Alain was out here earlier that we talked about 288 uh when morab had your jacket on I know it's an intense moment but looking back on it do you see some humor in that or was that something you didn't find funny no I thought it was silly I thought I thought I mean I didn't recognize morab how funny is that I thought he was just a worker I handed morab my jacket like that's hilarious I didn't know who morab was that's funny I it very funny thank you SE red here on your right going off of that um it sounds like morab put out something yesterday saying that he's back training like indicating that he could be ready for a fight soon so um going off what you just said about Cheeto like is the morab fight and given your history with the jacket and everything like are you interested in that fight or uh I mean if it's if it if it if you asked me what fight was bigger me versus Cheeto rematch ver m morab i mean I'm pretty sure we could all agree on uh which one's bigger I'm in the fight business I've been saying that I've never been afraid to say that this is a business to me who makes more money Meers morab or me Cheeto it's very simple to me one more for Sean uh morab just sat down here in the front it seems like he's wearing your jacket I'm curious if you have any thoughts about morab in his Red Jacket let's go morab the only reason anyone knows Mor Rob's name is cuz I handed him my jacket that's it not it's just it who would you like to be fighting who would you like to fight for the D I'm guessing it's om Ali but does it matter uh I want to fight omali because I was calling him since 2018 and um he's Champion now I I wish he will keep the belt and I can fight him and um I want to take his belt and I see today he was wearing nice jacket white jackets I wanted this white jacket how did it feel to be the fan favorite inside the arena Mor Rob I know like when you fought Aldo the fans weren't necessarily on your side but tonight it was a whole different story yes yeah actually I feel the support everywhere I go like the people are always asking me go go fight omali go fight the fight for the belt you know I feel everywhere everywhere and this means a lot for me and just I'm more humble and I mean I mean thank you for all my fans your Co your jiujitsu coach Augusto was on a podcast earlier and he said that he wouldn't mind grappling morab uh at certain point so what do you think of those words and how do you think he'd do um I think morab would last a couple minutes maybe uh Tenino would sub him fairly quickly um oh here um speaking of morab um he's supposed to be the backup for this fight if Cheo doesn't make it are you willing to fight him yeah 100% Dana confirmed that you are next as if there was any you know choice to be made but he said it so what does it mean for you knowing that your next fight is for a UFC title um that means that I'm fighting for the belt and uh I have another challenge that's only goal I have now fight for the title and then win the belt uh I believe myself I I'm only getting better as you guys see you know every I looks so much easier and really tonight I wasn't even really breathing I wasn't really even like heavy or I mean I was very comfortable and um yeah this is only beginning you know I I have so many years left of me because I live healthy lifestyle and uh I change a little things in my life for be full-time fighter and just training hard training smart and I'm just grinding and uh and and and I'm just blessed and uh yeah so now yeah I'll be ready I can make wait in 5 days and no problem in if they if they need a replacement I will be there if not then I will enjoy my time and I will just training like I always training and uh I will face whoever will be Champion Sean right here um what did you make of Mor Rob's performance and I guess do you feel like he is going to be the guy that's next for you yeah and again he had a great performance too um Henry didn't look great by any means but morab did what he does and he you know almost gets knocked out and then wins um it was it was impressive um very well could be next I like having my options open and uh but yeah he he could be I think a lot of people think he might be one of the more difficult stylistic matchups for you in the division do you agree with that or do you think maybe you don't get enough credit in the uh the grappling Department I thought Alain Sterling were the hardest match for me in the division and uh put his lights out in two rounds um I think morbs definitely up there as a you everybody everybody in the top 10 is a challenge no one's an easy fight Cheeto is not an easy fight so yeah morab is a tough fight Cheeto is a tough fight Elia is a tough fight you know I'm not they're all tough fights um for forgive me if if this is a rre at all but um um just now that Alaine Sterling is is fighting at featherweight you have this title shot coming up can can you speak to just how difficult it it might have been mentally emotionally to to sit there and be so close to that title shot and just not getting it for whatever reasons no nothing man I'm a fighter Alo was always booked and he had fights uh and then I was his training camp you know training with him I had fights and uh yeah I mean if we say let's go we fight or some maybe we fought but it's worked out better as you see now I I will get him my title fight and it's worked out good you know uh I I knew the AL just said you know he had like two more fights left and he was going to go up but after Henry sej do fight um um yeah they you know they push him to fight Al like quick you know like and we know Al cut a lot of weights and stuff but you know it's it's all good man I'm I'm like see like now everybody knows then yeah like now it's okay now good I'm sure last one for me uh those we saw the video clip of kind of Mor Rob walking up to you when you were leaving did you guys say anything I didn't I don't know like I got hit in the head to I was like what the [ __ ] who is this random guy saying talking to me I thought I was like who the [ __ ] and then I realized it was MB and then it was uh his buddy was yelling or something but yeah I mean that that that that fight very well could happen next I just checked all your social media and everyone writes that you should fight next me up and what's your response just next fight what uh so everyone says and everyone comments that you next should fight meab and what's your answer just my my yeah maybe we'll see
