the states response I think the state has no objection to the three named experts having access to the sealed IG materials or the material subject to protective order so I think what we're really talking about is our investigative team for Brian's case to have access to the IG materials so that means that she already have previous conversations with Bill Thompson about it and they cool with us in the case they've had access to other things subject to protective order and they're not named in those they have access those three there's three items subject to other protective order and that's medical information from hospitals that's University of Idaho records and most recently police procedures they haven't been required to police procedures you see what I was tell you you clear all these people in one week now you need to get me the same work that you put up for calberg you have to give me the same work for everybody you have to give me the same work for these other two
