch list and yet that became very quickly a false narrative uh promoted all over social media by a lot of people like Tommy Robinson and Andrew Tate and others who were fueling complete disinformation about who had perpetrated the crime and as a result large numbers of thugs came out right-wing thugs to exact revenge against people who had nothing to do with it which were Muslim communities people living in uh in uh Asylum Seeker hotels or mosques containing Muslims and so on so the whole thing was a amusing thing to watch on first it showed social media at its worst it showed agitators at their worst and it was dealt with very quickly and we'll come to how it was dealt with in a moment Tommy Robinson who's been allowed back on to X by Elon Musk which I don't think was a good decision but we can debate that another time when they have these big followings and they are actively promoting completely wrong information suggesting that the perpetrator was an illegal Muslim immigrant to the country on a terror watch list that's when the trouble STS I suppose my question for you Don would be well let me just ask you a question for you which is this that I accept that what you said uh in this clip had nothing to do with what was happening and it was ridiculous that he got brought in the point I would
