Pittsburgh's offense takes the field to start this game off they are always butterflies to start a game but when you have a rivalry like this the adrenaline is pumping on overdrive guys they aren't everybody stays in their Lanes well enough and they stop him at the 31 yd line the bear cats offense will try to get something going with their first possession as we take a look at our impact players for this one what are you looking for Jessy for a guy to make an impact well these are simply put the leaders of this football team and generally games go how these guys play if they make plays they've got a shot to win this one no doubt they got to show up the these are the team leaders these guys have to play well if they're going to win the football offense gets set for second down execution by this offense late in the half man you want to take the lead you want to get that momentum on your side and they do it they finish it with the passing game and I tell you what heat that passing game up you can keep this lead keep the momentum and keep putting up numbers [Music] ling up to add another and the pat makes it 7 nothing this offense Prides itself on going after you and they did with that long touchdown pass to finish off a two-play drive just about set to kick it away on the run from inside his own five not a lot of space to be found good Hustle by the coverage team and they stop him at the 21 the pit offense back on the field and ready to roll so late in the half this is really an opportunity David maybe to swing the momentum in their favor dang right there's no time to be conservative we're a little bit down listen I just think this is a point with the offense that they can prove like we're here we're going to create something now that we can build on in the second half coach said all week he wanted to be aggressive this is a great opportunity to show that right now at the end of the first half try and generate some momentum score some points before going the locker room and this offense should be feeling that good Juju too because they did some nice things on that last Drive quarterbacks skill players offensive line everybody jelling and playing together let's see if they can carry that forward here on this first drive of the second half the defense uses their second timeout of the half as they try to get their act together they've got it at the 36 it's a first and 10 to throw it's sorby just a short pass to the tight end the defense going to stop the clock with the timeout they want to make sure they have everybody on the same page it's amazing how fluid and potent and offense can seem when you get a great pick up on first down and the tight ends a terrific place to go tight ends nowadays are kind of like cheat coaches I mean they they just know so much about right here seeing zone no one to sit it down boom positive yards nice positive play for this offense this offense has to get this guy the ball in as many ways as possible he showed you all of his tools on that last [Applause] play and the Bearcats are moving quickly down the field they're getting this guy lathered up and he was fortunate not to lose yardage on that
