former running back to we Walker who transferred from Oklahoma to Wisconson last year put out a video today stating why he left OU I'm not concerned to the fact of being alarmed but it did set off some some wheels and motion in my mind I'm going to discuss that on this episode Sooner Legends [Music] podcast well thank you for tuning in to this EP so to Sooner Legends podcast I'm your host Mike The Legend and if you're new to the channel new to the family hop down and hit that red subscriber button and turn on your post notification bells that way you won't miss any content that I will be uploading about OU also if you notice down in the bottom right hand corner there is a subscribe Watermark just hover hover your pointer over that and you could subscribe without leaving the video can I get get you to give me a like and also comment on the video and tell me what you think about this and also share the video because sharing is caring well today towe Walker he's got his own YouTube channel and his first video it was titled why I left OU for Wisconsin I watched the video and in the video he he gives you a tour of his dorm room the surroundings blah blah blah blah well the meat and potatoes of it he gets he gets to his point of his video as to why he left U for Wisconsin and he stated that they hadn't established rb1 and he also mentioned that him and DeMarco Murray uh had a little bit if which that was B that was discussed last year also I'm not going to go into that but his main reason for leaving was they hadn't established rb1 and in my mind tawe should have been a one or a two he should have been on that field hold every snap of the ball that's just my opinion if y'all go back and watch the Texas game and the games he uh he appeared in he he lived up to his height and he said he felt like that he was used as a third down situation running back uh but he did say that uh he still loves DeMarco Murray that because of college conflicts they can't talk but he did say that after his playing days are over at college that he will be talking to DeMarco on a frequent basis so he still loves DeMarco so apparently there there's no per se Bad Blood there but it does there is some Wills spinning in my mind when I watch that video and as good as a recruiter as Demarco is is is he is he the right fit uh for lack of better term in deting and coaching I mean or not coaching but it's I can't I can't put a finger on it I'm I'm not wanting to say the wrong thing but I'm thinking that is he right for decision making as far as this now we all know DeMarco he he T he recruits on a high level we got uh Caleb Hicks and Taylor Tatum and Omega but I'm just is is he the right one I mean because uh for one like a like stated last year not not having an rb1 established until late in the season when he finally uh started Gavin saluk at rb1 so it's got me wonder now I'm not saying I'm not getting on the fire DeMarco train I'm not saying get rid of him none of this it it just when after watching this video from to we it just it it made me think I mean because if you've noticed in sooner past that we've we always had rb1 established and last year it wasn't there until until mid to late season and I don't understand that but I hope going into this season in SC see that DeMarco has that rb1 is going to be established game one in our home opener because we can't do that next this coming up year in the SEC you're going to have to have your running back your RB one 2 three so forth you're going to have to have that established not late in the season now I love DeMarco Murray I I'm not throwing shade at to we I not throwing shade at DeMarco but my mind my mind is traveling right now the gears are spinning like what is going on here so I just thought I'd make this short video and uh I will leave a link in this in the description that you could go watch to's video he posted today y'all hop down in the comments tell me what y'all think like I said I'm not alarmed I'm not concerned I'm just I'm thinking maybe I'm overthinking so y'all hop down in the comments tell me what you think this is the legend we'll catch you on the back side God bless you Boomer Sooner
