3 MUST SELL Players for 2024 Dynasty Leagues! | Dynasty Fantasy Football

Intro welcome in to another episode of my Dynasty fantasy football YouTube today I'm looking at Dynasty cells make sure to like comment and most importantly subscribe let's get into our first Isiah Pacheco player Isaiah Pacho so I do like Pacho but I'm starting to hear some warning signs lately that are giving me some concerns he's a 25-year-old former seventh round pick entering year three now this was all true before so that hasn't changed anything but the Chiefs did sign Sam per to take the receiving rle and we're hearing a lot of hype about Carson steel potentially taking a goal line roll we know that the Chiefs tried to sign Josh Jacobs this off season they've wanted to take some of the load off Pacho for a long time and we know that even losing a few goal line carries is enough to make the difference between a high-end running back and a just okay running back now in his time in the NFL P's been actually pretty good rookie year 170 carries 830 yards five touch shs 4.9 yards a carry and 13 catches for 130 yards and then last year 205 carries 935 yards seven touchdowns 4.6 yards a carry and 44 catches 244 yards and two touchdowns through the air now those 44 catches in 14 games that's the thing I'm a little bit worried about I would say if I had to pick something about being repeatable now why am I recommending selling Isaiah Peko right now couple of things one they just sign P two unfavorable week one matchup and I know it sounds silly but Dynasty's fickle and then kind of the vulnerable value extremely strong 2025 running back class coming in I'm not saying that pcho cannot succeed week one versus the Ravens but I only have him ranked running back 17 in my week one ranks lot lower than he was drafted in redraft the Ravens are a very strong defense might not be the greatest start to peeko's season and we know that these week one narratives can carry on but the thing I'm the most concerned about is the 2025 running back class it is very strong no there isn't that bejan Robinson or sequan Barkley there's not that one Prospect we know is just so far ahead but pko feels like a replaceable running back more than a franchise running back do we think that the Chiefs are going to proceed with Peko in a total Workhorse role for years and years I don't think so they don't have any running backs on the roster they're committed to for 2025 literally none and they have an extra third round pick from lerus sne trade so they have yet another possible pick where they could use on a running back next year now surprisingly the Isaiah pcho trade market is still strong I would think it would be weak but it's not these were all today or yesterday this first one sell Isaiah PCO on a 253rd for 261st and 252 you're getting a pick upgrade in 2025 and a first in 2026 all of these trades are super Flex 12 team superflex this next one sell Isaiah Peko and Khalil Shakir for Terry McLaren and zamir white I mean I'd rather have muren overo it's close but i' you know you're going getting some production out of zamir white and you're getting a much better wide receiver in Terry mclen I would easily do this and then this last one is just an example of try it this is a real trade I didn't make this up S is pcho and niiko Collins for Jamar Chase I hope you would know to do this without my help I'm just saying it's out there so try stuff like this in your leagues you never know what's going to go through next up Christian Kirk now I Christian Kirk don't hate Kirk but it feels like we're heading into a downward cycle he turns 28 years old in SE in season he's been consistent but not special during his two years in Jacksonville in 2022 84 couches 1,00 108 yards eight touchdowns 133 targets 4.9 catches and 65.2 yards a game then last year he only played 12 games so the overall numbers were a little lower but 4.8 catches in 65.6 yards a game almost exactly the the same very little change now why does this leave Christian Kirk as a dynasty cell he can be cut in 2025 there's little opportunity to gain Dynasty value Brian Thomas is more exciting and Kirk provides start value right now for contenders so we'll go through that part by part part one Kirk is in a critical year for his contract the Jaguars can release him in 2025 saving 13.7 million against the cap they have Gabe Davis locked in next year at a very low cap hit he's going to be there obviously they have Brian Thomas if Brian Thomas is really good are they going to pay Christian Kirk 27 million or are they going to take a 13.7 million savings and release him or even try to trade him and they'd have similar savings that's something that they could do but beyond that what could Kirk really do to gain his D gain Dynasty value we know what he is at this point he's put up basically identical stat lines the last two years he struggled with injuries last year pH cannot get on the field in two wide receiver sets it made no difference that Calvin Ridley and Z Jones were replaced with Brian Thomas and Gabe Davis in the preseason in practices in whatever Kirk is the slot only wide receiver for the Jaguars period that's just how they see him so with that said Kirk is still a startable play player for contenders though now I only have him wide receiver 36 in my week one ranks maybe I'm lower on him than most if you want to see those week one ranks sign up for the patreon up there patreon.com fantasy advice but still contenders can start him so he is a player that people might be interested in buying now how do you trade Christian Kirk away there's a few different possibilities number one you do something like this the kind of Dynasty value trade sell Christian Kirk and Derk Henry for Chris olavi and Gus Edwards obviously I don't care about Gus Edwards but Chris olve is a young wide receiver you're getting out of two aging descending assets for young stud wide receiver in Chris La I'd love to do that sell chrisan Kirk for 225 seconds that's probably the going rate if you want to sell him I did see some copies of getting a first for Kirk on Dynasty Daddy but those were few and far between but this is probably the most realistic pick deal to sell Christian Kirk and then if you want to kind of go straight across I'd be happy to sell Christian Kirk for Chris Godwin if I had to choose I'm far more confident in Godwin delivering this year to me Kirk is fading away and Godwin hype is growing as he unlike Kirk Godwin plays in the slot in three wide receiver sets and sees the field in two wide receiver sets Kirk only plays the slot so I'm starting to lean more toward Godwin and away from Kirk and these are ways that you can move on from Kirk in Dynasty now if you like my YouTube Patreon Promo content you should sign up for the patreon jump into our next player now Jermaine Burton our final player is Germaine Burton so this recommendation has absolutely nothing to do with Burton's college profile although it's kind of important to note that despite playing at Georgia for two years and then Alabama for two years Burton's stats never matched the tape or the talent level he was supposed to have in 10 games 27 catches 404 yards and three touchdowns in 2020 then in 14 games actually fewer catches 497 yards and four touchdowns in 2021 then he went to Alabama and he was better but still just had 40 catches 677 yards and 7 touchdowns in 13 games in 2022 and then 2023 39 catches 798 yards and eight touchdowns in 13 games now while all of these numbers are nice especially this last year nice at top competition these are not numbers of a high-end Prospect you would think a high-end Prospect would have a year with more than 40 catches that's not a lot of volume that's three a game so yeah it could be a lot better but Prospect now why is Germaine bernon a dynasty cell there are some character workk ethics concerns he's buried on the death chart and one last cell window which might be in the middle of closing as we speak I usually fight against these mysterious character concerns coming into the NFL there were people talking about this with Germaine Burton it was talked about a lot as to why he fell in the draft but now we're seeing them once again and this was just published in the a athletic and I'll quote it not take it out of context like certain aggregators do this was written in the article word for word he meaning burden has not been in the vicinity of where he needs to be as a professional that's very bad this very bad right the athletic is not a garbage publication they don't usually say things like that about players if anything I think they're overly positive the beat Riders and people who are published in the athletic I actually think are a little bit sometimes on the Kool-Aid about their teams they want to say great things exciting things this is not an exciting thing this is a very bad thing so if you ever hear anything bad I tend to believe it generally the beat reporters are overly positive so this is not good and then number two buron is buried on the dep chart and I'm not talking about the nonsense St chart that Zack Taylor didn't care about and took five minutes making I'm not talking about that one I'm talking about where he actually is in the pecking order this same article from the athletic believes that Burton is behind players like Trenton Irwin and Charlie Jones forget about Andre yosibash who's way ahead now mik there be some exaggeration there yes especially long term but if you told me burden's a healthy scratch for week one that's actually exactly what I expect I do not expect burden to be a relevant part of the week one roster at the absolute best he's wide receiver four behind Chase Higgins and Yoshi now Jamar Chase and his contract is giving you one last sell window for Germaine Burton I might look silly on this in a bit but I fully believe Chase signs a new contract and plays week one I have not been concerned about this really at all I tend to believe that from past experience that outside of Levon bell every player and Melvin Gordon I suppose that year as well another year later every other player has signed the contract has not missed games and I don't think that's going to happen here either I think Chase is going to sign the contract he's back at practice right now and play week one in that situation Burton's value will drop I think this is your last chance to get something for Jermaine Burton now what can you do here are some trades there's some trades on Dynasty daddy that actually are better than I thought I thought the value would be lower it's not because I think there are some very loud and wrong voices who have been insistent that Germaine Burton is going to have a week one role now that I think they're finally realizing how wrong they were sell Germaine burden for Joshua Palmer I'll take the player that will actually do something this year in Joshua Palmer easily Easy Choice sell ger main burden for 25 second there were a couple versions of this I'd even add a third or hopefully fourth to burden to do this but obviously this is better I love this and then cell burden plus a 26 second for Terry mclen I'd be happy to buy into mclen at this cost easy for a contender to do a deal like this now I Patreon Questions have a couple of patreon questions I'm going to run through them real quick and then and the video hey Tyler how long do you usually give rookie players in redraft to show you something in Shallow bench leagues not as long as you think I'm not cutting player like Brooks but for rookie wide receivers who are not like the first round picks they got to show something really quickly like jolen pulk ad I Mitchell lad makoni Keon Coleman if they're really buried maybe three or four weeks but it's hard like someone like Jaylen McMillan one week I mean if it's not there just move on so that's kind of my opinion on that and lastly my league still has DST and kicker I haven't been able to get enough managers to agree to get rid of them what are your top Arguments for why they shouldn't be in Dynasty they're silly so much change over from year to year they're not really a part of the dynasty content landscape they're not involved in Dynasty rookie drafts it seems silly to include them when they're changed over literally from week to week in most
