ALL RIGHT, LET'S TURN OUR ATTENTION TO THE WEATHER. THE PIRATES ARE PLAYING OVER AT PNC PARK AS WE SPEAK, AND TREY FULBRIGHT EVERYBODY'S INTERESTED IN WHAT DEBBIE'S GOING TO BRING AND HOW IT COULD OR MAY NOT IMPACT THE FOOTBALL GAME TOMORROW NIGHT. >> WELL, THE GOOD NEWS IS, DEBBIE IS GOING TO SPEED UP, AND THAT SHOULD ALLOW FOR TOMORROW NIGHT TO BE MUCH BETTER FOR THE FIRST PRESEASON GAME OF THE STEELERS. LOOKING AT TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON, WE'RE LOOKING AT MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND TEMPERATURES WORKING THEIR WAY BACK INTO THE MID TO UPPER 70S, EVEN LOWER 80S OUT FOR PLACES LIKE BEAVER FALLS DOWN TOWARD WASHINGTON, 78 AT PITTSBURGH INTERNATIONAL. AND THE COOL SPOT RIGHT NOW, 68, IN SOMERSET, WHERE YOU'VE HAD ACTUALLY A FEW LIGHT SHOWERS COME THROUGH. WE'LL LIKELY PEAK IN THE LOWER 80S THIS AFTERNOON, WITH SKIES GRADUALLY BECOMING MORE OVERCAST OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. NO OVERCAST SKIES ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE OUTER EDGES OF DEBBIE THAT ARE MOVING IN. WITH DEBBIE MOVING IN, WE DO HAVE A FLOOD WATCH IN PLACE OVER OUR SOUTHEASTERN COUNTIES, SOUTHEASTERN PORTIONS OF INDIANA COUNTY, WESTMORELAND, ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE SOUTHEASTERN PORTIONS OF FAYETTE COUNTY AND ALL OF SOMERSET COUNTY. THIS WILL BE IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 P.M. FRIDAY, AND THIS WATCH IS ACTUALLY BEEN BROUGHT BACK A FEW HOURS EARLIER DUE TO THE FACT THAT THIS SYSTEM WILL BEGIN TO SPEED UP ON OUT OF HERE, THROUGH THE DAY TOMORROW. LOOKING AT A FEW LIGHT SHOWERS THIS AFTERNOON. OFF TO THE SOUTH AND EAST FROM UNIONTOWN, OVER TOWARD SOMERSET. THAT'S WHERE WE'RE LIKELY GOING TO SEE SOME OF THE HEAVIEST RAIN FROM DEBBIE. YOU CAN SEE THE OUTER EDGE OF THE CLOUD SHIELD WITH THAT MOVING OFF TO THE NORTH AND NORTHWEST. BUT PAY ATTENTION TO THIS FRONT BACK TO THE NORTHWEST OVER PARTS OF WISCONSIN. THAT'S GOING TO HELP GIVE DEBBIE A BOOST OFF TO THE EAST SO IT WON'T LAST TOO LONG THROUGH THE DAY. TOMORROW WE'LL WATCH FOR RAIN CHANCES INCREASE OVERNIGHT AND INTO THE MORNING HOURS AS THE CENTER OF DEBBIE TRACKS JUST TO OUR EAST, THE HEAVIEST OF THE RAIN LIKELY MOVES ACROSS CENTRAL PA AND TO EASTERN PA, BUT WE'LL BE ON THE OUTER EDGE OF THAT HERE IN THE WESTERN PA AS WE MOVE THROUGH THE DAY TOMORROW. BUT WATCH HOW QUICKLY THIS MOVES OUT OF HERE TOMORROW AFTERNOON. THAT FRONT MOVING IN FROM THE WEST WILL EVENTUALLY BRING IN SOME DRIER AND MORE MILD AIR. SO FRIDAY EVENING, FRIDAY NIGHT, SATURDAY. LOOKING MUCH BETTER HERE ACROSS OUR AREA. A CLOSER LOOK AT FUTURE CAST HERE SHOWS THE SHOWERS PINWHEELING IN LATER ON TONIGHT. THIS IS BY 9:30 P.M, AND YOU'LL NOTE THAT THE HEAVIER BANDS OF RAIN BEGIN TO MOVE IN FROM THE SOUTHEAST, REALLY IMPACTING OUR SOUTHEASTERN ZONES TOMORROW MORNING, AND THERE'S GOING TO BE A PRETTY SHARP CUT OFF TO THE WEST. SO FOR AREAS ALONG AND WEST OF I, 79TH MAY ACTUALLY NOT GET IN ON MUCH OF RAIN AT ALL FROM THIS. THAT'S WHY THAT FLOOD WATCH IS IN PLACE FOR AREAS OFF TO THE EAST, AND EVENTUALLY THAT RAIN WILL EXIT BETWEEN NOON AND 4 P.M. TOMORROW. HEAVIEST RAINFALL OVER OUR SOUTHEASTERN COUNTIES AGAIN COULD SEE SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN 2 TO 4IN. THE AREA OF UNCERTAINTY AGAIN, JUST TO THE EAST OF PITTSBURGH BUT WEST OF I 79. LIKELY NOT GOING TO SEE A WHOLE LOT FROM THAT. AS WE LOOK AT YOUR STEELERS VERSUS TEXANS FORECAST TOMORROW NIGHT, LOOKING AT SKIES THAT WILL BE MOSTLY CLOUDY, GRADUALLY BECOMING CLEAR THROUGH THE EVENING, AND IT WILL BE COOLING OFF AS WELL. TEMPERATURES DROPPING BACK INTO THE 70S BY LATE TOMORROW NIGHT. HERE'S YOUR SEVEN DAY FORECAST.
